Yet another terrible experience here!! Don’t be surprised when you pick up your animal and your bill is about double what they quoted you!!

We have used Pavlov's Vet services for many years now, covering 2 of our dogs. I was turned on to them when I was shopping around for the removal of a cost that was on my dogs eyelid. Many places I looked at varied significantly in price...and some of the quotes were over $1,000. When sharing my frustration about the cost with a co-worker, they mentioned they took their dogs to Pavlovs, so I inquired. Their cost was about 1/2 the fancy vets. When I had a consultation before the procedure, I was pleasantly surprised with the conversation I had with the vet. We have used Pavlovs for our dog's care for regular care like shots, nail trim, ear cleaning, etc as well as under anesthesia dental cleaning and even purchasing products for my dogs. While the facility itself is nothing fancy or bright and shiny new...the service is great and reasonably priced compared to the competition.

Took my 11 year old dog cause he wouldn’t put weight on his leg all the day before. He was walking on it when I took him in. They trimmed his nails (charged extra for a difficult trim which they did out of the room) and then the technician said the nails looked okay so the vet could check him but probably didn’t need to ???? not professional to me at all. Won’t return.

We take all 4 of our fur babies here. I've been coming here since 1997 and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Pavlov and his staff always put me at ease when I bring my animals in. I am a nervous mother and know that my 3 babies are in good hands.

Do NOT bring your dog here for a hair cut. They were very rough on my dog and he came home with blood in his ears and near his eyes. He is traumatized to get haircuts anywhere because of this awful place.

My family has always taken our pets here and they aren’t the best, but can certainly be pretty cheap compared to other places. My boyfriend and I started taking our dog here when we got her at 8 weeks and the first time she got her nails trimmed they made her bleed. They took off the charge and stopped the bleeding, but she was scared. We moved on because mistakes happen. Though, we started taking her to get groomed somewhere else because it was even cheaper and my dog did really well over there, even though she is an anxious dog. They never had a single issue with doing her nails and they never made her bleed. This place was booked and we needed her to get a shot, so we took her back to Pavlov’s today. We told them that she shakes when she gets her nails trimmed and when they brought her back she was super stressed, more than normal. She was dripping so much blood from her paws that I thought she was drooling at first because I couldn’t tell what color it was on our black seats. The blood got on us, her chest, and went through our seat covers. They then charged us extra (actually double) for her being difficult during her nail trimming. I would’ve taken the charge if she wasn’t bleeding so much. I would’ve waited longer if my dog didn’t come out bleeding so much. I would’ve even been okay if they came out and told me that they couldn’t trim her nails today because she was too anxious, but instead my dog had a big gash in between her toes and all of her nails were messed up. They then refused to remove the charge because they said she was bleeding because of her difficulty. When we’ve never had another groomer cause her to bleed... ever. If I were you, I wouldn’t come here. Save your pet the trauma and pay a little more.

We took our 1 year old dog for a cough the vet on staff she said she needed tests and X-rays. After $400.00 they were going to contact me the next day with diagnostic treatment and meds.No one called me for the next 2 to 3 days and I let various messages worrying about my dog coughing. Finally I get a call from another vet and he mentioned to me that they don’t know what’s wrong to her. They told me to also get CT scan of her chest and lungs.I asked them how could you not know what was wrong with her if you saw and did X-rays its very Improfessional. He got defensive and told me to take her to a specialist.Thats the service I received for approximately $400.00.I recommend you don’t take your pets there. It is the most unprofessional pet clinic That I’ve seen in my whole entire life.

Dr. Pavlov is awesome! He really knows what he’s doing when it come to caring for animals. I took my dog Coco (pit bull) there because she was having a cluster of seizures that would not stop and he managed to get them to stop. When Coco had a seizure right in front of him he rushed her to the back and took matters into his own hands. He told me to leave her there till 6p.m because he was going to sedate her and than for me come back to pick her up. Mind you she had 20 seizures the night before and never fell asleep and was not herself at all. She also kept pacing around the house nonstop. When I picked her up she was doing a lot better. She did have a couple more seizures but now they were localized not generalized seizures. He also started her on Kepra( seizure medication) and by day 3 of being on the medicated her seizures stoped completely and she still hasn’t had one. I was nervous to start her on the medication due to the possible side affects but he assured me that this medication did not cause side affects often. I’m happy to say Coco is back to her normally self and playing with our other dogs. She is still on the medication and luckily does not get any side affects from the medication as well. If I went anywhere else I know I would have paid an arm and a leg but these guys have the best prices and everything was completely affordable. I’m so happy I made the decision to trust and go to there vet clinic. I also took Coco and my toy chihuahua Lovely there due to a severe allergy rash. It was bad to the point where they would bite themselves until they would bleed and there paws were really swollen. They both also had an infection due to the continuous licking and biting. He took care of that as well and Coco and Lovely no longer have this problem and they are extremely healthy again. Thank you !!!

Once again, Pavlov’s has done well to help my family in our time of need. We took a different pup this time and they took good care of him! When I dropped him off, he was lethargic and not himself. When I picked him up, he was back to his super happy self. My poor baby ate something he was not supposed to and I didn’t know what to do. The vet and staff at Pavlov’s were super professional and kept me in the loop about what’s going on every step of the way. They are so reasonably priced too! A friend recommended me here almost 2 years ago, and they have yet to disappoint! I routinely take my pups for groomings, vaccinations, cleanings, etc. I will definitely keep coming here! Thank y’all so much!

We are always treated with respect and care. Our Riley loves going to the vet, and she gets everything she needs. The staff loves our girl and is always helpful and answers all our questions.

If possible I would have provided no ⭐️ stars. I took my frenchie in to have a check up due to her possibly being pregnant and was informed after I paid $115.00 that I would have to bring her back for additional $50.00. I agreed and called for a appointment then was quoted another $125.00 regarding a exam plus x-ray. In 2 weeks my original quote went from $50 to $150. The staff will also hang up and can’t send a email correctly. ????????

I love Dr Pavlov. He has taken care of our pets for years. He always takes my concerns seriously an is very thorough, and caring. He never tries to do more than needed so when he gets concerned, I get concerned. The pricing is also very reasonable.

***Incident during COVID-19*** I had to take my dogs in for their yearly vaccinations yesterday, today I had to come back to pick up a medication for one of them. I did not want to give my payment information over the phone and asked to pay the same way I did the day before. The lady on the phone siged and said, ok let me get gloves then sent out a man named Joey he yelled the total amount to me had, no gloves on and then snatched my card out of my hand very aggressively and scratched me! As he walked away I asked if he would please not do that he turned around looked at me and walked back inside, when he came back out he started aggressively telling me if you dont want me to scratch you then pay over the phone next time, basically admitting his actions were purposeful... how can you in good conscience treat anyone that way for absolutely no reason, I told him there was no issue paying this way yesterday and that he should be careful especially during COVID-19 his response was well you should just take your business elsewhere... and we will do just that thank you Joey. Payment outside was an option and yet when I opted for it the employees reacted horribly.. I am sure Dr. Pavlov would be very pleased to know that his employees are sending his clients away from his business especially during a time like this, a client who paid over $400 in one visit... If you are looking for somewhere that is welcoming please DO NOT go here, so long as Joey is working there and any of the other employees who mistreat the clients. You can find much better service elsewhere!! We have been clients for over 3 years so believe me when I say the service here has definitely gone downhill very fast and it is not worth it. Especially if you are looking to be safe for you and your pets...

I am beyond impressed with the service of the staff and the Vet! I was so worried about my beautiful furry family member. I was so impressed with Dr. Sloan and her ability to pinpoint the issue my baby was experiencing. To the staff and vet of Pavlov’s I am forever grateful! They are also affordable ????

My first visit to Pavlov's has made me want to continue bringing my dog here. From the friendly voices on the phone, to the friendly in person encounters handing over my pet for his shots, to Dr. Esparza calling me to discuss a whole review of my dog. I am impressed with their timely service but also their friendly service which in my experience is so hard to come by nowadays. Thank you Pavlov's for making me a repeat customer!!

I requested online for someone to reach out to me yesterday and was told someone would reach out to me in 24hrs I have spent the last 20mins calling your facility to which NO ONE is answering. I have used Pavlov’s for both veterinarian services as well as grooming services for 11 years. I never got the warm “fuzzy” feeling about this place, and overlooked many instances where I felt that I was being taken advantage of. My last experience, where my dog needed 6 staples because the groomer got his skin in the blade took the cake. I understand that accidents happen, but to charge me $90 for a grooming, and not even follow up to see how my dog was doing was beyond the lowest level of customer service. Stay away from his place.

Let me first say that the techs and doctors have always been polite and shown care and concern for my animal companions however there sometimes seems to be a lack of communication between staff making it necessary to repeat …

Hi I have gone to this vet since we moved in the area for 5 years now we have brought both of our dogs there. My miniature Pinscher daisey was seen there a lot she was diagnosed with diabetes and was on vetsylin we loss her 6 weeks ago at the age of 14 her best bud Trixie has been having a hard time missing her she refused to eat we have been struggling keeping food down her for the past four days. We couldn’t watch her suffer anymore I took her to see her vet at first they were not going to admit her but I was under stress and asked for them to help they did take her in she was in bad shape temp was down and she had a scratch on her eye. They sent me away stating they would call me on an update. They called about 20 minutes later stating they put ointment in her eye and were going to put her on IV fluids I was relieved someone was going to help my baby. About two minutes after they called again and wanted 150dollars to start procedures I explained to them my wife gets paid tomorrow if there was anyway I can have them take it out of my account tomorrow they refused which deep down I kind of understand but it is not the dogs fault I am not able to pay they already had her in there care I just pleaded with them to help me they refused so I went to pick her up and pray she makes it thru the night. When I took her back they stated to me that I awed them 27 something dollars for the ointment they place in her eye if they did not get there money by tomorrow they would turn it in to collections this is a vet I trusted with my babies I already feel bad because there is nothing I can do to help a suffering family member but they need to be rude about there crummy 27 buck trust me I will personally drop off the money and be done with them

Bad communication. Never answer their phone and didn’t inform me that the groomers would be late so my dogs were not even seen in the time they usually are. Never coming back

I've been going to Pavlov's for about 15 years and have had good and bad experiences but I think today was my last visit... I came in for a simple rabies vaccination for my two dogs and 6 months of heartworm protection. The staff up front try to tell me they're due for all shots when they just had the core vaccinations 1 year ago and they tried to tell me all are required. Ummm....No they're not!! rabies is the ONLY shot required by law and studies are showing if you get all the other vaccinations like parvo, hepatitis, distemper etc. annually it's excessive, not necessary, and can do more harm than good. My dogs have had bad reactions from the multiple shots simultaneously. So I tell them I'm not getting all of that. When I get my invoice they tried to charge me for the shots I didn't get anyway, I told them to take them off and because of that, they tell me they're now going to have to charge me $42 each dog for office visit because I refused shots that aren't required.... Ultimately I was charged $241 for a rabies vaccine and 6 months of heartworm prevention. That's obscenely excessive and if they're going to care about nickel and diming me instead of the best care for my dogs you don't deserve my business any longer.
