My dog loves her days at Camp Bow Wow! The staff provide close supervision and the dogs are screened to ensure appropriate temperament in a group setting. I also am able to check the webcam anytime, giving me much reassurance that she's happy. I highly recommend for day camp & overnight.

Our very large puppy *loves* Camp Bow Wow. We take him there several times each week for daycare so he can get some of that puppy energy out while we are at work. The facilities are kept clean and even during the very busy holiday season, everything runs smoothly. In addition to that, every staff member we have encountered is friendly and professional. We were paying the same fee to have a Rover dog walker come for a one hour walk each day, so Camp Bow Wow is a tremendous value. Thank you Camp Bow Wow!

We've taken our 2 yr old Milo there off and on for day care multiple times and boarding. The ease of drop off and pick up is efficent. The staff is great and you can tell the enjoy working with the dogs, which is awesome.and our dog definitely loves it. Highly recommend.

Ozzy, our English Bulldog, has been going to this place since he was a pup, and he absolutely loves it. His ears would perk up when we say "do you wanna go to doggy daycare?" He'd run down to the garage to his dad's car, impatiently wait for 10 seconds for dad to open the door, or start whimpering. Camp Bow Wow shows abundant love, and they genuinely care for the pups. Ozzy is our child, our lifeline, and to know that an organization treats him just as special as we do is truly amazing. Taking care of 5-10 pups is one thing, but handling over 50 dogs, every single day, with the same amount of love and care, that's something else. It speaks volumes about these kind hearted people. Their services are of excellent quality, the staff is competent and careful, they respect and fulfill our requests, the booking and payment system have been seamless, and most importantly, my pup comes back happy and exhausted. I'm so glad my husband found this place, I know my baby is in safe hands.

I was so worried about leaving our pup there for his interview. He's so sweet but so shy and I was afraid other dogs might pick on him. So you can bet u was glued to the cam. He was definitely shy and didn't seem to play at all, but he was content following the attendant around, and the other dogs all coexisted really well. It was a pretty peaceful room of small dogs. Jack was safe and that was all I hoped for on his first visit. Maybe in future visits, he'll feel comfortable interacting more with the other dogs. We've only had this one experience with Camp BowWow so far, but it exceeded my expectations. We'll definitely be back.

The staff here is super friendly. I love that they have cameras so I can check on my doggo when I want too. The pricing isn't too bad either and they offer packages to help save some money. My doggo loves it here and I will definitely be bringing her back often.

Excellent interfacing with dog owners. Safe environment for the pets. The facility is clean and safe. Plenty of staff on hand to make sure pet interaction in groups is safe for all. And, reasonable rates.

It was our first time here at camp bow wow. We recently moved to Tx and were on our way our of town on our anniversary trio. They were very accommodating. The staff were all very nice and we were very pleased to be able to look at the cameras and see our fur baby at play. The price was reasonable for last minute reservation, 4 day stay with bath/nails... We will definitely use them again..

Great service and a clean facilities. We are a fan of Camp Bow Wow in the North Dallas area and were very excited to find this location in San Antonio. It's great to be able to travel with your pup and still give them a safe, clean environment to play. This was our first time to board our dog and we knew he'd be in great hands.

Yall!!! I have been to several dog daycares before I landed with camp bow wow. The service here is unmatched, my dog is excited to come for daycare and is always greeted by name when walking through the door. You can tell how much attention they give the dogs because whenever I call to check in they know exactly who I'm talking about. I first found this franchise due to the comfort of being able to watch him through the camper cams. After allegations of abuse at our last daycare I watched the cams religiously to make sure he was doing alright. Now, I hardly check in on him because I am confident in this locations ability to take care of my dog. Even when I do call they know who I am, who my dog is, and exactly how he is doing. Truly truly truly appreciate this location and the wonderful people who work there. Thank you for taking care of Neji.

We have been coming here for over a year and Moka loves it so much. Shawn, Alex, Liz, and the rest of the staff are all so amazing! Moka has had a few incidents, but the staff always makes sure to let me and the other owners know and explain the situations well. Things are bound to happen with dogs--no matter how used to other dogs they are, they can still be unpredictable so the few reviews you see about dogs getting injured--just know that it can happen with any dog, and the staff does everything they can to avoid these situations! I don't have enough words to explain how amazing Camp Bow Wow NW is, and I would recommend them to anyone! We are moving at the end of the week and are going to miss the staff so much! Thank you for always taking such good care of Moka and all the other pups!

Staff is very attentive and takes the time to answer all of your questions. They are very accommodating. Recently when my dog was boarding for a few days, I called to check on him and was promptly attended to. Faye answered all of my questions about my pet and even took the time to personally go check on him and send me a pic. She went above and beyond! I know my pet is in good hands when he is there. Great customer service from everyone!

Great place to let your puppers play with other four legged friends. The cameras of the play area is spectacular to keep tabs on your little furry friend while they socialize.

This USED to be my pup's favorite place, but the last couple of stays have been a HUGE disappointment. We tried to pay for the extra services since it's been a year since my pup's been away from home. They did the play pals but at pick up I was told he didn't get cuddle time. I specifically scheduled a later pick up so he could play before his bath, but didn't see him in the yard at all. When they were available I spoke to someone to learn that he had had a bath at 10am and was just locked in his cabin (crate) until I picked him up! I came as soon as I learned this! My poor pup being locked up ALL DAY and no yard time AT ALL! I was then told all baths were done in the morning. I stared that I JUST heard the employee on the phone telling someone else 1. Their pup accidently ate a food they are allergic to and 2. Was getting a bath at that time! Apologies were given and a free nail trim but I no longer feel my pup is safe there or playing. We got home (he wears a harness) to find they kept his collar! I was given dirty dishes back and had to drive back for the collar. Things just have gotten worse and worse here and play time shorter and shorter. I was also told the manager would "try" to call me the next day. I guess their attempt was unsuccessful. I waited to review to see if anyone would call, but no one ever did. Fail. Sadly they failed to give my pup cuddle time, failed to give a later bath time AS DISCUSSED so he could play , failed to give him his collar and failed to follow up with a call. Sad because we have been coming here his entire life and he just turned 8.

Loved the way they explain everything. Our dog went all day for an interview and passed. Now we will take him there qc a month for socialization.

Love this place. Boarded my doggies for 4 nights and they took such great care of them that they didn’t want to leave. I called everyday for updates and I could tell that they were really taking the time to sit with them and make them happy. 10/10 I’ll be back for my next vacay!!

This daycare is consistently good. We've been taking our pupper here for more than a year and each experience has been great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating even when they are busy. Social distancing and masks are currently still enforced in the lobby, which we appreciate. We've had grooming services here as well, and it is very convenient to be able to have a one-stop shop. There are plenty of yards to ensure that every camper has a good experience and the puppy cams provide peace of mind throughout the day.

Jack had such a great time, I could just see it in his smile! Thanks again for caring for my son in our time of need.. might be sooner than anticipated that we return for a sleepover..

My two dogs had a 9 day stay here at CampBowWow. I called in and was called several times throughout the week for updates on my dogs. On Monday, I was told my one dog was very grumpy, snappy at other dogs, and did not eat her supper. On Wednesday and Friday, I was told she is very grumpy and anxious. Well I picked them up this morning (Sunday) and my dog has a broken bottom canine tooth. I took her to an emergency vet where she needs emergency dental services because she is in EXTREME pain. I am SHOCKED that they have no idea how this happened and NO ONE noticed my dog was missing her canine tooth. I think if I broke my tooth, I'd be very grumpy too!! I am still waiting to hear from a manager to see what her explanation is. The emergency vet said this place obviously neglected my dog during her stay. We will not be returning. If you are reading this, please do not take your dog here.

Pretty chill place, nice staff, could use new streaming cameras and a better internet connection.

Do what you want with this information. But every time I've left my pup at camp bow wow I end up having to pay a vet the following day. You're gonna need to sign a form that says rough play can lead to injury but in my opinion that is largely a cop-out for doing a poor job at keeping dogs safe. The camp counselors allowed me to leave without letting me know he was injured. And when I came back from noticing they claimed they didn't even see the cut!
