Love shopping here! Discounted pet supplies. Friendly staff, who do not fear conversations! Great local business. They have a wide selection of specialized freeze dried treats that our dogs love. Overall it is a place we drive 45 mins away for!

Ive been here a few times now and appreciate the helpful staff. Today Lauren helped me out to find some food for a few baby frogs i adopted. She was considerate and professional. Definitely recommend trying this place out

I have to give a shout out to Roxanne Lobinsky Wetzel and Pet Supplies Plus - San Antonio, TX - San Pedro Avenue. Roxanne is always so kind and here and her team always go above and beyond. Today I was there 10 minutes early along with someone else. Most stores leave you standing out front until they open. Not Roxanne, she opened early so we didn’t have to wait out front. They are so amazing, and why I only shop at her store. Having the right team makes all the difference in the world. Roxanne really makes her store the best because of her and her team. The world needs more people like her! Thank you for being so awesome!! ❤️❤️

Well for starters it was our first time there and not even a hello from any of the 4 or 5 people that we saw. Wandered around for about 15 min and not a single "can i help you with anything" . Had so many of the foods we were looking for and had questions about but i guess we will get them answered elsewhere.

Employees are always polite. My curbside order was ready well before estimated time. Received both an email and phone call notifying me it was ready for pick up. A "Thank you" note are always included.

I’ve been shopping here for several years because of the people who work there are so pleasant and willing to help in any way they can. Roxie (store manager) is very sweet and helpful with all of her shoppers.

Good pet store! Broad selection of cat and dog things, and not a bad selection of bird, reptile and fish supplies. I especially like their member program. 5th star would be if they could speed up their checkout process a bit. It always seems a little slow at no fault of the cashier, and there isn't much room for a line behind the current customer.

Nice store. Has a lot of things you can't find at petsmart or petco. A tad more expensive than chewy but you don't have to worry about shipping or waiting for your item to come in.
