All Creatures Animal Clinic Kerrville, Texas

I moved here from Ohio and didn’t have a clue in finding a good vet that doesn’t take you for a costly ride. I did research and found that Dr. Reynolds was available on short notice. I took my pretty girl Sophie there for a sprained foot (hubby stepped on her foot) since we had only been in Kerrville for 2 days I was panicking on finding a good vet. Dr Reynolds was so kind and caring, explained everything in easy terms and his assistant was just as caring! I will continue to see Dr Reynolds, because I truly trust him. UPDATE: We have had the pleasure of seeing Dr Reynolds now for 2 yrs since my first review. We acquired 2 new kitties from our park and the staff is EXCELLENT! Lexis had saved our little boy Diesel by keeping him for a week to feed him round the clock, she saved his life and to this day she still wants to see him. Hubby is a independent truck driver so Diesel is his road buddy, since my disabilities have taken me off the truck. FYI Diesel is a cat!! We just got another rescue and her name is Ariel. She just got her shots and spayed what a lovely addition she is!!! Dr Reynolds and Lexis are truly the best!! The costs are low and the smiles are many. Thank you for your wonderful service!! UPDATE: Since my reviews All Creatures has now closed as of March 2021. Dr Reynolds has retired and his staff I hope found a new home. I will dearly miss the wonderful care we received here! I am sad to report that during one of Diesels return home trips, this one was a very long one, hubby had his truck break down 2 times… one in Colorado and the other in Kansas, both during his return home trip. So it turned into 5 nights in one motel, then 5 more nights in another motel (both cat friendly)and 2 rental cars and then into a rental truck. In Colby, Kansas Hubby was sleeping and Diesel somehow hit the automatic window button and he left. It was the day of Sept. 6, 2020 and it was 105 that day. This was Labor Day weekend…hubby searched everywhere, called his name repeatedly for 2 straight days, but Diesel never came back. My hubby is so broken over losing his road buddy, but Diesel was so much more than that. He was his other half, before you all think that isn’t possible I want you to take a loving approach to one of your fur babies. What if this happened to you? Even though it’s been close to a year, we still look for Diesel, talk to Diesel and pray for his return. No closure here and that is killing us. With the virus taking it’s horrible toll on us and us losing his truck and now our beloved Diesel is missing it’s been way too much to handle. My health has taken a sharp decline as well as my husbands too. I know life goes on, but honestly my husband is the best man I have ever known and after 30 yrs together I would never wish this upon him, he deserves so much more…ALWAYS! So if you happen to be in a little town called Colby, Kansas say a prayer for Diesel, that whoever has him brings him home to us! Thank you so very much.

All of the staff was awesome!!

Very reasonably priced & got me in quickly. Due to covid I was unable to go in with my dog & I don't like that.

I have used this vet for two years but like all pet parents I want my dog to have the very best. After 3 vet visits, an inability to determinate the cause of my dog's hacking, and lost medical records I will never be able to regain I will no longer be using them.

I found a very small kitten at my home in late June, since I am an over the road driver I decided to take him on the road with me. I set up an appointment with ease and was very impressed with the staff. They took excellent care of little Diesel and he had a clean checkup. Since the day Diesel picked me to be his daddy, he had serious diarrhea. Well by the first week of July I needed to get immediate attention for him. My wife called the vet and she was able to get him in immediately. The staff was so caring, as was Dr Reynolds. They kept my wife informed and Diesel had several tests ran, but they boarded him for a week. He was taken care of like their very own. We were worried about him being lonesome, but the night staff held him every chance they could get! They fell in love with our spunky fighter and made sure he pulled through. Since he had such a hard start in life, he needed all the love he could get. Lexus and Dr Reynolds are amazing. They have big hearts and tons of love for every animal that comes through that door. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you again for excellent service and very reasonable prices. We love you all! Diesel is doing remarkably well and finally growing and we owe you so much for making our boy your top priority!! Furever Grateful, The Campbells and Diesel too ????????❤️

Of all of the vets I've been to with My Folks and our Family Pets, our pets, my daughter's sweet little dog... This place is the best. Compassion. Questions answered without making you feel like a "terrible pet owner," and you never leave feeling like your Checking Account had just been assaulted... I was there with My Folks when we had to put one of our Precious, Forever Friends of over a decade down and he and his staff were so kind and caring and understanding. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Took my rott/lab mix here not to long ago. They did an amazing job with my pup. I'm very greatful! The staff is nice , thanks Dr. Reynolds. I will return in the future and recommend him to everyone i know.
