Wow, so impressed with this veterinarian. My son took our Australian Shepard Bandit for an ear infection. They offered a new state of the art laser treatment that our other vet didn’t even know about. Becker Animal Clinic was our previous veterinarian and they can’t compete to the service and value we received from Pleasanton Animal Hospital. Highly recommended and a million thumbs up. This is our new furry pet home, referred to us by a friend who was also very satisfied!

Tiana was a great help and super friendly.

They tried to help my beautiful dog but it was too late. When I took her back for cremation they were all so helpful and compassionate. I highly recommend them

Was affordable the Doctor took care of my dog and fixed him right up

After spaying my cat, they gave no instructions as to when we should return for a checkup and no cone was issued. I had to go back and buy one from them.

Secretary/ Receptionist very rude. I put my pet in kennel apparently not quick enough she rudely said to "release pet and go outside". My dog is blind was not sure where he was and wanted to get out as soon as I put him down. I DID NOT APPRECIATE HER BEING SO RUDE. There was NOT many people there 3 people to be exact.

Really easy transaction. Due to covid it was a drop off and wait in the car scenario but staff was great and it was quick.

Went there today they didnt want to see my dog because it was gonna cost more than I had to pay right now .couldnt work with a payment plan either .now my dog might die

This place is great for normal things. Like a general practitioner. Big stuff that needs immediate attention I take to animal hospital. I've had a good experience this far with this doctor. For all the reviews that say he's all about money and doesn't care, he cares, but services arent free people. He's running a business. Man's got bills to pay.

5 stars for the doctor. He always treats my baby so well and gently (5lb. Chihuahua) 1 Star for the receptionists because they are always so rude when trying to schedule an appointment.

Had to get my potbelly pig spayed 2 years ago and received a quote and had my girl in two weeks later. Everyone was confident and made me feel comfortable about leaving her in their hands. Took her home the same day and she’s done absolutely great! I’ve been using this veterinary since I was a kid and can’t recommend them enough.

Pleasanton Road Animal Hospital is both animal and people friendly. And Covid 19 safe! We have been taking our pet family to PRAH for over ten years now. Doc, Mrs.Doc and all staff are genuinely concerned about you and your pet(s). Doc and staff are kind, not impatient. Our four dogs are healthy and spoiled with care from Pleasanton Road Animal Hospital Staff all these years.Yes!

Cheaper dental work. It would cost me $5k to do dental work at VCA only cost me less then $500. Very nice staff. I trust them.
