The team at Kriser's are so wonderful. I brought my mom's dog to Jamie for grooming, and left with samples of food that he is enjoying so much! And his grooming is perfect. We'll be back again and again.

I have been buying amazing products and bringing my pug Walter to this store since its opened. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about everything I ask. Erica in the grooming department has magic hands when it comes to trimming cause I am too scared to do it. She's super caring and quick. Great place to bring any fur baby.

My puppies come out looking more fabulous each time they visit Kriser's. Mrs. Jamie is the groomer and she understands exactly how I want my puppies to look.

We checked out Krisers Stone Oak to find a new groomer for our Gia Bella. The previous groomer was impatient with her and besides cutting her ear scared her and blamed Gia . At Kriser's Erica came out and talked to us and we decided to bring Gia in to meet her. Erica ended up doing a full groom and Gia did very well. Erica even took a video so we could see her being groomed. Erica was so gentle and loving and the entire staff was in and out loving on Gia. Erica is the best groomer I've ever seen, patient, loving & caring plus Gia looks beautiful.

They did an amazing job with our baby Marshmallow, everyone is super nice they even got us I. The same day I called!!

Erica at Kriser’s is just absolutely perfect for us! My husband and I are new to the area and very picky about our groomers. We did lots of research as to where to take our one-year-old Teddy Bear breed. He is very timid going to the groomers but Erica made him feel comfortable right away! She is super friendly and took plenty of time before his grooming appointment to learn about him as well as understand how we wanted him taken care of. She even listened to my concerns about his coat changes and helped me find the right food for his diet. When I picked up our pup from his appointment, he was resting in her arms comfortably. This doesn’t happen as he is usually eager to get out of the groomers and go home, but not this time. He was very comfortable and relaxed, which makes us very comfortable and VERY happy! She did a perfect job on our little guy! He looked fantastic! Erica is amazing!!

I recently moved to San Antonio and brought my dog, Dexter, into Kriser's. I immediately knew this was going to be our go-to pet store! Alex was so kind and friendly and showed me around the store and even made Dexter's first grooming appointment on the spot with Amber. Amber did an incredible job grooming him!!! It was his first groom EVER and he looked wonderful and I felt completely at ease leaving him as I knew he was in good hands! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my little guy! I can not recommend Kriser's enough!

They changed staffing in the past few months and the quality of service and the general welcomeness is lacking. My partner and I won’t be returning for at least a few months because of the past few times we’ve gone.

We've been going to Kriser's for years. The staff there are super sweet and helpful. They also have the best groomer in San Antonio! Erica is amazing! We have a 3 year old golden doodle, and a 14 year old yorkie-poo who's very grouchy that Erica grooms. She is so patient, and I really appreciate the attention to detail that she gives them while grooming Lucie and Jorgie. They always look so adorable when we pick them up!

Extremely knowledgeable staff all of whom own pets themselves and are very passionate about making sure all animals are taken care of in the best most affordable way. Nancy groomed my husky and did an amazing job ( we all know how huskies are and their owners ???? they’re difficult to groom) Lauren? I think that was her name; is very nice and very attentive, over the years I’ve owned multiple dogs and this place and the staff is just absolutely amazing.

A great selection of quality dog foods and helpful staff. Would love to give this place a five-star rating but had some problems when I had my dog clipped and shampooed here. Great place for food . . . but you'll probably want to avoid dog grooming services here. Too much drama.

Lovely and charming little pet store! Staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful especially when it comes to pet nutrition. They also carry one of the coolest dog food lines I’ve ever come across, “Roosevelt”!

Erica at Kriser's Natural Pet on 1604 groomed our Yorkie, Abbey, yesterday! What a joy we had when we picked her up. Not only did she look adorable, but her mood was wonderful! Erica is "hands down" the greatest at keeping Abbey calm and giving her love and affection while giving her the best cut ever. She now prances around like a diva! Kudos to Erica! Thank you so much!

I got my baby Arya seen for the first time at Kriser’s after I was searching for a grooming place that’ll treat her well. I work at the Amazing Lash Studio two doors down and was always curious so I gave it a try. Booking was super easy and they confirm everything with you in store; Erica was a huge sweetheart and super patient with my puppy. I’m always so worried about how the experience will be for my dog afterwards but she was so happy and her coat was so soft and clean, we had just gone to the dog park that day and it was like she was never there. You can tell that they care for their pets by how clean and beautiful they were afterwards. I read the reviews before booking and everyone recommended Érica and I’ll join the wave of compliments as well. Érica was the best and sweetest groomer I’ve ever come across!

I am so grateful for Erica! She has been grooming our pup Georgia for a couple of years. She is always so good with her! Georgia is always a little nervous and Erica is so good with her. Georgia always comes out looking and smelling wonderful!

Been using Krisers for over a year for grooming and food. My dog is the most wonderful creature in the world to me, but I’m very willing to accept she is the absolute worst when it comes to grooming.. that being said, Erica is the most wonderful groomer that deals fantastically with my sassy anxiety ridden mini Aussie! She takes her time and treats my pup so sweet, plus she looks absolutely wonderful once she’s done. Can not recommend her more!

I have three 50-pound, raw-fed dogs, and this is the only store i rely on for their pre-made food. Vivi and Kayla are absolutely wonderful. They are always there to help me out, my go-to girls!

After our dog had a very bad haircut, Erica was able to bring her back to the way she was before. Erica did a very good job.

I came in to get some stuff for my border collie’s allergies. Alex was super helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to help me pick out a Hemp + Shroom supplement plus some Primal Freeze Dried food. Highly recommend Kriser’s Natural Pet!

Hands down, one of the best grooming experience we have encountered. Our poor little fur baby had one to many at-home grooms over quarantine, and Erica has gotten our little Ollie boy back on track. She is so patient and loving with him, and has gained his trust fully. He can be such a handful, but we fully trust her to get him in tip-top shape! Worth every penny, and will keep on bringing our little fur ball in. You have gained a regular!!
