They took excellent care of our pets in times of emergency. My family has been taking our pets to Garden Ridge Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They care about all their patients.

They were very nice and accommodating, I went in this morning because I had to put my boy down. It was very hard but they were professional, easy, and very understanding. I'm typically scared of new locations but this was a good choice and my new go-to for when I eventually get another companion, can't thank them and Dr. Templeman enough for their kindness

Great service, very caring staff that really take the time to go over everything with you and always follow up a day or two after the visit to make sure everything is good.

We have 4 pets and we have been with them for almost 10 yrs, best place ever. 2 of our pets require special behavior consideration and they have been phenomenal with them, treated them with patience and great care. The supportive tech staff has always welcomed us and treated my boys with such kindness.

This is our second visit to Garden Ridge and the professionalism and caring continue. Our 100Lb. Weimaraner can be a handful and they work very well with him. I would recommend this Vet to anyone out looking for a new Vet. See you next time!

I started coming here at the recommendation of my sister. I know she would only use the best vet clinic for her pups - and I was right. I have aging dogs with all sorts of problems and Drs. Templeman have been so wonderful in taking amazing care of my dogs and ensuring I know exactly what to do at home to get/keep them healthy. Their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly as well...especially Kathy and there’s one other tech whom my dogs love and she treats them with such care, but her name has slipped my mind. Everyone there is always willing to lend a hand and they work as a team. I highly recommend Gardenridge Animal Hospital.

I left CPHC on O'Conner for this office after 3 dogs and 5 years, as a dog of mine went thru "no way that's cancer" removal of a cancer tumor and then told the scar tissue had a 2nd kind of cancer in it. Took that girl to Dr. Elizabeth (Templeman; her and Dr. Kevin are married co-vets of the practice, my 3 dogs have seen them both now a few times), who did an aspirate and found no scary cells. While body chemistry after a surgery can do weird things, I personally felt so calm and trusting energy from her that I changed my other two dogs to this practice immediately, and now we are going on ?3 years. My boy enjoyed his time with Kevin and I can see why someone above says he's like a goofy happy labrador, as I just took my not-cancer girl in two days ago. While I wish there would be easier way to communicate thru/see records history in their patient portal, I have not had any problems; I like to work holistically on i.e. allergies and they're fine with co-hosting the health of my dog another practitioner. I also was so reassured yet again this week with Dr. Kevin (my girl's lump from the cancer surgery changed a bit and I, who have long suffered debilitating anxiety pre-covid, wanted an aspirate) about bedside manner, even among a pandemic. He reviewed that as well as the senior wellness bloodwork that I had done while in another state this year. He was very reassuring and answered all my questions, just like Dr. Elizabeth did when I first met her. The tech we love to see is Morgan but this time around we met Katie and she was equally as awesome, took my girl and my notes for the doc and had us in and out in no time. My sometimes-scared dog seemed to love her as she hopped out the car like "Bye mom, pick me up at 5!" lol, and so that was nice to see. (Psssst. Do you know being a vet is one of the more stressful jobs out there? Show up with a good attitude and maybe a little sugar or coloring pages or something for your vet crew, especially in these crazy times!!)

The team of Dr's Templeman's are the best with a support staff that truly cares about your pet and you as the owner(s). Efficient, reasonable fees.....highly recommended in an atmosphere of caring while many other pet facilities seem to care about nothing but income.

Excellent staff! Great customer care, including the humans. They even took the time to send a personalized Sympathy card after our dog passed. They handled everything perfectly while she was alive; during the on-site grieving process and after death. We highly recommend this hospital for all your pet's medical needs.
