Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital San Antonio, Texas

I have been taking my two dogs to this vet clinic for a little over a year. I have mixed feelings about this place. First they don't let you come in with your pet, because of COVID. The vet will call you to give you an update on how your pet is doing. Each time I would get a call from the vet, I believe I dealt with every vet at the clinic, I always felt rushed off the phone. They talk so fast and interject a lot during the conversation. I am assuming they do this to move quicker to the next pet. They also charge a $45 physical exam when you get your pet vaccinations. When I questioned the staff about it they said that Texas law required an examination in conjunction with vaccines even though my dog had had an exam that same year. So you get charged $45 on top vaccinations about twice a year. I have not seen or heard of this elsewhere. I just called to schedule an appointment for my dog to get vaccines because they have sent me numerous emails and text messages to do so. I get put on a 15 minute hold..... I am going elsewhere.

Had to use this vet when my son unexpectedly passed away. This vet took outstanding measures to make my fur-baby, Harli's anxiety didn't get the best of her. I truly appreciate them going out of their way to ensure her safety and healthy state of mind. I couldn't deal losing another member of my family! They give outstanding fur baby care!

The staff at Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital went above and beyond to quickly see my two kitties. I recently moved to San Antonio and did not have a vet. When I called for an emergency visit for one cat and overall check-up for the other, they found a way to squeeze in a same-day visit. I had my last vet send the records over and Loop 410 Vet Hospital made sure all of their vaccines were up to date. I had to drop the cats off because of COVID, but the vet made sure to call me twice to update me on the visit and ear infection in the one cat. I appreciated how kind they were and that the visit was way less expensive than I thought it would be for a veterinary hospital. This is our new vet! So thankful we found this place.

Always take all our Fur babies here. Even after we moved further away we will still travel to their location for their services.

We tried two other clinics closer to where we live and, while they weren’t BAD experiences, we didn’t come away feeling like they were the place we wanted our four-legged family member to go regularly. We knew Loop 410 was a great fit for us even from the initial phone call. They listened, offered clear advice and directions, and the subsequent appointment was on time and thorough. The price is more than reasonable and the scheduling of appointments is too easy. Very happy we found them.

I brought my dogs taxi and bear bear for the first time the staff was super friendly had to coax the dogs out the car some but all in all it was a great service

I can not tell you enough how great the vet and team are. I recently lost one of my baby's so when peanut developed a sudden red rash I was terrified. The employees were very organized and had peanut with vet quickly. During this virus time I was able to text photos of really ugly pictures of the rash and the doctor wash on the phone with me. These people care about our animal's.

Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital is by far the very best! The Staff is kind and helpful. The care and compassion helps to relieve any anxiety. Dr Ray listens to concerns and is very helpful in treating Buddy.

My dog needed her tooth extracted, so we called in and made an appointment. The techs were very professional and friendly. While I was waiting, I noticed that they would frequently take their patients outside to use the restroom and get some fresh air instead of cooping them up inside. It made me feel so much better about leaving my baby there for her procedure. Afterwards, my dog was looking and feeling a lot better than before, I even notice that her nails were trimmed! I strongly recommend Loop 410 Vet because they truly care about your pet and are not out to screw you over like most vet hospitals!! I'm super grateful to everyone who took care of my baby!!!

Just took my newest addition in for a check-up. I've always been happy with both vets and thrilled with the technicians. They love dogs and the dogs can feel it. I have had some nervous rescue dogs and the staff has always kept them calm and happy.

The staff has been excellent before and during Covid. I know they love animals and our Mia seems to like them, too. I don't hesitate to recommend Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital.
