Bad customer service response to inquiries. There are better pet store for raw food with exceptional customer service.

I love this store! I get Answers raw food for my dog here and they are always super friendly and helpful! They remember me every time even though I send Favor delivery to pick up the food..truly great pet store!

We absolutely love this place. When i got the prompt from Google to review I was honestly surprised I hadn't already done it. This is a small local shop and your money could not be better spent. This is an amazing place to go for your pet's food and treats. The owners are on site every day and are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I love that they are so personable and truly care about the well-being of my best friend. They understand that pets are not just animals but rather a family member.
