I had been taking the family dogs and cats to Dr Lucas Proctor since I moved here years and years ago, he and his staff have been caring for all of them with the best care possible , some times in a very difficult health situations our pets went thru , sometimes just regular care and even sometimes rescue dogs and cats too and all the time they provide my entire family of 4 paws and also humans with the most care possible using a most sense approach to the situations and never ever denies us an opportunity of survival when there was a way to go, but also he was very frank in a good way ,enough to let us know when it was time to let them go . In my opinion he has “the most natural way approach” to the situations presented with , which to me is the best for the animals. For all of it …. Thank you dr proctor , staff and family . Too many good ones under the same roof , which is very important for people who cares for their fury friends…!

Okay I’ve always went to Rigsby because my parents always came years ago when they actual had payment plans for animals. This will be my last time visiting this clinic Cons: 1.Over priced 2.Charge excessive fees such as : Aggressive dog handling fee $50 Rabies shot are $45 And DHLPP:$31 You can literally go to vets at pets mart and Petco and get these shots for $12. They charge offices fee every time I visit. I’ve been to to many vets and vet hospitals to know that it extreme. The pro: They are have appointments and availability.

Brought my cat here for earlier/intestinal worm treatment and he might be hated it but I loved the staff! The nurse who was in the room 9 times out of 10 was very sweet and took to my cat without hesitation! Vet I saw was very informative and kind as well Really liked this vet!

Small town feel. Fast service. Dr.Proctor has been there for years.

We recently had to lay our 15 year old dog to rest and we had the best experience. The staff was the most kindest, caring and empathetic staff as well as Dr Proctor. It was a very rough day for us and we just want to say THANK YOU!!

Took my baby Archie there and loved it. Staff is friendly and they are all very informative. Ended up taking my other dog there. So happy with everything and everyone there. It’s nice to go to a veterinarian office where they treat you like family.

Dr. Procter and team are awesome. They are empathetic to my concerns about all my littles.

Some of the best care for our fur babies. Even when having make the hardest choice, they are always performing their best and making things as easy and comfortable as possible. The staff really gets to know the patients human and pet alike and go through the highs and the lows with them.

They were so good to me and my Bico in his last hours.

Dr. Procter is a really nice, down to earth kind of person. My wife and I have been a client for almost 6 years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Myrna and Connie always welcome us as family, Thank you all, and never forget your not just taking care of a pet, your taking care of a family member.

I love the veterinarians there, they always care for our cats. They never do any services we don't need. Prices are reasonable. We have been apart of the Rigsby Veterinarian Clinic for 5+ years.

This is my 2nd time taking my baby there. Staff is awesome. Upon entering they were happy, helpful, and quick. Pricing is very affordable. This is my go to for any of my pet's concerns or for assurance in a clean bill of health.

I give them a 5 star they always do a good job, wouldn't go to no other place I trust Dr. Practor

Very impressed with their kindness and demeanor with how putting our Toby down was done. We even received a certified dog death certificate and explanation how the dog’s ashes get taken to a lake....I couldn't read everything it said without crying. There was more, and some seeds to grow flowers in Toby's name. One lady in particular was awesome, I wish I knew her name. Thank you kind lady for your compassion.

Dr. Proctor and his staff are really great at what they do and on top of their great service, they have the best pricing in town on most of their services: lowest costs I've heard of on spays & neuters in town (outside of city funded programs), preventions & meds are around or lower than online pharmacies, and they offer boarding services for established clients. The only real down side is that they're always so busy, it's hard to get through their phone lines in the mornings and they are booking appointments about 2 weeks out (but so are most other clinics I've spoken with across town). If you can get in though, you won't regret it.

We have been taking our pets to this is this veterinary clinic for about 3 years now maybe 4. I have never met a more professional and compassionate group of people. You can tell they truly love animals. Unfortunately a year ago we had to put our older older pit to sleep due to cancer they made this experience as comfortable as that type of experience could be. They were extremely compassionate. I highly recommend them.

Very poor customer service long wait time for being put on hold, regarding asking a simple question, disrespectful, rude, short tempered, hard of hearing snobby woman who hung up if my face for asking if they have spay and neuter grants… •no grants for feral cats spaying and neutering • dose not do spay and neuter services for new clients (only existing… ????????) How annoying, a typical small trashy vet clinic, would not recommend.

Dr. Proctor and his staff are awesome. Very affordable.
