Lucy's Doggy Daycare and Spa San Antonio, Texas

They are great. They took great care of my dog while I was out of town and were nice enough to send me a short video of him playing.

I wish I could give them more stars! We left our two large babies with them while visiting the San Antonio area. I was called with updates and they even let me know when one was too shy to play. (and when one wasn't shy enough, lol) Even with so many pets on-site, they received individual attention and I felt they were in a very safe place. (Very impressive)They were returned to us clean, happy, and well loved!

Staff was friendly and prices are reasonable. Our dog stayed for a few days while we went out of town. Not sure how I felt about the grooming services our dog received during his stay.

I love Lucy’s for my puppy! He loves interactive daycare and always comes home happy and satisfied. He had an accidental injury during one stay and the staff and management did everything in their power to make things right and to make Cinco feel cared for. They are amazing and caring and I feel good putting my trust in them.

Stopped by to get Information after calling and never got a call back,so I stop by and this rude lady opens the door with a rude attitude after that I didn't care to hear what she had to say I will never stop by here again if she's rude to people no telling how she will be with my dog

Staff was awesome, got to see the pups via their online cam and the dogs came back alive. Nothing to complain about.

Was visiting San Antonio and took him there for half a day with spa treatment. They took great care of him and he came back smelling wonderful.

Fantastic and friendly service. I love the online reservation system and that I can book a bath for my dog during his daycare stay. My dog is always so happy to go play for the day.

Dogs were happy and well-behaved, we needed a place for our pup while we were tourists in SA. Loved that this place had independent and group time. My girl slept the whole drive back to Dallas.

Easy, friendly, really care for the dogs. I would do doggy day care and a bath. It is perfect for making my sweet dog tired and clean.

they did have self wash here due to COVID they don't. I can appreciate the safety perspective HOWEVER not really much info avail till we were already there went somewhere else not an issue

We've been here a few times but this last time for her grooming was going well till it was time to pick her up. We got there texted them and waited 30 minutes and it would've been fine but everyone around us was getting there dog so I texted to make sure nothing was wrong and they had forget about her and us. It's nothing big just make sure to let them know you are there and after 10 minutes they aren't busy they just forgot about you

Shocked this place only has 4.6 stars at the time of my review. 5 stars with how well they took care of our dog. Cleaned/groomed at a great price and they even commented on how he played and ate while he was there. Highly recommend this place.

Pre-pandemic, I always used their self service dog wash facilities. This past week, I had my boy scheduled for a bath. I was very pleased with the staff and the results of the service they provided. Excellent job

Our little 3 lb Yorkie doesn't do well anywhere else but here. The staff is great and very polite. They're the only ones we trust with our little baby.
