Cindy is a superb pet sitter and runs a great service. She is very caring and conscientious with furry family members. We traveled under uncertain conditions and it was so reassuring to receive her regular updates. Her rates are a wonderful value for the high quality service offered.

We started using Just fur a while after they merged with our previous dog sitting company and we couldn't be any happier. We have used them multiple times for short and for long trips, up to 11 days at a time, and they have been fantastic in taking care of our dogs, our house (during the Texas winter storm) and even our fish. Both Hamilton and Nena love the whole team; Cindy, Mayela and Monica are fantastic and our pups love them. We are able to go on vacation free of any worry knowing our pups and home are well taken care of. Highly recommend their services!

Just Fur A While Pet Services is hands down the best in the area. We tried other pet sitters, but none made us feel as comfortable and secure as the way Cindy and her team do. They have been taking care of our dogs for several years, and we never worry when we are away from home. We know that our babies will be fed, walked and played with. Just absolutely the best pet care around. I have several dogs with varied needs including one elderly little girl, and one that wears diapers. Cindy takes the time to learn about each one and how to take care of them. It's very evident that she, and the employees that she hires, really love animals. Also I really appreciate the daily pics and communication. My dogs are always happy and healthy when I return. I can't say enough good things about Cindy and Just Fur A While!!

We had a great experience with all of the staff at Just Fur A While Pet Services. Our cats and dog were well taken care of while we had to be out of town. We were given timely updates for each visit, including photos of our fur children. The cats in particular are not fans of leaving the house nor having unknown visitors, so having someone come out to our home was the perfect fit, and the staff always made sure to find the cats in their hiding spots to snap a pic. This service truly helped to give me peace of mind that our animals were in good hands and being well taken care of.

We have used this service with pleasure for 4 years. We have cats on medication and different foods based on their health. This has never been a problem. We get a report every day we are gone along with pictures of our happy kitties. We have had the same caretaker look after our babies this whole time and I think this is why our cats don't look stressed when we get home. Mr. Jerry brings toys to exercise them so we know he doesn't just put down food and run. We don't worry a bit about having this service in our house while we're gone and our babies get great care while we are gone.

Jerry took care of our cat while we were out of state. I would want no one else to watch him after this. We recieved detailed updates on Hades, along with lots of cute pictures. Jerry is the best cat sitter you can find!

Just Fur a While took care of my Bernese Mountain Dog for over a year. Their app is very user-friendly, and I appreciated the updates on my dog's status. They were very attentive to her needs, pointing out when she seemed to develop a limp after a thorn got stuck in her paw. Cindy was also easy to work with in terms of schedule changes - always very accommodating.

Cindy and Meagan were kind, loving, and throughly professional. My little dog was very shy and prone to run away and hide. I’ve only used B&B a couple of times now, but they are by far the best. I have two dogs and a cat and I’ve had friends house sit and boarded at different kennels or vet offices in the past. In either case I would come home to a wrecked house or to stressed animals. The two times I’ve used them I haven’t experienced either issue when coming home. In both cases my house was actually in slightly better condition. Although they never mentioned it, I think they fixed the door going my garage where I keep the dog food. It had a loose hinge that I had trouble tightening and didn’t shut easily. I came home from a work trip and it was good as new. The next time, they patched my fence from a newly broken board the dogs had knocked out. They send photos on every visit giving updates on how they are doing. It gives me confidence to leave town and my dose my pets that I miss while I’m away. I couldn’t be happier with their services.

Hello! I actually worked for Bed & Biscuit Pet Care a few months ago and sadly had to quit due to moving to Germany. I absolutely LOVED my job and worked up until one of my last days in San Antonio. It honestly is by far the best job I have ever had. I enjoyed each day I spent with Bed & Biscuit Pet Care and each of the clients I had the joy of pet sitting for. I have never worked for or with a more caring and professional boss and staff. Cindy is very careful on who she hires. You honestly will not find anyone who works there just for the money. The great group I worked with all had a great love for animals and treated each clients pets as if they were their own. I wish we still lived in San Antonio as there would be no question in my mind on who I would still be working for or who would be my first choice for pet sitting our dogs. It's not easy finding a business who cares greatly for each of their clients instead of just the income coming in. Bed & Biscuit Pet Care is an amazing company.
