He's on trazidone getting his monthly acupuncture with Dr. K. I've seen a huge improvement in his range of motion. Now that he's almost 12 in March, he needs some tlc for those joints and tendons. I absolutely love this clinic. They are all sweet and kind, and Ziggy loves coming and I can tell has 100% trust in all the staff members. Thank you all for what you do.

Me and my fiance went out of town for three days and left our two wonderful dogs with a really good professional staff that took really good care of our dogs. We will use them every time we have to go out of town.

They still have poor service and use Covid as an excuse, keeping customers parked outside in automobiles, and, to be honest, the receptionists are rude.

Very compassionate staff as we had to put down our dog.

I will bring all of my future pets here. This place is wonderful and the staff cares I can't recommend this clinic highly enough.

I really enjoy the one on one , the care that is put into the appointment., even switching transportation blanket with clean one .I feel that the dog and I are treated with importance.

Everyone at the office is great. All the ladies working there a cute, nice and very well mannered. My dog loved the ride out there to see the doctor and everyone.

The appt availability was better than the vet I have used for years. My dog had new serious medical issues and the appointment allowed owner to come in with dog and talk to vet, my other vet was still only drop off and call you later. A prescription wasn't clearly labeled, I called for clarification and vet called back quickly to review directions. Our dog passed on and they were helpful, compassionate, respectful.

Dr. Nichols is awesome. He goes above and beyond always. The man is truly committed to his calling. What a blessing!

We are new to this practice and were squeezed in, for what was potentially, an urgent matter. During Covid, most practices have drop-offs only. We were pleased for the atrium option, where you can remain with your pet. The level of care is extremely comforting. Dr. Nichols is very knowledgeable, kind and personable, as is the staff. We are so pleased to have come to this place and our fur baby agrees! ☺????

I love this place ! Dr. Rodenbeck is SUPERB ! He treats our little doggie as if it was his own. All the techs are very caring and compassionate to me and my doggie. A+++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Staff is always extremely nice and actually cares about your pets. It's expensive, but literally all vet care is expensive, that's just part of owning a pet. Always tries to work with your schedule (even if it doesn't always work out because they are booked) and is really respectful and nice.

Best vetinarians to take care of horses. Highly recommend.

Working well in Covid era

I'm so thankful to be able to take our pets to a place where I know they will be cared for by the very best staff. Everyone I've interacted with has been patient in explaining and great about providing options. It is so clear they care very much for their patients and the owners.

Cannot express enough how grateful we are for this clinic, we had an emergency with our pet goat, and they got us in right away, the staff and doctor were extremely informative, professional, kind and compassionate. The front desk staff are very friendly. I happen to speak with Lori quite a bit and she has phenomenal customer service skills. I also think Dr. Harper is an amazing veterinarian that genuinely cares for your animal. She always answers my questions and concerns and I feel like she listens intently. Fantastic place for our furry family members.

So much fun, did the Twisted Trails and it was terrifying until I learned to trust the harness to hold me. A great time with great company.

Hands down, the best veterinarian service in Texas! Dr. Nichols and his team will do anything and everything for your animal.

The BEST veterinarian experience I have had. We had an emergency with our puppy who needed urgent care so we took him to an urgent clinic (Angels of mercy urgent clinic) close to our house which ended up being the worst experience ever. We were able to get ahold of one of the staff (Cheryl) and she so graciously took our call after hours and guided us through the night until the next morning when we could get our puppy in and personally greeted us early in the morning and took him immediately in for care. Cheryl made us feel like family and gave us personal updates of him. When the vet , Dr. Kirkpatrick was able to see him, she gave us a call and gave us the best news and was so compassionate and kind and answered all our questions, she further gave us a follow up courtesy call a few days later and genuinely cared about our puppies well being.
