My little one had a rough start to life and thus I’ve been to more vets and specialists than I can count. Hands down the sweetest, most attentive veterinarian office we’ve ever been to. Dr. Shaw, vet tech, receptionist, all of them are incredible. Very patient and listened and cared. So thankful!!!

I love this vet so much! I've taken my dog here since he was a young pup and I genuinely trust the entire staff. They meet his needs (he's anxious) and take such good care of him. Dr. Thomas is the best at cleaning out his ears. He is incredibly kind and gentle which is perfect for my anxious dog! It also makes me feel more assured that my dog will be taken care of and I don't have to worry. Vet bills are expensive any place you go, so do yourself a favor and go to a place that gives top quality care like this! The staff is also great about responding after hours if you have any concerns or emergencies. Everyone's empathy and understanding is so appreciated.

We left another vet (a large national chain) and neighbors suggested Dominion Crossing and Dr. Shaw. We have been so happy with this decision. Great people. Easy scheduling. And most important, dedicated care!

Needed a new vet for my puppy during Covid. They made it so easy . Very friendly and easy to reach.always call back to answer questions

My dog had to have surgery during Covid. The staff at Dominion Crossing & Dr. Shaw were all WONDERFUL with talking me through any & all questions/concerns I had. They were available via phone, text & in person (outside in masks) to help me feel at ease. I received a text about something that came up during surgery that would be an additional charge. When I wasn't responding (didn't hear my text alert), they then called me to ask if it was okay to proceed. I also received an update when he was finished & how he was doing. Days after the surgery my dog was having issues with some of the pain meds & antibiotics. Dr. Shaw immediately prescribed an anti nausea medication for me to pick up & it was ready & waiting in the time it took me to drive there. I knew I was happy with Dominion Crossing's staff & Dr. Shaw prior to this experience, but i am even more pleased with how they have handled all the obstacles of caring for my "baby" during this pandemic.

Best place I’d took my fur babies. They truly care about your pets well being. Educating and explaining all needs in an easy way. Staff always going above and beyond for our safety during Covid time. You have to stay in the car and they will go outside and pick up you baby. I am very happy and satisfied with service.

Wonderful Dr and staff. Would never take my pets anywhere else. Dr. Shaw is always honest and professional. My pets have always received the best care here. Oscar was wonderful with my pup who is usually timid with men. Gabby and Mandy keep the front running smoothly and are always pleasant. Thankful to be part of the DCVH family.

Took our lab in for another ear infection and our hound mix in for concerns over her low weight. Dr Thomas took quite a bit of time to explain the ear infection treatment plan and how he assessed appropriate weight. He patiently answered all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated the telephone conversation. In light of COVID precautions, I still felt very well informed. Thank you!

I absolutely love Dr. Shaw and her team. I followed her to DCVH, and she is definitely the best vet around. I’ve poked around at quite a few and she is knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I have two doodles and both absolutely love their vet visits and look forward to seeing Dr. Shaw and the crew! I think one of my favorite things is they offer an on call vet tech during off hours so that if something happens when the vet is closed...you can call and get a professionals opinion on whether the matter is serious or not. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that takes their pets’ care seriously. ????????

My first experience was an unfortunate one. I took my 11 year old siamese, my first own pet, for an exam due to some problems. Turns out that it was cancer and I had to euthanize her shortly after. Dr. Shaw, Jennifer, and Melissa were absolutely wonderful. Their outstanding level of professionalism aside, they were all very warm, friendly, and sympathetic. The staff here is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. I will definitely be bringing my dog and other cat here for future care. My biggest thanks to everyone there for all of your help and support through this difficult time, and I look forward to the care you will undoubtedly provide for my other pets.

The experience here was fantastic! The space is very nice, clean and welcoming. Dr. Shaw and the staff were so nice and took great care my two cats. The exam was smooth and she helped me feel at ease with a plan for the future of their health. I am really happy I found this clinic!

Walked on without an appointment to see if they could help me with my sick dog. They were able to squeeze me in, and took fantastic care of my dog! They did an amazing job at explaining everything and made sure I knew what all of my options were. I've decided to switch vets and we will be coming back for sure!

Dr Shaw and staff treat us with exceptional care. They listen attentively and are full of compassion for our pet. Our dog is older with more complex issues and we always feel he is treated with the utmost clinical care.

I love Dominion Crossing Veterinary Hospital! The staff is incredible, from making the appointment to checking out after. My dog will normally shake so much from fear and anxiety and cling to me when we have a vet appointment, but here she will only shake for the first couple minutes then she’s laying down and relaxing in the exam room! Dr. Jones is wonderful and makes everything easy to understand.

This is the best vet office I’ve ever been to. Everybody is so welcoming and they were so good with my puppy. Plus, I had an emergency and they were able to see her within the hour. I’m switching both of my dogs to this office!

We took our 4 year old Pug for a consult. Dr (Allison) as well as the staff who greeted us in the reception were exceptionally friendly, patient, and helpful. The facility is brand new as of this review date, clean and pleasant.
