They omitted some financial details upon my inquiry over the phone. Once there the price went from $95 to $400 plus the $95 and I just felt I was being misled, now my cat cont. To suffer because of their lack of honesty

My cat was injured & they wouldn't take me in cause they are not taking new clients ????

Love the staff, great veterinarians.

This place was really helpful and understanding of my pet. They even assisted me with my pet and gave her a side entrance. I will continue to take my pet to this animal clinic

Dr. Martin has cared for my families pets for over 40 years. He is simply the best, hands down. Very caring and very knowledgeable.

Terrible.this white receptionist was on the phone with her man,MORE,than being concerned for the well being of my sick animal.just unprofessional,if this is just the receptionist,I doubt the primary veterinarian cares.

Had an emergency today with a kitten that had been hit by a car. Was blown away by the entire staff with their compassion and professionalism. This is the place to go if you want a group of professionals that care about your pet. Thank you Marbach Road team for all that you did today!

I only take my dogs and cats to this clinic. It has a trustworthy & knowledgeable staff with reasonable prices.

Great vet. They do a good job really examining your pet and taking the time required to diagnose issues. Fantastic receptionist as well, very professional and responsive.

I have much respect for the animal hospital. I've loved my dogs and would not trust them to just anybody.

We just started using this clinic with the passing of my dog last month. It was a hard time for us but this clinic helped our household through the tough times. They treated our lost loved one with care. It meant the world to us. We just took our exotic cat here this past weekend, she was sick with a cough, and they yet again took the most care of her. The vet made us feel like she would be ok, also made time to talk to us about any future potential issues, and diet plans going forth. I recommend this location to everyone in the San Antonio area.

I called to ask about prices on packages for my puppy and the lady Crystal was very rude and gave an attitude, told me that I “probably wouldn’t afford the package” I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

Small location. Vet turned out to be a boy but they actually had good prices. Especially the price they quoted. Cats in clothing! So cute! My dog is scared of guys but they clipped my dogs nails for a better price. Not sure about the exit but whatever. Was worried about my dogs nails but it seemed to work out ok. Thank goodness! I was so worried. ???? thanks guys! ????

Decided to try this place out for my cats. Was greeted by a rude awakening by what it looked the doctor in charge. Barely got into the parking lot, saw how friendly the doctor greeted another pet owner as he was walking outside. Then the doctor saw me getting out of my car and gave me a nasty look...some BS I tell you.

Not recommend!! Called and talk to someone named krystal for prices and was ugly and rude.

We have been taking our five dogs to Marbach Rd Hospital for over five yrs now. The veterinarians have always been so professional and provided exceptional service. Even when we had an emergency with a rescue puppy and walked in without an appointment, they were able to examine her and provided medication immediately. They also take the time to complete the exams in a way that makes our dogs comfortable as we have two that can struggle with fear aggression. Vet and kennel techs are always loving and friendly to our dogs. The receptionist is always thorough, concise, and professional and always saying hello in a friendly manner. We enjoy the services provided by the vet team and staff!

Great service and will be back with my puppies.
