I love the new owner, and staff! Cathy is also still grooming there too , but the nasty lady from Gloria’s is gone !!!!! WHOOHOO I love pink poodle and I love the quality there , it’s doodle central !

Delaney is a fantastic groomer! Followed her from another grooming shop and now she's here! She's a must have for all your dog grooming needs. And our sweet Honey absolutely loves her.

Delaney was so great with my doodle, she listened to what I asked for and put her on a good maintenance plan for her kinky hair. I have another doodle I will be taking back her as well, highly recommend her and she was also so nice and understanding!

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever had with a groomer. I can’t even believe the way they just spoke to me on the phone. I will NEVER recommend this company again.

Would give no stars if it was a available. If you want terrible service mixed with the ugliest of attitudes then this is the place for you!

They were amazing our first time here! Very sensitive to our dogs needs, and caring about my dog. Edit 4 months later to add I’m still bringing Greta here and they are doing an amazing job!

I took my new Schnauzer to Pink Poodle today- and they gave Charley a beautiful cut. He looks amazing! Highly recommended.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for years and every time I go they listen less and less to what I want. It may me cheaper than other places but you get what you pay for. My dogs always end up with rashes and irritated after cuts but this time they were both cut.

This was my first visit to Pink Poodle. My 2 dogs came back looking great! Will definitely be going back.

I love this group! They groom my dog fish stick who is a shihpoo with the cowboy cut and actually hand trim her! She really loves them! Also, sometimes they can fit you in so don’t have to worry about scheduling weeks in advance for an appointment!

I have a English Bulldog that has been very healthy until the past 6 mos. Kathy and her team have been more helpful than even the vet In helping me with him. Kathy and her team are absolutely wonderful. Thank you Kathy Rufus and I are very Thankful for you

Worst cut my poor dog has ever gotten by a long shot! They literally just cut off all of his hair. They called it a cut, but I call it a chop...never again!!????????????

They always do a great job, and our Maltese is always so happy when she leaves there. We go out of our way to take her there.

First time trying this place, never again. My dog Charley wasn’t only scared and shaking, which I expect but he was hiding behind me from these people. They didn’t try and comfort him but instead put the leash over his head (while he’s still shaking) with no greeting to him. I waited 5 hours for a wash, light trim and blow out. When I called to check up on him a staff member switched my Charley with a total different dog. I was happy that I called because they were going to shave my dog down he’s a Cavapoo and all I wanted was a light trim. After 2 days of his new cut, I notice he’s cleaning his private area more than the norm. I checked it out and it was red and irritated. I am now at the vet making sure my dog was not infected with dirty clips. Never coming back???????? Haven’t spoken to the owner since they are not open until Tuesday.

Was charged double the cost from what was quoted when dropping off dog. My dog was not groomed entirely...2 paws were skipped. Was treated with contempt and major bad attitude when inquiring about quality and cost difference. Complete waste of money and zero customer service from staff. Shocked they are still in business.

A friend recommended The Pink Poodle after the groomer we had used for 10 years retired. I dropped three of my dogs off this morning (May 21st, 2020) at 8am. I have two yorkshire terriers and one terrier mix. I got the call at 10:15am that they were ready. When I picked them up they looked so good. I just wanted them shaved down for the summer, but they trimmed their faces and the tail on the one terrier so well. Their nails were neatly cut and they smelled lovely. I will definitely be using them again!

Disappointed! This was my first time using this groomer. They had 3 other people scheduled for the same time as my 9:30 a.m. appt. It took literally all day to get him back, and they failed to mention to me they only take cash so I had to go to an ATM. The grooming was horrible. I asked they not shave him too close to the skin, which of course they did. To make sure he looked ridiculous, they left his tail untouched and not even scissor trimmed. Bald with a squirrel tail. It looks horrible. I spent a lot of money to have my dog look like I tried to groom him myself. I'm not going back.

As a groomer, I came by to see if I can take extra classes to better my skills. I sat at the counter for 10 minutes for no one to assist me or even bother to really speak. The rudest staff I have ever met. I will never go back to that establishment again.

If you value your pet and your money DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. For starters the staff is the most rude after they don't answer their phones... Didn't wear face masks after they keep you waiting either... They trimmed my pups parts without us asking them to do so and they hurt him... Last and final time we were here they did not let us know their price had spiked and did “extra” work that we did not ask for but got charged anyway. There are better local shops than this.

I took in my longhair miniature dachshund about getting his hair cut. The groomer asked if I wanted him shaved. Really? No! Kept saying that it would really cost me, with all that hair She was rude and disrespectful. They should keep her grooming in the back and away from the public.
