The only place I trust to groom my dog his haircuts are always consistent. My dog is half Pomeranian so his hair gets pretty long and they’re the only ones who actually know how to groom him without shaving all his hair off. I usually drop him off before I go to work and he’s usually done before my lunch break.

Good Service nothing to brag about. Took my dog to get his nails trimmed and filed. Probably won't be returning Update: You don't have a record because it was under another name that's why. Not sure why you are barely responding. I left this review months ago. Takes months to respond but quick to take peoples money. Knocked it down to 1 star should be ZERO STARS! Update!! I’ve loved this groomer since our very first visit. A tad pricey, but Charlie always comes out looking and smelling amazing (they use perfume) ☺️ We recently added his brother, Leo, and he looked equally as perfect. We drive all the way across town — it’s worth it! Edit: unfortunately I’m having to change my rating a bit after his last grooming appointment. His last groom was $90 including the brush out fee and he’s 15 pounds. I sent a picture asking for a specific cut that they gave him last time, and he came out looking nothing like the picture. I also notice that he is excessively thirsty after each appointment, which I see someone else mentioned in their review as well. Disappointed and won’t be back.

They did a great job grooming my pup and the daycare was great. My dog had fun and was all tired out when he got home.

I left my wild 3 year old German Shepherd Bailey with them for 5 days while on vacation..I was super nervous and scared to leave her because I have never left her with strangers. The owner Cambri was great with me and my pooch (though I know she wanted to punch me) hahaha it because I was so scared for my girl, I had millions concerns and questions. Well I love i had access to her 24/7 via camera and she came home just as I drop her off with them...happy, excited and with a good attitude. Kennels are spacious and kept clean with water all the time. I will definitely be using this Pet Care again and again as I need it. I recommend it. I'm happy and my pooch is happy.

I have 2 English bulldogs and my babies LOVE coming here. My girl actually didn’t want to leave today. LOL. She wanted to kiss the groomer before she left. That says A LOT to me how they treat our babies while we’re not there. It’s worth the money! We’ll continue coming here even if we live on the other side of town.

The workers and the owner and very professional and they genuinely care about our furry friends. Very good customer service and excellent quality of work.

They do a very good job and are easy to work with for appointments and so on..highly recommend

When you work here they’ll decided what’s best to pay you and if they don’t like how you perform they leave you work with the kennels to clean and walk the dogs only. The management is very unprofessional, doesn’t communicate and isn’t courteous. Kennels are rundown and need to be replaced and don’t practice anything being safe with the dogs whatsoever, ridiculous to work here.

My labradoodle looks gorgeous after her visit here. I gave four stars for two reasons. First, her nails were not filed enough. Second, she was excessively thirsty when she got home, like she didn’t have any water the 6 hours she was there. It concerns me, but I can’t say for sure they didn’t give her water or maybe she didn’t want to drink it.

I am not pleased . My baby had eye surgery did fine and I wanted the fur to match on both sides . I asked the attendant please don’t do anything but match the eye leave his beautiful curly hair in the middle : Brought him out and I am sick ears look like he moved when they were cutting him and he has a bowl around his head and all the beautiful curly hair in the middle is gone. I won’t be back and I hope other owners better get in writing what them want because it will take months for my dog to look the same. Furious sad and sorry my six month old has gone thru so much and I took him here !!!!! LIVID

Took my Aussiedoodle and golden retriever here yesterday and it was the BEST haircut and grooming they ever received!! I am in love!! They look amazing and smell amazing! My puppers are so happy! Highly recommend Lucky Dog Pet Retreat & Spa!!! Will definitely be going back!!!

These people are great. The have doggy day care and grooming for dogs. Very nice.

They did such an excellent job on my Shih Tzu! It was his first time going to the groomer and I couldn't be more happy. He's so handsome! They took the right amount off without taking off all his puppy coat. They performed all the routine procedures for a Shih Tzu and he was finished in about an hour! All for a great price. :)

I have 2 yorkies that does not like going anywhere near Petsmart for grooming. I tried Lucky Dog, and they loved it. I now have a new dog groomer. I recommend Lucky Dog Wash as a 1st choice if you're looking for a dog groomer.

I’ve been taking my labradoodle to Shawnda for 2 years and she always looks beautiful and not “poodled.” It’s clear that Shawnda and her team love their jobs and ALL the dogs. And they make the cutest bows!

The idea of having an extra set of caring hands watching over our crazy fur baby KOSMO is so rewarding. We have been taking him to lucky dog going on 4 years and we are beyond blessed and thankful to all the staff. It’s a tremendous happiness knowing that when we drop him off for boarding, we know he is happy and well taken care of. We love the fact that they get to know your pet and attend to their specific needs. I can’t say enough about the grooming services.... beyond spectacular and professional. Kosmo has found his second home and that’s for sure!!

No one could successfully clip my Collie/shepherd's nails until we went here. She got a bath AND nails cut for a good price. Nice staff, excellent groomers. (My vet put my 13 year old dog under anesthesia to cut them last time, and I didn't want to that again. ) Pookie looks beautiful.

This place was recommended to me by a friend who brings both her dogs here for grooming. It was busy (good sign!) but they were fast and did a great job with my terrier. He came out looking so handsome! Also, everyone was friendly and accommodating.
