Blue Cross Pet Clinic San Antonio, Texas

I'm new to this clinic and wish I'd known of them sooner. The Dr. And staff are very compassionate, friendly and professional. This place is The Best. Great experience for me and out cat.

Very friendly Dr and staff they took great care of my Chihuahua highly recommended. My appointment was at 2pm we were in the exam room by 210pm.

I like how everything is explained in the care of your fur baby. Recommendations but still your choice of what to do next if you're pet is sick. I trust my pet in their care!

For $200 they saved my cat. She had all kinds of infections. Plus they gave her frontline for her fleas

Great experience. Vet was great with my dogs. Wait time was a couple of minutes after my appointment time, but not bad. My dogs were treated very well. Given medicine and hoping to get better at home.

This place is amazing! First time here. The wait time might be a little long, but I don’t mind as the staff here is so nice and caring. Brought my dogs for their annual vaccines and to get their nails trimmed. When they took both my babies to the other room, I can hear them being so sweet and loving to them. If I ever have to leave my babies here I know I can trust them. Thank you DR. and Vet tech (didn’t catch her name) for being so sweet. You made them feel at ease.

Took care of us and gave us help when we couldn't afford the care we needed but they made it Affordable for us.Thank you Blue Cross

All the staff were professional, friendly and informative. Reasonably priced and time efficient. We were in and out of the clinic within 1 hr.

I would like to thank Blue Cross Pet Clinic docs and staff for all there help. They kept our Princess on this earth a little longer but unfortunately it was her time. The vet allowed my son to assist in the process and I am very grateful for her helping him grieve in his own. He felt like it was his duty to make sure she made it safely to the other side. I appreciate the docs patience through the process. He was very protective of his pupper. We will miss her deeply and appreciate all the staff for their empathy during our hard time. Thank you

I visited Blue Cross Pet Clinic on 9/24/21 to allow my beautiful beloved cat, Preshus, to cross the Rainbow ???? Bridge peacefully and in my arms. My sweet Preshie lived an amazing 18½ years and blessed me and her surviving buddy, Felix the Cat, with an abundance of unconditional love, peaceful purrs, and happiness. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Blue Cross, from reception to vet technicians to Doctor. I will be forever grateful for the professional care, respect, and compassion we received during our very difficult appointment. Blue Cross Pet Clinic is undeniably the most affordable pet care I have found in San Antonio. I highly recommend this clinic for your beloved family pets. RIP Preshus ????

Trash service takes way too long

The vet barely examined my dog, i waited for 4 hours to finally a see a vet and when he came in the room he seemed disorganized and did not even bother to touch my animal. She was extremely ill, and needed to be examined. He referred me to get an ultrasound at another clinic, and sent us home with antibiotics. $120 for them to barely acknowledge my pet. Almost immediately after leaving, my pet started presenting with critical symptoms and I had to take her to the emergency vet, and she died. Maybe it wasn’t their fault but in my opinion they did not give me good advice nor even acknowledge or examine my pet correctly.

Dr. B gives excellent service & excellent employees & their services are very affordable! He doesn’t run up the bill, is very honest, always makes us feel welcome to call him with any questions or concerns, & follows up to ensure everyone is doing fine! I have yet to meet a family who doesn’t love him or his office! Thank you! 09/2021 update Same dogs, different office & a few new faces in the office! As always, this clinical is phenomenal! The service is worth the wait.

Dr. B has been wonderful with our furry family. Always extra helpful with caring for them. Staff is great. We finally found a place where we feel comfortable taking them. Would highly recommend them

Our pet was well cared for and they actually saw him at his scheduled visit and didn't have to wait a long long time to be seen. Our pet was very happy with the way he was treated.
