They just never have anyone out on the floor to help

We bought two parakeets here and the young man who helped us was very nice and accommodating. We love our two new family members!

I am truly sorry for all the pets in this establishment. While walking through with an interest to purchase a new friend for my guinea pig, Mochi, I saw the raw horrors of this place. As you walk in you can already notice how the place is not kept clean. The skinny piggies were scratched up, more than half of the beta fish were dead, live fish were consuming the dead, the snakes were in enclosed small tanks, the parrot that has been there forever is still plucking its feathers out, the tiny birds were crowded in small tanks, large fish were in small tanks, and honestly many more. I had previously gone for my guinea pig Mochi and I'm so happy I took him out of that horrible place. My heart aches to see these poor animals be treated this way so I must spread as much word as I can. I do recall the last time I went I had talked to one of the most real employees there, they would tell me how the management would treat these poor animals terribly, and they never did anything to help them and how he wished they would. I'm sad to discover he was no longer working there. Thanks for taking time to read this post... I truly wish I could do something about this, but sadly I cannot...

Went there for some pills for my dogs. Always very helpful and polite. Love the service I get.

Forever pets is a local pet shop in San Antonio. They have all types of fishes. Good place to buy ornamental fishes

Very good store if your looking for pet supplies and or accessories. Very helpful people ready to help you. If they don't have what you're looking for they will order it for you. Outstanding place.

I am not going to lie, I was extremely leery when I found this pet store on Google maps. We finally gave up on Petco, Petsmart, and Pet Barn fish because they kept dying no matter what we did. A Google search revealed Forever pets and we thought we would give it a chance. After two visits to Forever Pets, I have fallen in love. They do not have any warranty on their fish...and for good reason! They take care of their fish! Every single fish we have bought from Forever Fish is still alive! We came back a second time due to our Dojo Loach growing and having to go from a 50 gallon to 75 gallon tank. We bought more guppies, some snails, a catfish (I don't remember what the name was, but it is shiny whitish/ivory with black spots), and some feeder shrimp for our Loach and catfish. All of the workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Forever Pets has become my forever store when it comes to fish! They have reptiles, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, farrots, and other animals, but we have only ever bought fish. The outside is not appealing to the eye, but who cares when they actually take care of their animals! I LOVE Forever Pets!!! Thank you for all of your kind service and your amazing care for all of the animals! You are truly amazing!

The lady's are very helpful.and the.prices are cheap this is a big deal as we have Four German Shepherds so any savings we can get on supplies for our pack is a blessing

The family up there is amazing and has been nothing but helpful and goes above and beyond for everyone I noticed every time we are in the store I will continue to do business with these people for years to come and just would like to thank them for everything they do and let everyone know what a blessing they are to have any questions the knowledge that they hold for any kind of animal and the pricing of all their products that they carry are always Fair

Alot of beautiful animals, but staff or the people that own the store have been rude EVERY SINGLE time I have been there, this time it was "OH MY GOD" when I walked in. The animals don't look like they are being cared for, there were guinea pigs with missing fur a big parrot with a lot of missing feathers and fish that were floating to the top but still barely seemed to be alive and there were dead roaches EVERYWHERE I'm surprised and glad I didn't run into a live one

Staff makes all the difference! Prices are very reasonable. I drive 25 minutes to get here because of what they offer and what they stand for. Lifelong customer 2yrs so far.

I go in there to get our dog his flea and tick medicine it's a pill they sell at the counter along with the injection too from the fridge. They're alittle expensive but they work. And what helps is they will let sell them singlely to you. So you don't have to purchase the whole bottle. Because they know they'll make more money that way too. Because we pay $6 a pill. And the injection is about $15 each. But you take it home and give to your pet yourself. Because if they give it to your pet it's extra.

They are so nice and willing to help you find the things you need. They really know their products well and give you a nice to run your fish tank with correct PH level.

So forever pets, knows also about wildlife!! Most rescue places are close due to the pandemic. Forever pets is an extremely busy place.How ever they will gladly help you with ANY questions and pet experiences. Or when you are totally clueless Forever pets will help you to solve any pets questions .They literally are like Doctors in thier!! All the staff member's are on point! They do mini manicures n pedicures 4 ur 4 legged family pets. Im only going here from now on. Thank you forever ever pets for all your knowledge and Amazing Help!

Wide selection friendly staff but not sellinh the seahorses just yet???? but they're pretty n cool to watch all 3 of em

They have very good pet products, but a lot of the stuff is over priced for no reason compared to other pet stores. They have a wide variety in exotics, but wouldn’t recommend buying an animal from here as they all look neglected and malnourished, and the older lady who is always on the register has the worst customer service, weather it be to myself, other customers in person, or customers on the phone. Very horrible customer service.

Tried to call and get information on chameleon habitats and if they had any, the lady who answered the phone was super rude and wouldn’t give me the time of day to help me at all.

This is a really cool pet store, a wonderful alternative to big box stores like pet Co etc. Lots of pet variety, and well cared for. Friendly employees, very helpful. Some great details and info to know when visiting: When parking-there is a gated lot that is their parking area Prices are fair, slightly on the medium range. But you’ll get quality and a free conscience it’s reputable breeder. Pinkies for natural feeding-They sell feeder mice which big box stores don’t There are bins with a wide variety of bird and other animal foods you can mix match.

They have so many of the fishes dead in the aquariums and the owners could care less to take them out. Bought a fish from there next day it died. That never happens from the usual pet store I go to.

The store is very dirty, roaches everywhere, messy, and smells bad. The animals don’t live well and they aren’t well cared for. They don’t offer warranty for any of their pets, which is a huge red flag. It’s a shame a place like this is open. To top it off, horrible customer service. This place needs to be shut down. Please do not buy from here. Update: 2 weeks after buying the bird, he had a seizure and died.
