AFFORDABLE being the key word here. Friendly staff and great service. I feel good about taking my 2 dogs and cat for the care they need and don't have to break the bank while doing so.

Doctor did a quick and gentle yet thorough exam on both my cats. She answered all my questions and was super nice

Came here for our puppy to get his second check up, the doctor was super nice and answered all of our questions. The only problem I had was the vet tech , she was extremely pushy and kinda rude to us. We will be coming back to this location because of how close it is to us but we will be asking for a different vet tech the next time.

I called for information on spaying my 7 month old kitten. They refused to give me the cost until I brought her in for a consultation first. Crummy policy

I have been going to Thrive Vet for a year now and visited 4 different locations. By far this location is the best and has the most attentive vets and medical staff. For the first time I did not feel rushed, I felt listened to and I was content with the diagnosis, treatment plan and examination. I arrived early and was taken in right away. I waited about 2 minutes before the vet came in which is almost unheard of. Before that the medical assistant was in the room with us. The vet also came in after the exam to answer my 21 questions in person instead of passing the answers along. I was very satisfied and will return to this location which is rather than other ones but it’s worth the drive for the exceptional service

I have been a client for THRIVE for about 2 years now and my dog has some pretty bad allergies, he ran out of his medication for apoquel and I needed to get some for him asap but I also was interested in cytopoint injection so that we dont have to continuously rely on pills for his symptoms. The De Zavala location was able to fit me in fairly soon and I had an appointment with Dr. Katz, who was extremely friendly, educational, and professional. She was able to bring me more comfort in regards to my dogs symptoms and treatment plan and provided me with everything I needed. Ty (if i remember correctly) the vet tech assisted Dr. Katz with my dog when she was admintering the injection and she did AMAZING, my dog loved her! The receptionist London was also very helpful and kind as well and made sure the check in and check out process was extremely smooth. I highly recommend this vet and buisiness as it is everything you could ever need, it TRULY is affordable as they advertise in their name, being a stereotypical broke college student this is the perfect place for my dog for high quality care for a very reasonable price! Definitely look into getting a THRIVE membership as it is only $10/month and comes in handy more than you think!

Bought a puppy on a Sunday that didn't have a parvo shot. Arrived at the clinic at 8:55 am as a walk in. Was told they might not be able to see me but would asked the doctor when she came in. She arrived late and looked hung over. After waiting 45 minutes they came to tell me although the lobby was close to empty the entire time that they didn't have 5 minutes to administer a shot to an unprotected pup. Screw this place. ????

I usually see Dr. Priour who is AMAZING and gives great in depth details on pets, she even provided a print out of the condition we went over in my puppy. Today seen a new Dr. She was sweet and examined Kash well. The vet tech Josh** has great energy and really loves the animals. Was very gentle and expressed concern with Kash during the appointment. Receptionist was sweet she does her upselling well. But did just grab a dirty sign off the examination room and flip it to clean upon visual inspection…was a bit odd. Prices have gone up with Covid to those who used thrive earlier in the pandemic which is the only negative.

Dr. Roberts has always been so patient with my high anxiety dog. The vet techs are also patient with her. I’m very thankful for them!

I have been taking my dog Sebastian to Thrive since they first opened & I've been very pleased with the everything & everyone!! Sebastian's doctor is Dr Robert's & his Assistant is Miranda & they are just awesome!! The cost is affordable they work with you with anything your not comfortable with, I just can't say how satisfied I have been going there. My doggie feels at ease going there & he's taken care. The rest of the staff there are also very friendly. I really appreciate this. Keep up the great work!!

This was my first time bringing in my cat Misty, and I will definitely keep coming to this clinic! I came in because I found a lump on Misty, and Dr.Katz was so sweet and gentle her. She was very informative and did tests very quickly! I totally recommend this clinic; everyone was so nice!

Staff was really friendly, I sent them over all the medical records I had and they looked over it and let me know what my little kitty needed. ????

After a battle with kidney disease I made the heart wrenching decision to let my 15 year old cat Whiskers go peacefully. Dr. Katz and her team were wonderful. I was allowed to be with Whiskers in her final moments. Dr. Katz was compassionate and tender with Whiskers. When I saw her wipe away a tear, I knew how deeply she cared.

When I first called to schedule the appointment the lady on the phone didn’t sound happy to be there. I continued to carry on with energy in the conversation and she started to come around. When I arrived for my appointment I could definitely tell who I spoke with on the phone. Please use this as a training tool to help your associate. Pick up the phone with a smile on your face and it will help you carry a more welcoming tone. I’m not upset at the interaction. I just want to help with future appointments for your clients. I did not interact with her that day. The staff members I worked with that day were awesome! My puppy Piper would agree. I can’t recall the Techs name, but he was great! (He just got approved for a home). Piper gets anxiety when out in public and the tech was able to gain her trust quickly. He was very knowledgeable about his job and looked to enjoy what he does. Dr. Katz is Fantastic! She made Piper and I feel welcomed and definitely spoiled her with more treats. Even after the appointment she was still texting me with helpful information. Piper has definitely found her new Vet :) Thank you!

Dr. Roberts and Tech London were extremely polite and helpful in diagnosing my cars skin condition. They were also really trying to help me get the most for my money and I really appreciate their honesty. Definitely going to be bringing my pets here for exceptional vet care!

I'm so grateful I found this place. The team is very professional and caring. They understand how to handle critical cases. My dog has CHF and CT. Since his first CHF episode in May he has been through hell and non stop cough. Every other vet told me it's normal and no meds helped. Dr. Roberts prescribed some meds and finally we can sleep through the night. The cough is 85% better. Cookie has been suffering from trauma with all the ER visits, he gets very stressed and is not easy to handle but the team, vet techs and staff, is truly very patient with him and with me. They know when to stop to not stress him and to comfort him. They care and they listen to what you say, that's rare now. I just wish they change the phone system. You have to go through call center which is not helpful in anyway and messages and communication get lost. And it adds extra work on both ends. Plus if you need to reach them for urgent matter it never works. I need to be able to reach my dog's vet easily, i need peace of mind.

Dr. Katz! She is amazing. My kitty is quite skittish and can be difficult, but she handled him wonderfully. He was there for his rabies shot and he got through it without any trouble. She took it slow and made sure he was comfortable. Thank you again Dr. Katz!

My kitten isn’t the biggest fan of new people but they took extra steps to make sure she felt safe. They have the greatest people there taking care of them and I love how they are with their pets

Superb! I truly appreciate how the veterinarian & staff did not push for trying to squeeze the most monetary gain from our visit. We were offered several alternatives to medication/treatment options which we are grateful for.

Great people, very pleasant experience. Brought in two cats for vaccinations. We were greeted quickly, and had a very short wait. The staff were very friendly, clearly cared about their patients. Glad I came here.
