Dr. Homer is very attentive.

I just called to get my dog euthanized but I was told they don't have time to euthanize my dog poor service no compassion dog is struggling and they have no compassion for his loss

I have no issues with Southeast Animal Hospital. I recently boarded my dog and they told me that she was scared since this was her first time being away from me. However, when I went to pick her up, she had an attitude issue. When they were walking her out, I was calling her. She just ignored me. I kept calling her and still ignored me. I guess it was payback. She finally came to me.

Awesome staff and very friendly. My pet feels really comfortable here.

I wish they had checkouts instead of those automatic they should have people working there that checks you out not those automated means

I definitely recommend SE Animal hospital for your pet needs. Like all the other comments says....very professional staff, the Vet was very clear and very calm in explaining the issues that my dog was having....and lastly, the prices was very affordable. Thanks guys, I sure will come back here again for anything in regards to my pet.... way to go ????

Called a few places, this is the only one in the area that would take us as a walk in. Was able to go in with my dog to see vet and tell him what was going on with my dog.

Have yet to have a good experience at this pet hospital. Zero empathy for someone trying to get options for a pet passing and terrible service.

Nasty attitude dr. And staffs will cause you emotional problems

This vet office may accept exotics , but does not have the proper experience to care for exotic animals. We took my guinea pig syrup a brown big guinea pig to them when he had stomach issues. The women at the counter thought he was adorable , but he was limp and weak as can be. The doctor told us to give him Gas-x an over the counter medicine and he would be fine, no scans were done no further queries or offers of them. After hours of him becoming weaker we took him to another animal hospital where they did scans on him to find his digestive system was at a stand still. He passed that night.

The vet will see you when he decides to. Showed up to our appointment I made the day before even though it was an emergency. I waited an hour before they came and told me the vet went into a meeting so they couldn’t see my dog. They told me I could leave him there for him to evaluate him “in between his meetings”. I had never been to this vet and they had already gave me a bad impression, so why would I leave him? If you cannot give my dog the attention you would give him during a regular appointment then don’t schedule. It’s that simple. Staff was not empathetic at all. Don’t even go here. Go to Becker Animal Hospital where they care.
