Fantasy Pet is outstanding. They are professional, timely, and take great care of our doodle. He always looks and smells great after his visits. Tre'chell does a great job and we hightly recommend both her and Fantasy Pet.

AMAZING work!! We had previously gone to a groomer who said my puppy was unable to be groomed fully. This place went above and beyond! Our girl is so beautiful and smells so clean!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They just want your money, really unprofessional. I LOST MY DEPOSIT MONEY! At first, I loved this place because they had cameras and I was able to see my dogs when I miss them, but they have disappointed me this time around. So… I signed up for a luxury room for my 2 dogs. First, they required that both dogs have to be from the same owner (DOES NOT COUNT IF ONE DOG IS OWNED BY HUSBAND AND THE OTHER BY WIFE WITH THE SAME ADDRESS ON DL). Otherwise, they “have” to board in 2 separate rooms. After some convincing, they finally let us have 2 dogs in the same kennel. Next (and last), on the day I made deposit, I asked them if I would lose my deposit if I changed my mind or cancelled reservations, they said if I let them know 24hrs before the drop-off, they will refund deposit. I called back 2 weeks later (1+month before the drop off), they told me that I was misinformed and I was supposed to let them know within 24hours after making payment. There was no apology from the owner at all. Instead, he told me to refer to refund policies that was signed 2 years ago from the first time we stopped by? No way of receiving deposit back. They would not let me cancel 1 dog reservation because I made a reservations for 2 dogs, not 1… Just wow… TLDR; This place took my money & Deposit with no store credit. I’ve been lied to here and would never return. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE! THERE’S ROVER APP WITH REAL PEOPLE WHO LOVE ANIMALS!!! The owner is super rude and unprofessional. If you want to know how rude he is, read his response on the negative reviews.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not take your dogs to this place. The Asian guys is the worst person ever!! I do not understand how they run a business with this kind of people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS TO THIS PLACE! He course me and treat me and my puppies like trash. HORRIBLE!! Please please if you love your dogs DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE. There are much better options.

It was our first time taking our puppy here & they did such a wonderful job!! She looks so adorable & smells super good. She was also in great spirits when we picked her up after her appointment so we are sure the employees took excellent care of her. We were also happy and grateful that they had availability right before Christmas. Thank you!! :)

I am referred by my friends to here, whos dog has been taking services in this store for years. And I am very glad I got the referral, I have to say that Jazz is the the best groomer I have met so far. I was kinda nervous to change my dog's groomer for my relocation, because I am very picky person first of all, and my dog is a doodle whos cuteness looking is really depends on his haircut, AND my baby boy is very hyper puppy. After we got the full grooming service, I have to say that this is the best hair that he has ever had! JAZZ is so professional and have taste! My dog's hair cut is sososo cute and as perfect as I required. ALSO JAZZ is so detailing, he trimmed my dogs face and paws so clean and perfectly. Not all the groomer willing to spend times on those details, even tho they have the skill, but JAZZ willing to. JAZZ dedicates to his job. I have booked next grooming appointment with no hesitation.

I am very selective in who I allow to service my animals. However, I absolutely love this boarding and grooming facility. The owner is so nice and so are his staff. I had my pets groomed here once and the experience was magical! They even gave us free treats and a welcome bag. I will begin traveling more soon and hope to utilize their facility for boarding. I live in Sienna, so the drive is very convenient. The prices are also more than fair. I hope the facility expands so it can take more customers and make booking an appointment easier and more convenient. The facility is very popular, so I understand why booking an appointment is challenging. I hope to use their services FOREVER! The owners, Jazz and Sylar and groomer, Jennifer will love your pet as if they were their own. My fur baby jumps out of my arms to get to Jazz with kisses and tail waggling. Their Covid procedures are on point and I feel safe interacting with them. The facility is immaculate and their professionalism and dedication show in everything they do for all of their pet clients. Jennifer is the best groomer in Texas! My pup always looks fantastic after a groom with her. Sylar makes the most beautiful special occasion cakes for your pets. And the chicken jerky he makes is all natural and very delicious! My pup loves it! Thank you!

Every customer isn’t going to be satisfied, instead of trying to rectify the situation they block you from booking if you make a single complaint. To me that’s very concerning and unprofessional. Especially if the complaint wasn’t rude or disrespectful. Learn to take criticism instead of getting mad and blocking an unhappy customer, word of mouth is very powerful and you never know just who you’re dealing with. There’s no reason I should get bullied for leaving a negative review, it’s part of business. Not one apology only anger because I took the time to express my concerns.a simple “sorry you experienced this” would be good professional at all. His exact words I kid you not “if you leave a bad review people are going to think my service Le are bad” ….isn’t that the point of a review, to leave a truthful review of YOUR experience. Each and every customer and their opinion matters. That’s an absolutely ridiculous statement. Response : sir there’s no such thing as a “bad” review. It’s just a review you don’t like. You argue with everyone that doesn’t leave a 5-stay review. That is childish and unprofessional. I definitely will NEVER bring my pet back to someone so unprofessional. A simple “im sorry you experienced this” could be granted but instead you argue with unhappy customers. Good luck Being a business owner with that attitude. Ashamed for you.wait times are out of your control , but how you respond to criticism is definitely in your control, and you’re failing at that….horribly. Your customer service skills are disgusting.

Left our 2 cat babies for the first time in order to go on a cruise for 5 nights. Wonderful and clean facility. Alexis was very professional and reassuring. Wife just couldn't stand it and had to call and check on the babies from Mexico. She was happily reassured and her worries were alleviated at last. Will happily leave them in their care once again in a month for another cruise. Great value as well!

I was impressed with the business from the moment I walked in the door. Clean, organized and friendly. The really care about pets and treat them like family. The owner, Jazz, does his very best to ensure their safety and comfort be it for boarding or grooming. I definitely recommend you take advantage of their very professional services.

I wasn't going to write a review because I don't like giving bad reviews to small businesses but after speaking to other customers and looking at their responses to negative reviews I feel like I have to. I got my goldendoodle groomed here almost a year ago after moving to the area. Everything seemed ok when dropping her off and picking her up but after bringing her home I noticed she was shaking her head and itching her ears A LOT and seemed to be uncomfortable. After looking in her ears I noticed that her ears were bright red and bloody. I had to make an emergency vet appointment and get medication so her ears wouldn't get infected. We have had her ears plucked before and she has never had a problem, this makes me so concerned about how rough they were with her and in general how dogs are treated when they are grooming them. ALSO just to note my dog has not had anxiety about grooming before but ever since being to this groomer she is TERRIFIED of going to the groomers. Based on your responses to other bad reviews you will probably tell me you will ban me for life from your business but no worries I will never be coming back :) Also for those of you looking for a good groomer that cares about your dogs well being and safety before money - I highly recommend Woof Gang Bakery (I use the one in Sugar Land)

Horrible sorry for my dog. I have a 15lb chihuahua that's a loveable dog. She came home with her chest bruised and I couldn't pick her up without her yelping for a week. Shebhas short hair, so all she needed was a nail trim and wash. A horrible job was done on her nails. They were left jagged and uneven. When asked what happened to her chest he claimed it was a struggle groomingh her and suggested she be drugged before coming back. Il never take my pet there again.

At first, I was nervous to leave Max boarded for 4 days. However, the care and love they gave him, from start to finish, put my mind at ease. Max loved it! It is very clean and he had plenty of room to relax. This will be his new home anytime I need to go out of town.
