Helga's Pet Grooming Plus San Antonio, Texas

I have been bringing my fur baby to Helga’s for a couple of years now. They have done a great job each and every time. I definitely recommend them!

Helga’s grooming technicians always do a very good job on our Yorkie Lola. The facility is always nice and clean and the staff is professional and courteous. Would recommend to everyone in the San Antonio area that has a fur baby

My Lina came out looking fabulous! She's not always easy to groom but they make Lina feel secured and are gentle with her. This was our second visit as we were very satisfied and returned for services. Thank you ????

Every single time i call, different time or day, they ask if i can please hold and then hang up on me. I passed by as well and was not busy. Unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere.

At first they were good but after a year of service they started slipping.. 3X I paid for nail clippings and they forget or had an excuse.. I’m done. Very rude when you try to talk to the lack of service. After years of coming here I’ve found a new groomer.

They did a good job with my one year old lab. Very professional

My dog was acting out, not wanting to come inside the team act fast, to assist me in getting him clam down, actually taking control of him. They are definitely better then petco, he looks like new dog, smells really good, I wish the nails would have been clip and trimmed that the only negative I have, overall a five being the best thus far. Give Helga pet Grooming a try!!!! I will be back again plus a nice tip as well!

Picked up my dog saw a few patches not sure if reason and didn’t notice till I was home one was from a scab she had and others have nothing there so doesn’t explain as to why the patches are there paid 70$ not too bad but would’ve loved an explanation

Best pet groomer ive been to! They were ready to take my dogs in on time and were done in 3 hours and called when they were ready. I could see a difference in my dogs and i love it! Thank you so much !

Very friendly quick service for nail trimming... Thank you Helga's Pet Grooming for helping my rescue dog that needed a quick nail trim. Great service my Poodle mix needed a haircut they did a wonderful job she came out looking sooo cute❤️

I have been bringing my dog here for years and loved it and that last couple of months it has been horrible make appts and when I get there they don't have my dog Scheduled and all they say is well you can bring him another day. One other horrible experience set an appt for a wash and cut and its about 60.00 everytime this time I picked him up no cut just shampoo and wash 60.00 they never take any responsibility for any of there mistakes . Would 100% NOT recommend this business

I am beyond excited with my visit today. I walked in to take my Lil shih tzu and was told they were booked ,which I understood .As I was about leaving another staff member was able to squeeze us in. 2 hrs later my girl was ready and looked amazing. Great jobs guys.

They did an amazing job on my husky!! I think I have found my forever groomer. Worth the 40 min drive. ????

The only good thing about that place with the Receptionist the girl at the front desk she was very kind! Other than that horrible service, rude people charge you how they want did not follow the InstructionsI told them how I wanted my Maltese haircut and they did whatever they wanted ! They gave her back to me bleeding they had cut her!

They do a wonderful job at taking care of my little girl. My only complaint is that they raise the price

I am very pleased with Helga's Pet Grooming. Definitely recommend them! This place stays busy. If you want to book an appointment for your fur babies then plan ahead. They are super affordable and they are upfront about their process. You can also call with questions and they are happy to answer them. I have two large fur babies and they were able to take care of them with such ease and attention to detail. They truly provided exceptional service. I will be returning again and have already booked an appointment.

Took my puppy in there to get a good bath and nails clipped and I have to say he smelled and was clean! After two days he’s still smelling good! Grateful for the service and I was nervous to leave him there but they made me feel comfortable! Thank you ladies!

I took my goldendoodle in and they did exactly what I wanted. He came out looking so fresh and clean. Danielle did a great job and I will defiantly be takin my doodle back for such great service. Here is a before and after.

We are new to San Antonio, and Helga’s took us right in and treated our 2 Sheepadoodles so well! They did a great job on their cuts, and were so good in explaining things! We aren’t going anywhere else❤️

These are yorkies full bred. They literally shaved them when they were asked for specific styles and just left the heads with their fur. Before even getting to see them we were asked to pay up front. And they tried styling them with cosmetics usually paid for to cover up their mistakes. They had beautiful coats before and now they shake like short hair Chihuahuas. Would never recommend this place.
