Great job every time and everyone is very nice.

I wanted to give this grooming so many opportunities but they just disappointed me more I never was happy with the haircut and bath given to my dog. They really don’t try to go the extra mile for their customers, it’s just about the money, not about giving great quality and keeping customers. I really wish I had a better experience with this place.

We bring our puppies here often! The staff is amazing and super friendly. They are extremely patient with our boys who can be a bit difficult at times! Highly recommend!!

Lovely small buisness ran by dog lovers. Be sure to explain whatever you need done and they are happy to accommodate. Angelina is so loving and gentle with all the puppies! Great work guys.

I love bringing my baby there. Leana always does a great bathing her and she always smells so good and her fur is always so soft. Karen did an amazing job on the groom and my Bella came out just as pretty as ever. The front desk staff is so professional , courteous and is always so efficient. Wouldn't bring her anyone else. :)

I really like that my dogs always look good, and are happy when they leave here. Professional staff that cares about the details of your dogs.

Hands down my favorite place to take my fur baby Lola, Great customer service and did an excellent job! Brandi, Joe & Mia were all super friendly & answered any questions I had. Definitely would recommend

We last took my baby poodle 8 months old my lil 5 lb doggie loved taking baths ; after taking her there she is deathly afraid….. be WARNED … she is not the same I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place again to anyone.. I would hate for this to happen to another lil fur baby ….. this is not acceptable and I do not want an excuse or apologies…. I will never entrust my fur babies to this company…..

My baby first came to Linwoodd a nervous wreck to get his nails or a bath done but after his very first visit with the staff he gets excited to go everytime! He loves all the pets and attention he receives and he always comes back smelling amazing!

Took my two corgis and they did an amazing job! Paw pad hair was well done, their cuts, and even their booties were well trimmed! I asked for the groomer to fix one of my dogs cut and with no questions ask they went ahead and fixed it for me! I totally recommend! Thank you!

I called today to adjust the dates for an upcoming boarding reservation when I mentioned one of my dogs had prescribed pain medication for arthritis. I’ve boarded my dogs at multiple places in the past and this has never been an issue. I was surprised when the woman I spoke to said they don’t give medications and because of my dog’s age (14) I would be better off boarding at an animal hospital like Becker Animal Hospital. I’ve never run into this situation before and I’m also scheduled to travel this week so I asked why and what their normal process was with other dogs. She said they don’t normally board dogs that need medications. I find that odd but okay. At this point the woman places me on hold to speak to her manager and comes back letting me know they will attempt to administer my dog’s medications but if she gets “stressed” I’ll have to pick her up. What? I’m going out of town which is the whole reason I need to board my dogs. I was then told they would speak with the owner and get back to me. To their credit I did get a call back from the manager who was polite but reiterated that they didn’t want my dog to be stressed and they would give the medications only with an emergency contact on file. Ultimately, I just canceled my reservation. So here’s the thing… if your facility doesn’t provide a service that is common for a boarding facility to provide, that’s your prerogative, but disclosing that information at the time I made the reservation would have avoided this situation altogether. If the reason is because there’s not a trained technician to administer medications then say that instead telling me my dog is old, could be stressed and go somewhere else. I did thankfully find another arrangement for my dogs but this was just not what I was expecting to deal with the week I’m scheduled to leave my animals in your care.

Garth is a rescue who was severely matted for his first ever groom (not with Brandi). He was definitely scared to go back for a grooming and was no anxious but Brandi worked with him and made him so comfortable. He’s a lot better behaved now when he goes in and doesn’t leave so scared and worked up. The groomings are always nicely done and he smells so good every time!

For it being the first time for my big boy he actually was excited to go in, nervous at first but so well worth it..

I have had good experiences here with my senior dogs. They even called me ahead of time about a sore spot I knew he already had on his foot to ensure I wanted to proceed with the wash. They have been gentle, through, and professional with my fairly difficult to manage husky.

I picked up my dog after grooming appointment and found spots of blood, butchered fur, and traumatized. Horrible place!

I adopted my old guy from the shelter and brought him right in to be groomed. They handled him with such care! He was nervous, but the groomer took her time and still did a good job! He looked like a new dog! Thanks so much!

Very clean facility. Courteous and friendly staff. We stopped by to make an appointment for trimming our cat's nails. They were able to accommodate same day. Nails trimmed quickly.

This place never answers the phone, and when they do they never have availability. After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I had arrived to my appointment minutes late and they told me they couldn’t attend my dogs.In a different occasion I had also left my dogs there for boarding and when I picked them up from Linwood grooming they where very bad taken care of.

They don't take care of pets properly. My dog has been boarded many times at many locations. Every time he has stayed with Linwood, he ends up with a cut on his nose. The staff keeps saying that he gets nervous/anxious and is rubbing his nose against the kennel gate which causes a laceration on is nose. They never happened at other boarding locations. Why do you have kennels that are that sharp? Why do you not call us to inform us of the injury? Why is it that this repeated injury does not concern your staff? We won't be boarding our dog there any more. When we brought up our concerns to the staff they simply did not care and shrugged. They said we can call later and talk to the manager if we want. They also asked if we wanted to tip them. Priceless.

Absolutely disappointed in this place. Upon scheduling, I requested an experienced groomer for my 8 month Shih tzu mix. When we picked him up, we didn’t even recognize him. He was completely shaven bc “umm he had some matting” (per the one working the desk). I know how I took my dog in and he had 1 small matted area on his chest which they pointed out at check in. It wasn’t big enough to where His whole body had to be shaven. We didn’t get a courtesy call to even warn us of what was about to happen. We knew something was going on bc it had been 3 hours and we had not received a call. We just showed up and inquired about our dog who was ready and waiting to go home. My poor dog is miserable and shivering all the time. I’ve debated on posting a picture, but he looks so bad, I’ll spare you all.

I have mixed feeling about leaving this review, I once knew the owner of Linwood when she ran grooming out of her home. I since have moved and haven’t had any dogs requiring a grooming visit but now that I do it was her that I thought of immediately. Yet my experience at Linwood was not with the owner it was an on staff groomer. First I will say the front staff was polite, I was able to get scheduling done with ease and my dog didn’t sit there all day like other places. Yet, my issues include, I asked to make sure my dogs hind dewclaws were trimmed and they were not, I asked for his ears not to be cut back and they were, he ended up with razor burn on his private parts, sometimes these things happen and I cannot be upset that it did but I am slightly upset no one let me know, I wasn’t given any update or report from my assigned groomer other than a single word “nervous” which was written on a white board, which I even had to probe about and was reassured it didn’t have any impact on his grooming. I do not trust many people with my animals so I am disappointed, and will not be returning, my only reason for bringing him in and not doing it myself was because I didn’t want to stress him out. ????‍♀️

The groomers are the best. They are so patient, kind and caring to my 17 year old Gizmo. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.
