During the unexpected snowstorm in Texas that shut half of the state down, we was delayed in Dallas with no way home. Leah and her group went way above and beyond for us! Getting out in the terrible weather, which was no mean feat, they opened the cabinet doors at our house, made sure the water was dripping and took fabulous care of our babies in a truly unexpected situation! While stressed out regarding getting home, I wasn't stressed out at all about our fur babies!

They were incredible. This was our first trip in a few years and it was so nice to get away and not have to worry about my cat crew to include a couple of feral kitties who took ownership of my backyard. They let me know each time they started the visit and when the visit ended along with a pretty detailed report of everything they did. I received pictures and videos after each visit and I really loved seeing them. I have one very shy cat and I told them that I'd be surprised if they saw her at all. They had her out of her shell on the 2nd day. CKCS is fantastic and I didn't worry about my little crew at all. They cared for my kitties like they were their own. I will absolutely use them again and again.

We could not hope for a better cat sitting service than Companion Keepers. We have been using them for so many years, I can’t remember how long. There is nothing like the peace of knowing how well cared for and how entertained our cats are while we’re gone. It makes our trips much more relaxed. The daily communication and photos are a highlight of every day we are gone. They also do a particularly good job watching the property, bringing in packages, taking out trash or recycling, and otherwise making it look like we are home. My fiancé and I were looking for a someone to watch our cat, Elizabeth, while we were out of town on Labor Day weekend. We did not want to board her and we wanted to keep her in an environment where she was comfortable while we were gone. We came across Companion Keepers since they were able to come to our area in Stone Oak and check on Elizabeth at our home. We reached out to Leah about a month before we left and she was able to accommodate us for that weekend. Throughout the time prepping for our leave and working with Leah, there was such a high level of professionalism and care for making sure they knew what worked best for Elizabeth. They were also very accommodating, working with our schedule and reschedules of our in-person visit prior to leaving. The app they use is super helpful, easy to use, and Leah and her team respond in a very timely manner. We always got a respond with questions within 12 hours. While we were gone, Emily and Takayo came to check in on Elizabeth every morning. They would attempt to play with her and get her to interact, but never forced her to play. Both Emily and Takayo would indicate on the app when they would arrive at our home. At the end of the session, they would send us a report and many photos of Elizabeth. It really calmed our stress knowing Elizabeth was okay. We are very thankful for Leah and her team and we would highly recommend.

I am so happy I found Companion Keepers Cat Sitting. This was the first time we left our cat since moving to San Antonio and they made the experience comforting to know she was in great hands. Everyone was professional, courteous, and just really nice, genuine people. They are really great at their job and I was surprised they were able to find our cat in her many hiding places. Their app was seamless and easy to use. The updates and pictures made us smile and feel comforted that she was in great hands. Will recommend using them for your next trip away or in case of any emergencies because you can definitely trust that they will be there to care for your furry cats.

Companion Keepers has a very professional team and took such good care of Logan, my house, and plants! I don't think I've ever left Logan for even 3 days without coming home to him being frantic and attention starved. He's been so loving, calm, and happy after being away for over a week! These wonderful people are extraordinary! Not only do they give my pets excellent and loving care, but they also administer medicine to my cat, water my plants, take in packages, and report any problems with my home. All in addition to the scooping of litter boxes and filling food and water bowls. Recently, they noticed a leak from my refrigerator, and the owners of the company came back to my house to turn off the fridge water line, after contacting me! Talk about going above and beyond! These are definitely the best cat sitters we have ever had.

We are really pleased and happy with the result of Companion's service. They have really top notch service provided and keep our babies safe. Although it didnt work out well since our babies not eating, it's not their fault. We just have very skittish kittens that need to be socialize more since its first time meeting new peoples. But rest assured, when you want to leave your furbabies with them, dont hesitate!! You will be surprised for the professionalism. Even they can make my skittish baby get close to them! No need to think twice, wether you need to go on vacation or business trip, leave it to them. They will take care of your babies like their own. Kudos to Emily, Jenn, and Leah. I have been using Leah and her wonderful team at Companion Keepers for a little over a year and a half now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my kitties and home. I first began using Leah because I had a cat with special medical needs, and I wanted to be sure that she was well-cared for whenever I was away, particularly in the event that she experienced a health issue. She sadly passed away last year, but as soon as we were ready to adopt again, I couldn't think of using anyone else to take care of our two new kittens whenever we're away. Leah, Emily, Takayo and the rest of the team are so careful, thoughtful, trustworthy and really do go above and beyond when it comes to the care they provide. Every time we go on a trip and leave our kitties in their care, we come home to find them totally spoiled, happy and with way more toys and treats than before we left! Not to mention our shy kitty is always so, so, so much more friendly with guests after she's spent a few days playing with the Companion Keepers team. Everyone is incredibly communicative and provides detailed updates, photos and videos at each visit. I can't even begin to say how appreciative I am of Leah and the entire team. It's priceless to know your pets and home are safe while you're away.

If I could give Leah and her team 100 stars, I would. I have used Companion Keepers Cat Sitting twice, the most recent being last week, and I cannot speak highly enough about them. Leah is knowledgeable about cats, to include medical stuff, so I had zero qualms about leaving my kitty, who has lymphoma, in her care. She conducts a thorough in-home walk-through to get familiar with everything (the home, the cat/cats, their routine/care needs, location of litter box/food/water, etc.), so there are no questions about how things should be done. The detailed visit reports are equally reassuring. Emily took care of my kitty both times I needed a sitter; she, too, is wonderful with cats. She sends a notification when she is in the home to start her visit, and then sends a detailed report about what she did, how the kitty is doing, how the kitty ate, any home issues, etc. She even includes videos and photos. She follows instructions, takes time to play with the kitty (even old ones like mine!), and keeps everything clean (my cat areas were cleaner when I got home than when I left!). Leah and her team are top notch; I'm so glad I found them and already plan to use them again in October for my next trip.

I had to visit my family back in Los Angeles for 2 weeks and have never used a cat sitting service, and am I glad I found Companion Keepers! From start to finish, Leah, the owner, was extremely professional and prompt in her communication and everything from the Zoom meeting to the in-home visit made me feel confident that they would not only take care of my 3 cats but also give them plenty of individual attention. During my trip, I received very detailed daily written updates from the sitter, Emily. The write ups were so well written and positive, that I could tell Emily was really caring and giving my cats plenty of love. The photos and videos of them were a huge plus! When I came back from my trip, my cats were still their same old selves and I can tell they were really cared for by Emily. I highly recommend Companion Keepers to everyone!

Leah and Martin have been taking care of my cats for over 20 years. I trust them completely. They know cats and do all the right things to make sure my feline kids are happy and safe. During the Texas Snowpacalypse, they really came through. My husband and I were supposed to be gone for the weekend. Weather delayed our return. We had left our taps dripping but obviously hadn’t expected what happened. Leah and Martin not only made it over every single day; they also wrapped my taps, made special blanket forts for my cats, and ensured they had safe drinking water. My cats adore them, and so do I! They are worth every cent I pay and then some.

We have used Companion Keepers multiple times for the past year. They are the absolute best. Leah and her kitty caretakers are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about the health and well being of the precious animals they care for. I have no reservations leaving my elderly kitty with kidney disease in their care. We receive notification by app when they arrive and a detailed account of the visit. They frequently bring toys and we receive photos and video of play time. The caretaker will also water plants, bring in packages, etc. And now with Covid they wear a mask on the day of your return and will wipe down surfaces touched at your request. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I highly recommend Companion Keepers. My cat, Odin, would become extremely stressed out whenever I boarded him at his vet's office. In researching other care options for Odin, I discovered Companion Keepers. I was hesitant at first to allow someone I did not know into my home. My first email exchange with Companion Keepers put me immediately at ease. They are highly responsive, organized and professional. Lead Cat Sitter, Emily, came to my home for a consult visit. She met with Odin and I to discuss all his care needs and kitty quirks. Odin took to Emily right away. While I was on my trip, I received detailed daily updates with pictures and videos.
