It was a very pleasant experience thanks so much for Vanessa's help and addressing the issues at hand excellent service great place to get your dog groomed. The building needs brighter colors for easier recognition for first time customers

I was able to get both of my dogs in for a next day grooming. This was our first time coming here. The price was pretty reasonable, especially compared to many of the other groomers we’ve tried before and didn’t love the result. They did a great job with both dogs, and this will definitely be my new go-to groomer.

They did pretty good with my cat tinky, you can tell they arnt as experienced but they tried their best, I asked them to give her the lion cut, her collar is a little bit sideways but she looks great!

They did a super job on my 2 pups. They went right in, no hesitation and they came out wiggly and happy. Staff was efficient and friendly. Prices were right on target. They did a better job than our usual vet clinic.

They take such great care of my Harley and Hershey. Wonderful

I took my standard poodle to Le Paws for the first time yesterday and will not be coming back. First of all, I was thrown off when they tried to charge me for more than what they quoted me over the phone even thought I had told the person his breed and weight. I also explicitly mentioned when I dropped him off to not trim his hair and to call me if it's necessary (I brushed him out well before dropping him off so that this would not be an issue). Not only did they trim his top knot significantly and disproportionately to the rest of his body, but they did not trim his feet or cut his nails. I wish I had been able to see him and their work before paying for their service + tip. Worst of all, he has shave burns on his private, which he has been licking non-stop to self-soothe until today. Blue has been to two groomers in the past, both of which never complained about him being difficult, but the staff gave me some attitude when I asked them how he did. I am apologetic if he was difficult, which I expressed, but I did not appreciate how they made me feel. I think maybe if you have a small dog and not a poodle, you'll be fine coming here. But I don't think they are well-equipped/experienced with handling larger breeds (Blue is 65 pounds), and definitely not poodles.

Amazing owners. Your fur baby is in good hands with this grooming salon. We only take our babies here. Never had a bad experience. ❤️

I had the best experience taking my large golden doodle Georgie to Le Paws grooming salon! He looks and smells beautiful. The team could not be more helpful and kind. I really felt like they went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

I’m so sad typing this… Idk what’s goes on at this place! I brought my dog here she was there for FOUR HOURSS!!! I paid extra money for the tick shampoo also gave a HUGE Tip.. my dog comes home and she slept the rest of the day away, two days later I notice this rash that was never there prior! Today, I noticed ticks. I’m very upset I wasted my money and I don’t know what goes on behind close doors. This place will never get my money again and I hope you all don’t take your dogs here. I showed them a picture how I wanted her cut nowhere near like that but she was cut I couldn’t complain! Now I’m complaining!!! Because she is physically hurt and has ticks !!! After I paid extra for that service wash.

Amazing! Very kind people. I called in the morning looking for a cat groomer and they took my two cats in on same day. Very affordable price and recommend to anybody!!

Took my chihuahua to get her nails done since Petsmart at the Rim couldn't deal with her or get even close to taking care of her. Le paws did it quick and easy no hassle no complaints, I was a few feet away from for the process. Thank you!

Brought my kitten in to get her nails trimmed. The woman took under 3 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised with how quick it was. Once I got home and checked my kitten’s nails and some were not trimmed at all!! Disappointed & will not be returning.

They always give my pooch a perfect hair cut that fits her personality. They do a great job and are always very professional and respectful when I go there to drop her off and pick her up

I am over the moon with the service my two dogs received today. First of all, I called early in the morning and she took my dogs in right away. She spoke with me and answered all of my questions and concerns when I dropped them off. I thought it was so sweet they came home with a bag of treats and a cute bandana tied around their necks. My son tried to take the bandana off and I told him "don't you dare." I like that it's a small business and not a big named company. We all need to support our local small businesses bc they are what America is all about. Thank you to Le Paws for taking such fantastic care of my two boys.

When I booked my appt a week in advance I asked how long it would be for my 6 month old puppy to get a bath and cut and was told 3 to 4 hours. I had plans to go out of town that day, which is why I dropped him off at 830 am so I could leave san antonio around 3. I called around 1245 to see if he was ready and was told that he wouldn't be ready until around 2. 230 rolls around still no call to pick him up so I call again and let them know I need to pick him because I am going out of town and need to pick him up the lady tells me that he will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. My son hates the face cut he said it looks like they put a bowl on his head and cut around the bowl. His cut isn't even on his stomach. I was hoping that this would be our new groomer but unfortunately I will not be returning with any of our dogs.

Took our dog there awhile back service was perfect took him back yesterday lady at the counter was not to nice my dog was still wet he smelled bad and he ran out there so fast will not be returning

Apt make however I had to reschedule. When I arrive for apt I was scolded for not showing up on first scheduled apt. I remarked that I did call in, but that I would gladly come back another day. She then insisted she would work him in, and did a poor trim. Never going back there!

This is an excellent and caring groomer. My wife and I will be eternally grateful for the care and compassion that they demonstrated for our pup Cupcake. Cupcake had been struggling with her health (cancer) and was on her last days when we took her in for her final grooming session. The staff was very caring and understanding and left her in amazing condition to face the inevitable and heart breaking moment we knew was coming. Our hearts are shattered by the loss of Cupcake (Jan /2010 - Jan/ 18/2021) and your team helped so much by making her clean and comfortable as she took her walk across the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you,

I used Le Paws for the first time today and I can say the owner Pam who seems to be mentioned as rude in numerous reviews was very kind and helpful. In fact I called every other cat groomer in San Antonio and got nowhere. Pam was very accommodating. I witnessed the liquor store owner and another gentleman smoking outside.( I believe that's the source of the smell mentioned). It is a locally owner Pet Salon so I didn't expect to be wowed by the decor or appearance. I was looking for someone who genuinely cares for animals. 22 years in business shows that they're doing something right. I appreciate and support Le Paws. Pics below ....keep in mind her entire fur was matted and she is 11 years old. Not a single cut....thanks Pam

First time taking my pup to a groomer glad I took her to them they cleaned her up and trimmed her nails good will definitely go again staff is very friendly too !!

Le paws does such a great job! My lil Roxy love always comes back so clean and beautiful.
