Very nice and compassionate staff and Vet was very helpful with a lot of knowledge and compassion while speaking to us and telling us our options. Will be taking all my fur babies with him when needed.

I called to make an appt for our new puppy on 1/7/22. "Mary" was short when on the phone call. I had pertinent info I needed to share. She didn't acknowledge it and abruptly asked if I wanted to make an appt or not. I did but I left that call feeling very dismissed. I have a history with this clinic. I love Dr. Bates but maybe Mary has been there too long now.

Great place, reasonable prices and Dr. Gates is amazing very patient and caring. All of them are very friendly. They care about our pets !!!

Dr. Gates is amazing and so is his staff. You can tell they really care about animals and are very knowledgeable. We still make the drive from Medical Center after we moved from the Southside because their customer service was worth it. Our two cats do well with them. Their services are affordable and they will give you a good quote if you call ahead of time. They take all major credit cards (no AmEx), checks, and cash. Highly recommend, much awesome.

Small practice, friendly staff, they work hard to take care of your pets at a very reasonable price.

We brought in our new dog Coco to get checked out, they don't normally do walk-ins but Mary worked her magic and squeezed us in! Thank you for an awesome experience Mary and team!

This veterinarian place was great. I had to put my dog down and the staff was very patient and understanding. The took care of all our needs.

I love this Vet, he is the sweetest! I originally went to him because he was the closest location to me. Now, I've moved and have about 10 closer to me, but refuse to go with anyone else but him!

I was so happy with the care both my pup and I experienced at the clinic. Mary the receptionist was so kind and helpful, she made us feel welcomed. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Gates he answered every question I had, he was very patient and caring.

Very nice vet. Dr gates is thorough and explained Everything clearly. I've been coming to this vet for over a year. Still impressed with the care and reminders. He never tried to do a bunch of extras like some vets. * I just had them spayed and it went as smooth as possible. They are a little sore but that's expected. As always I am more than satisfied with this vet . He made a special day for me to get the surgery done since when I brought them earlier they were just finishing there cycle.. Awesome!

I’m looking forward to our next visit! Initially, I chose this clinic because it was the closest vet clinic to where I live that wasn’t primarily a hospital and the reviews seemed genuine and honest. And now that my new-patient pup & I have had our first visit with Dr. Gates (and staff), I can confidently say that I would recommend this place to other new-pup owners or new patients. The staff sincerely loves animals it’s so cute and that was one of my main concerns is whether or not my pup would be “cared for” as I would if I was paid to do so. When we got called into a room I immediately noticed that the table had been disinfected and we were shortly greeted by the tech. When it got to be our turn to meet Dr. Gates he was patient in hearing me out on my worries and concerns about owning a new small breed pup & addressed each of my concerns (down to the shampoo bottle that I showed him I was considering). Once the pups shots were administered, Dr. G provided a safe and cute amount of comfort & quick-cuddles to my pup & we were on our way.

Excellent choice for pet care. Clear explanations and no high pressure upsales.

The staff & the Vet were very friendly & helpful. The young man carried my dog all the way to my car which was very nice cause my Girl is very heavy. She may look skinny, but she's heavy.

Just came from trying to get my new puppy seen. Mary didn't specify my children couldn't be at the visit. She told me to leave my two toddlers in the car by themselves. REALLY who is she kidding. My kids are more valuable than the visit.. NO ONE SHOULD GO TO THAT VET BECAUSE OF HER. They might be good but she makes the clinic a BAD PLACE????????

The dr always checks everything on your pet to make sure your pet is the best as can be! The only vet I’ve been taking my pets to !
