Lone Star Pet Lodges Missouri City, Texas

During our last, and final, boarding experience they tried to deliver our cat back home while we were still out of town. We did NOT request this and find this mixup of pets to be inexcusable. After this traumatic experience all we received was a meager apology. This was the final straw after minor issues during previous stays. We no longer have any trust in their service.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Me Teresa is a fantastic groomer!

I have changed my review as this is no longer the case since my 1st interaction with them. I think they have let their guard down. Their services r no longer what i was told initially, nor do i get the most out of the premium money i paid for both my dogs. not once did i get to see them on their 5 cameras they have set up. They wont tell me what time they let them out? Each time you call, you will be made to hold for 10 mins. Then you would only get short flat answers to anything you ask which will never satisfy you. They have lost their sense of comforting you on the phone regarding your pups. All you will hear is - They are fine and you have to take their word for it. They dont have a microwave any more to warm up dogs wet food. My little one has come back with Kennel Cough & is on anti-biotics. Post complaining on my dogs situation, all I heard back from Janet is "Oh good he is on anti-biotics", REALLY!. Old Review:---- Customer service is fab. My 1st time with these guys - mind u - my 1st time matters more than my dogs 1st - lol! And these guys made us feel so normal even tho we interrogated them with one eye brow up. I will definitely get my dogs back here.

Makes leaving Max easier. He is always excited to go, comes home appearing to have had a great time.

Lone Star Pet Lodge is the perfect boarding and training facility for our/pets needs. The awesome Lone Star Staff takes care of our pup like it's a member of their family. This is a beautiful facility inside and out!

Absolutely the best place to bring your pets. They take cats, birds, bunnies, dogs, etc. The staff is wonderful and genuine, prompt and clear with communication. They have a wonderful grooming department, the head groomer has been grooming for over 11 years. They also have an amazing trainer who is very good at her job. Don't even get me started on the dedicated daycare program which they have an experienced dog behavioralist and team. They also sell food and treats for pets>> check Facebook for a virtual tour if you would like to see what it's like before heading by.

Had initial evaluation today. Am pleased with how they handled the intro to other dogs. Feedback was sparse, other than some pictures and 4 generic questions with answers. Would like more visibility into play areas. A lot of blind spots or complete lack of cameras.

My dog Nyla loves going there. The groomer is fantastic and loves Nyla!

Staff was very informative and helpful. I showed up for a tour with no appointment and the facility was nice, clean and ready. My dogs were there only two days, but they seemed fine when i picked them up and through out the next day they showed no signs of stress of discomfort. I will definitely be using them using Lone Star again. Thanks for taking good care of my babies!

We have been using Line Star for our pets for many years. Most recently, we used them to board our pet for an entire month while our home was being built. Our pets have no issues. The staff always respects our wishes. We love Line Star.

I’ve only just had my puppies first evaluation, but I am so impressed with them! Very responsive, clean and nice interior/exterior, amazing staff, etc. I’m in a time of life where I NEED a facility like this and fortunately found the perfect place. Will be back and buying a 12 day packages Millie loves you guys

We were a day later than expected and everyone was so friendly. We could tell by how are dogs responding to them were. 9 days of boarding them and they were happy to see us. They even sent pictures of them while there. I would recommend them for care for any of your pets. Thanks LoneStar for watching our family (2 chihuahuas)

From the moment I walked into the lobby I was hooked. I know my fur dog baby, Bailey will enjoy her stay. The location smells fresh and clean and is decorated beautifully. Bailey's sleep area is more than roomy for her and extremely adequate for her needs. She was evaluated to participate in day camp today. I was thrilled to receive pictures and her review. When I picked her up she was so happy, tail wagging and believe it or not a smile on her face. I am now extremely confident in boarding her for the 11 days we will be out of town. I know she will be taken care of and loved. Thank you to all the amazing employees of Lone Star Pet Lodges.

We brought our pup in for a free evaluation for day care. He had such a great time and was exhausted when he got home. We will definitely use Lone Star for our future needs. ????❤️
