*update, dog died of lymphoma days later btw, she was treated elsewhere for the end of life service she desperately needed and was DENIED here. Because we didn't want to put her through a full new set of vaccines, these evil money hungry people turned her away that day ..for something SO petty. Greed is evil. Vaccinating a dying dog is outrageous. These people are sick. She needed pain meds and a gentle exit of this world, not some money hungry jerks. Also I had zero issues spending over $1500 for her exit of this world, elsewhere. I will never forgive them for delaying my dogs comfort while she was dying. They prolonged her suffering, unforgivable. DO NOT bring your pet here. They refused service on a PAID deposit scheduled appointment, drove over 35min to get here with an old SICK fragile dog that waited over a week for an appointment that cost $35!!!. DO NOT give them your money. They do not care about sick pets they care about PROFIT. Awful customer service, girl on the phone did not care about the fact they were turning away an elderly dog who very much needs care.

I take my dogs here all the time. I love how the staff work and that they love my little family members. They take real good care of them everytime we visit also show great patience.

Took chevelle in for a check up, the staff and vet doctor are very nice and friendly. Love this place only thing that suck is you have to wait in your vehical cause of covid but it is what it is...

Poor service, had to wait outside in the heat. Took our our puppy for her first shots. Diagnosed with with hookworms she also had tapeworms but was not diagnosed with it till 2 weeks later. We knew she had them.

Very fast. Even though they do not allow people inside, waiting in the parking lot and then calling inside was still very quick

My experience was terrible. First I arrive early for my appointment and was told their would be a 40 min delay. To which I replied that I would return in an hour. I was 20 min early if my appointment time was delayed 40 minutes than that would be the correct time. I was told if I left the parking lot I would forfeit my appointment and be considered a walk in and more than likely not be seen. So I waited. An hour and 10 minutes later I'm told that they are going to take my dog and call me. I explained that this was my first appointment and I did not know them. There would need to be some for of relationship built before I trust you alone with a member of my house. I was told that I could take or leave it. I chose to leave it.

They are an amazing team! The staff is always very helpful, professional, and very friendly. The vet and vet techs are extremely thorough, nice, and answer all the questions you have. Phenomenal vet clinic.

If I could give them -10 stars I would. They are the worst. They are mad nexus I would not hand over my dog and stated they are curb side. I told them I was never told that because I would not have brought my pet to them if that were the case. They said the would give me my $30 deposit back and then told me no when I asked to speak to vet about it. Told me they would lock lobby so I can’t walk in and speak to them.

Took my cat to be treated for a UTI, and spent nearly $500 and he still has UTI. I’ve tried taking him back and they want to continue charging me more fees.. they should’ve treated him properly the first time

My puppy had an appointment at 320, I called to let them know we were running late due to traffic and they told me I’d have to reschedule because we wouldn’t have made it within 10 minutes. I reschedule for the next day and then went and found an appointment at PetSmart for the same day, my wife calls Potranco location to cancel our appointment and all of a sudden they can try to get us in at 4 that same day. That felt very deceptive to me and I won’t even consider scheduling at this location ever again. Thank you PetSmart for having my puppy and getting her the treatment she needed ASAP vs trying to retain another $30 holding fee.

I had to book an emergency appointment and they got me in within 24 hours. My baby is doing much better she is much happier now I took her in for massive itching they gave her an injection which has reduced it so far. Highly recommended I will continue to bring my babies here.

The care level here has been exceptional. The doctors, techs, and all the staff really care for animals. This is a great vet team.

Don't waste your time or money. Misquoted after clarification prior to making a reservation for boarding. Charged hundreds more when I pick them up. They lose the food bowls I was told to bring that they've had since puppies and then say they're not responsible. Why have me list their personal items if they're not responsible and why tell me to bring them at all? Was also never called prior to them receiving their baths for a quote and the shampoo smells horrible so I had to bathe them when I picked them up. Absolutely furious about the bowls more than everything and they seem to simply not care about it. Absolutely wouldn't never give them a single penny again. Zero stars.

Very Disappointed this this office on Potranco, "client beware I would say away before you waste money most of all time! People take time off work for errors to be made in staff then to be turned away. You will never get any of my money every again. Staff taking message and making appt needs to be fired. the vet is better off hiring an outsource company to take message. Am a very resinable person but to be turned away after years of taking our pets to be groomed at the 2nd location and to use this vet. Like I said never again. Good luck to the next person using these service you been warned. *Unprofessional, No Reliable and Poor quality in staff choice.

My regular vet decided to close during COVID-19 pandemic, understandably; however my ever growing puppy was becoming more aggressive as his marbles developed. We knew he need to be neutered , so I called the vet across from my work. Not only were they able to schedule me for a pre surgical work up they managed to get my baby scheduled for surgery all the while maintaining social distancing, curbside treatment, phone consult with provider. I am transferring my entire crew.

Cold shoulder when he realizes he's at the Vet's office but overall the experience was great. Had to muzzle him but he got over it quickly enough.

I’m disabled and can’t drive. I had a feral cat that was injured and they told me that they couldn’t help me. The kitten died last night because of them. I live outside of the city limits and 311 wouldn’t help either. No true Veterinarian would turn away a dying animal.

Scheduled an appointment for my sick pup. Day of appointment was told they could not see her because I didn’t do a drop off instead of bringing her to her scheduled appointment.
