Pets First is our "go to" Veterinarian. They have 3 Veterinarians on staff. They're very polite, concerned and focused on the well-being of your fur-baby. We had the unfortunate circumstance of having to let a 15yr ???? old pass. The Dr. and staff were very considerate of my wife in letting her have enough quiet time to say goodbye. They also have boarding, which we have used on weekend trips.

I really can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and care provided at Pets First. From the kindness and responsiveness of Elizabeth answering the phone to the thorough and gentle care provided by Dr. Pappas, this place is a complete gem. We recently had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to one of our pups and the thoughtfulness of the staff was very much appreciated, especially the beautiful keepsake they sent afterwards. Also want to note they have awesome curbside service and pandemic-friendly procedures in place that keep customers feeling safe.

Took my baby there after I noticed her pupil was blown out and dilated. Learned she had FIV and the vet wouldn’t give me any treatment options, any suggestions, not even antibiotics to beat the current infection just judgment. She just told me it was terminal, gave me a $200 bill along with the end tech pushing me to get her other vaccinations. Then they just handed her back. $200 for nothing and something I could have concluded on my own. I’ve spent quadruple that after her visit on just maybe something that would help her. Amazon vendors provide better service than this vet. God knows PetsFirst isn’t even willing to try to fix my baby. I will say at least the nurses have always been great but the vet…1 star

I found Pets First because of its positive reviews. It took me a few weeks to get in for a check-up, but it was worth it and the service was great. I also recommended our new vet to my mom, who had recently received some outrageous pricing from another animal hospital on the west side of town. She brought her dog here and they quoted her the same procedures for a fraction of the cost.

We take both our beautiful boys here and the staff is knowledgeable, work well with you, and genuinely care about your pets health. Love this place. Also, really at a good mid-price point.

Very impressed. My dog needed bordatello shots before being allowed in doggy day care. They were able to fit him in the same day I called. They did a very thorough examination and gave me follow up schedule and recommended a few more injections. Price was less than I expected

Now we hand off the pooch and wait in the car. Doctor calls and talks to you by phone while seeing the pet. Good vets here. Good assistants. Very busy place.

Received excellent care for my new Shih tzu. Due to COVID, had an easy and efficient process for check-in and checkout. Veterinarian called and provided an in-depth assessment of exam. Explained and answered all questions

Our son's cat went missing over the past weekend and ended up being found and taken into the Pet' s First Veterinary to be identified. Within a matter of one day, the person who had taken George in was told he had FIV and made the recommendation to euthanize him. Being tested positive for FIV does not mean he had the full blow condition just as with humans having HIV doesn't mean you have AIDS. It is down right negligent and unethical to make a recommendation to euthanize an animal just because they test positive. George was not a stray or a homeless animal, He has a family who loves him and were looking for him. To top off the whole horrible experience, when we tried to collect the remains. They did not assist me in locating or even provide me with where his remains were taken to be cremated. The vet tech showed no remorse and was unapologetic throughout the call. The only thing this veterinary clinic is interested in is taking your money. They do not care about your pet or the families that love them. Pet's First Veterinary is negligent, unprofessional. I would never recommend taking your beloved pets to this establishment.

They did not make unnecessary procedures just to make a buck. They care about your pets

I can not give this location a good recommendation. We went in for some xrays to verify and treat our large cats asthma. We were charged for the service. We were told he had 50% fluid in his lungs, may have cancer and they could not treat him. (And he bit her foot). We rushed him to the emergency specialty center they recommended. And... he's just fat. ($1500 later)We are grateful for the care of our eldest son. I feel we were robbed of the opportunity to not pay a premium for emergency services. I recieved a voicemail explaining how services were needed and xray results were verified by another veterinarian. So it may be safe to assume multiple veterinarians may have trouble analyzing xrays. Overall just a terrible experience. I did not receive the services requested. We were given a wrong diagnosis. Paid a large sum for their incompetence. We are grateful he is ok. But don't let the funny sign fool you, your pets do NOT come first here.

Pets First Veterinary Center has cared for my dogs for over 15 years. We began with Dr. Meadows, have been seen by Dr. Wright, and Dr. Gonzales is our main veterinarian. The staff at Pets First is courteous, professional, and has always been quick to respond to me by phone and email. I trust Pets First without hesitation and am grateful for the excellent care provided to all my dogs.
