Very good clinic to take you animal to. Our pet got sick and we called and they got us right in. The whole staff and the Vet. were excellent.

We took our dog there because we had poor experiences with vets in San Antonio, man what a difference. Dr. Pilmer was excellent w our dog and got to go inside and be in exam room w dog. Good old fashion hand shake type courtesy which has been lost in San Antonio.

I absolutely love the care that I receive with Hill Country Veterinary Clinic. Moving to a new town is and finding a good vet is always nerve wracking especially when your dog has health issues that require attention. My dog has epilepsy and her medication is absolutely required. They make it very easy to refill and make sure she gets it on time and doesn't lapse. The front desk is extremely helpful and always calls me back quickly to give me updates. Matt Fuller has given my sweet girl great care and he takes the time to explain things to me. I felt immediately that my older dog is in great hands the first time we came in. She tends to be very nervous at the vet and this was the most improved experience I've seen. Matt immediately put my dog at ease and was kind and gentle with her.

Dr Pilmer was amazing, she came in and saw my cat, Sunny, who had inflammation in her eye. She was very sweet, very informative, and even tried to apologize for not seeing her sooner. I recommend this vet clinic 100%.

My small dog was attacked today by great pyrenees.... We headed to one vet and they had us sit waiting for their vet to get done with a farm call about a horse understandably it took a while for him to arrive so i took my dog to hill country and dr feller took him back right away handled him with the utmost care was very understanding of mine and my wifes panic and fixed my pup up in less then an hour!!!!!! He and his team were by far the best people to ever treat my animal and i highly highly recomend them to anyone needing anything to do with their pets

Amazing staff. My daughter's dog was having issues giving birth on a Sunday and her vet was out of town. Dr. Matt Feller was amazing. He was very professional and compassionate at the same. Amanda assisted Dr Feller and she was amazing as well. I highly recommend this clinic. We will be using them more often. - The Mullins Family

Dr. Matt Feller responded quickly to our call early on Sunday morning and met us promptly at your clinic. Dr. Feller was professional, knowledgeable and kind hearted. He listened to our concerns, examined our pet, did xrays and consulted with his findings and options. It is never easy to lose an important part of your family but Dr. Feller laid out the various treatment paths and didn’t pressure one way or the other. He was patient as we made the decision to do what was best for our beloved dachshund. I would highly recommend your clinic to anyone in the Fredericksburg area as well as visitors.

Dr. Feller is great. Very personable and knowledgeable about dogs. The staff there are very nice and love the dogs. My Golden Retriever puppy has had no issues with the staff of Dr Feller. Great local vet who's affordable and trust worthy. Definitely recommend.

I had an emergency with my dog I called after hours left a message and never got a call back. Very poor service especially when needing help in a hurry. Thankfully Pedernales Veterinary Clinic answered and was able to help me right away.
