Looking for a place to take my pets close to home. The front desk staff are rude and seem uncaring. Not a place I would want to take my pets. They also claim to be a hospital but cant seem to see anyone without an appointment.

The folks at Culebra Creek are top notch. We thank God for the convenient location in our neighborhood. Dr. Cade and staff are caring, professional, and demonstrate genuine concern for our cats. Please consider Culebra Creek Veterinary Hospital for animal care. You will be pleased.

My first visit here, I was able to easily schedule my dogs for annual shots and vaccines and wellness check. prices were good and they kept them until I was able to pick up. Recommend to others.

My husband took our 2 dogs here and had a picture as to how we wanted them done. When he picked them up they looked horrible and smelled unclean. We paid $245 FOR 2 DOGS!!. Supposedly the groomer was fired and they said they would fix them when they hired a new groomer.. when my husband called to see if he could get them in to be fixed they tried to direct him somewhere else where we would have to pay again. Very unprofessional. They hire incompetent people and then can't even fix their mistakes. Don't waste your money on a place that says spa yet can't even groom your pet right.

Great tech and vet. Upfront and honest with prices before any services are rendered. Great with my new kitten and gave me a lot of information on care and shots. Highly recommended.

I recently brought my two Chow Chows here. THe staff are very polite and professional however very over priced. I did have my rwo groomed here and the cut turned out horrible and they didn't smell like the were washed .I did provide pictures of what was expected of the cut. The next day I found out he groomer that did the cut was fired. I will assume to was for incompetence. The staff stated they are in the process of looking for another groomer and tried to direct me to anot her location to get it fixed and pay full price which I don't beleive is right. Please take the word spa out of the business name this is far from the this place has lost my business.

Staff is always super pleasant to deal with and friendly. Also informative when describing how to care for your animals.

Very organized and clean. Following COVID guidelines and keeping everybody safe. Staff is Super! From the front desk Assistants to the Veterinarians very polite, friendly, respectful and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and everyone is infinitely competent and capable. Both times I have taken my dog for an appointment I do not have to wait long.

All members of the team communicated so well! The vet really got to get to know our dog and treated her like she was the only dog in the world! The technician was sure to provide us pricing for all items before they completed them and even offered to space out services to make it more affordable. Loved our experience here!

After telling the attendant that my cat had thrown up 2 nights before and was moving like he was hurting, she gave me a number and told me to call and report that my cat was poisoned and there was a fee separate from the vet. I called the number and was told that I had to pay 75.00 before the vet had examined the cat. I left and took him to a vet in Castroville, they checked out my cat and found he had been in a cat fight. They gave him antibiotics and now he is fine. I will not take my pets back to this place, seems like they put money ahead of pet care.

I bought a Labrador puppy in January 2021 and since then Culebra Creek Veterinary has been taking care of him. All people in this place are very nice and accommodating. I feel very comfortable having my dog here with them. I even left my dog there for a couple of weeks and when I came back from my vacation, my dog was given to me with a fresh bath, his hair coat was shiny and healthy. I don’t know what they do, but my dog is always extremely happy to visit this place. Two thumbs up.

We took our dog for an exam, cut his nails and cleaned his ears. They did a great job and fillled a new prescription. Thank you.

Was able to get my dog in when my vet couldn't. Very thorough and took great care of my baby.

Every time you go, they want to perform services not requested or needed. The intake staff doesn't review your records and try to amount the bill to over $500. The staff is poorly trained, you have to be the voice for your pets. They don't like it when you question what services are to be performed even when you know they are wrong services to be performed. The place has gone down hill with Dr. Jordy gone. The medical director tried to make me sign off on a procedure with no anesthesia. Go elsewhere.

My dog & I love this vet! The staff is so caring & patient with animals. They take the time to explain any issues to make sure you fully understand what is going on with your pup. I highly recommend this team & have already referred them to friends & family!

Always a good experience. You don't have to wait too long and the doctor is always happy to answer all your questions. I never feel rushed but yet they are always quick with their appointments and you are not left waiting for long periods of time. They do get busy, so book in advanced in you are able to.

I was very surprised to pay over $22.00 for nail clipping only. I remember a quote of around $10.00!

Get my dogs allergy Meds from here and they are quick and friendly on refills. Hv also had to put down my old dog due to old age and they are caring and thoughtful. Been taking my pups here for years and will continue to do so.

This review has been reposted because the original was removed. They responded earlier that they had addressed my concern on this review and others on Facebook and Yelp. Unfortunately I’m not that tech savvy and deleted it attempting to respond, I wish I hadn’t. Look for yourself, there are no responses on the other platforms. More lies from this untrustworthy organization. Do not take your pet here, read the one star reviews and you will see why. Please find my letter to VitalPet as my review. Don’t bring your pet here. I've been bringing my dog to your Town & Country Northwest Clinic for nearly 2 1/2 years. In the past 4 months, the last 2 orders with 1800PetMeds have had issues because of various reasons. Per the request of the clinic I took all of my records to them last Saturday, 4/30/2017, and was able to get the issues straightened out. I honestly believe this was a positive interaction with your staff. On Wednesday, 05/03/2017, I took our rescued Pug in to have her spayed. I signed the release that it would cost somewhere between $425 and $900. However, I then had questions about the form asking me to choose one of the following if my pet goes into respiratory or cardiac failure: $600 to try everything, $300 to stabilize and $41.70 to do nothing. I just said I would pay up to $900 and placed my pet into your care; why would it cost more to try and save her life? She's just been put into your care. I then asked Jennifer if something goes wrong it costs $41.70 to do nothing for the pet? To tell me she's dead? I was confused and admitted so. After I asked, I recognized that Jennifer was taking my questions personally when she became offensive. I reassured her several times I meant nothing personal towards her, I was just trying to understand. To be honest I'm still confused but the procedure went as scheduled and the best I can tell she's doing okay. So now for my real concern. When I went to pick up my pet, I went through the aftercare with Mallory Cade and was then presented with a letter stating that they would no longer attend to my pets and to find another Vet for follow up because my behavior was unacceptable "over the past few days". I did laugh, laughed very hard actually. The whole situation was absurd and Mallory's attitude was trite. After I read the letter a few times I have come to realize that your Veterinarian had every intention of firing me before they put my pet under and cut her open (because of my behavior Saturday and the morning of the procedure). Why? If my actions where so bad, then why didn't she step out from the back and answer the questions Jennifer couldn't. Surely she overheard it if my behavior was as bad as she claims, the clinic is very small. Why wasn't I sent home with my pet then? Why did it have to wait until my pet was cut open and then sent home with no option of bringing her back there? I went back to this clinic because of the excellent care we received in the past. There was never an issue with visits or on line prescription orders. Something at this location has changed, we will most certainly find a Veterinarian out of the VidalPet organization. I would also like you to know that I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas State Board Of Veterinary Medical Examiners against Mallory for this incident. I feel my pet has been put in danger because of her unwarranted actions. Thank you for your time

VERY nice, polite and professional staff. No contact. wait in your car and they come to you, just like A&W hamburger stand. Very quick with service. Since I was doing pick up and drop off, I can'tcomment on pricing but my kids use them exclusively.
