Great staff...never had a bad experience so far.

My 2 fur babies are well taken care of at Petsmart Bansfield Hospital, they have been coming here for years. The staff is always pleasant and loving to our Gunnar and Cupcake.

Small goldfish is $.16 each. Large goldfish is &.32. Very easy to replace the ones that died at home before the kiddos wake up.

"Pick Up" is horrible!! I received an email that my entire order was ready, 5 cans at $3.92EA and 1 bag at $40.99EA. They subbed the bag, $40.99, for 1 can, $3.92, because it really wasn't available and they overcharged me. This was ridiculous and very inconvenient. The mgr only apologized and did not offer any discounts for the cans.

Store associates are helpful and knowledgeable about all the store items which was a bonus.

Took our dog here for a groom.. best cut he has had in Houston. The ladies clearly love dogs. Definitely going back here

I've only gone in here to get small things for other people but everytime I go it's a good experience. Very friendly staff with A+ attitudes that don't seem like they are just there "doing a job" as it is in most retail places you go.

It's something to look for when owning a pet.

I took my dog this Monday he was normal before I took him and after he started acting weird idk wat they didn’t inside the room but he doesn’t wanna move or idk when I pick him up he cries like if they tighted him up hard and I got home inside his ears they cut him ama go Tmr Thursday to put a complain

10 minutes late and they wouldn’t take my two dogs for a bath and brush. Normally I would chalk it up since it was my fault being late but as I’m standing there they take a call from someone and tell them we’ve had a cancellation and yes we can take your dog. I asked can you take at least one of mine… still nope. Go to another location if you are expecting to receive at least good customer service because there is NONE at the Sugarland location!

Plenty of choices for pet food. Nice selection of bird treats.

Staff was friendly and all wearing masks. A good thing to see with immunocompromised family at home. They quickly and accurately escorted me to the product I needed. The night crawlers are drastically more lively than the ones we got last time at PetCo. A couple extra miles but worth the stop lights.

So excited to see small toys for my little guy. He walked out with 3 news toys. Staff was nice. Store was clean, low stock on dog food, but I got what I needed!

Upsold my boyfriend on a collar by lying to him and telling him it was an upgraded version of what he wanted when in reality they were completely different products and it wasn’t what we asked for or needed. Scammed out of $80.

Scheduled grooming appointment. Drove out of my way to come here 30 min. Came a few minutes late. KIMBERLY said i have to reschedule. They have no consideration and didnt answer the phone!! I will never come back here!! Poor customer service. Be more understanding they only had 2 dogs being groomed....smh.

Always clean, always super helpful employees, especially the cricket ppl. :) Couldn't be happier..
