Every time I come here the staff are always super kind and welcoming. Even though I have a demon cat they still treat her like a princess :) I love coming here, their attitudes really show how much they care about the animals and their owners.

Always a great experience! This trip was to get a nail trim for my 9 yr old kitty.

Easy in and out. Caring people from Secretary to Vet Tech to Vet. Not pushy at all.

Despite being late because we got lost, the vett assistant was able to see our dog and finished the appointment in under 5 minutes.

I would give Doc and the team 1,000 stars if I could. They took care of my sweet baby for almost her entire life. I had to say goodbye to her a few weeks ago and just as every vet visit Doc and his staff treated me and my sick pup with a tender heart and lots of care. One thing that makes this vet office stand out from the rest is the office environment is very quiet (versus a large clinic that has lots of commotion and barking). This really helps older or anxious dogs and the vet appointment is much less stressful for them. The entire office is wonderful and I highly recommend them.

Would definitely recommend this pet clinic to others. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and professional, and my dog is always well taken care of here.

I love love love this vet. He has been taking care of my babies for the past 2 years and has helped alot. He is fair and won't try to over charge you. He will tell you options and even try to steer you a way from costly things if he can. He's very hands on and tries his hardest to do whats best for your pet. One of the best veterinarians I've had. Make sure to book in advance they are always booked at least 3 weeks in advanced. It's hard sometimes but In certain cases they will try to squeeze your pet in to be seen if need be. I adopted a new edition this past November and for her initial visit he did not charge me a vet visit stating it was a "good Samaritan" discount. Its just nice to see they truly care about our pets. Below is my newly adopted girl when we first got her from ACS with mange to now. The Vet helped so much to get her better! I highly recommend this Vet.

I absolutely love this clinic and veterinarian! I have taken all three of my kitties here and my dog and they have all been wonderful experiences. Truly makes me appreciate such a caring and compassionate veterinarian and staff! My littlest cat needed a full dental cleaning and some extractions and I was worried it was going to cost me $1,000 just from what I had researched online for other vets and it was hardly even a quarter of that! The procedure also went so smoothly I had her back less than two hours later and she was hardly phased by her "alien abduction". The only downside I would say is they're so popular that they're usually pretty booked up, so call in advance for appointments. Oh, and the parking lot if a little small, but that isn't really any fault of their own!

I called this morning to set up an appointment to euthanize my 16 yr old Golden Retriever and they were booked and we'd be unable to be with him due to COVID...so we had to pass and continue on our search for a vet that would allow for both of us to be at his side. Katherine at Crestway Animal Clinic was so kind and compassionate, apologizing for the inconvenience...which by the way, was no fault of hers. Thank goodness, we found a vet down the street that allowed us to be present. While there, I received a voicemail from Katherine, informing me of a place that comes out to your home if I wasn't able to find any help for our Sunny. That call was so very special to us, at this very sensitive moment in our time of need. Katherine went above and beyond, on her own accord. We truly appreciated the empathy and kindness she so willingly gave. I hope Dr. Nichols sees how valuable she is to him and patients like us. Always appreciate people like this and please don't take them for granted. Thank you Katherine... I sure hope you hear about this review and know that your beautiful gesture that you bestowed upon us today, meant so very much to us!
