Kate was very helpful with our adoption process of our 8 week old pup Benji! She let us take our time and didn’t rush us in the decision making process. Getting a new puppy to our family was very stressful because we wanted to make the best and right decision bringing a puppy home to our other 6 year old dog. Kate helped made our process very smooth and comfortable! We are very grateful otherwise we may not have Benji today!

I went to miss Bowen a few times and did have a very good experience with it I think she's very experienced she tries her very best

We love China Grove Veterinary Clinic. They are so good to our Maximus. Dr.Bowman and her staff always reassure us that everything is going to be ok. If you have to go to the vet, I highly recommend going there. Always up front about options for your pet and the pricing. Thank you China Gove Vet Clinic. You are all awesome????????

Staff is superb and quick , great price

Very clean and did a great job on neutering my kitty!

I take all 3 of my dogs here.. they are always so nice over the phone about my concerns or just to make an appointment. The vet techs and vet are great and take good care of my pups. I just recently took our new puppy there and they had a puppy package that was at a great price.

I brought my dog in to get spayed. Everyone was so freindly and they did an amazing job. I knew I was leaving my dog in good hands. They told me the price up front and that is the price I payed. I highly recommend them.

I like how they treated my new pup, Boris in a timely manner. The charge on everything were all reasonable and not overpriced. The staff was also polite and accommodating.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us the information we needed to provide excellent care for our newly adopted kitten. We are truly grateful.

Our experience with China Grove Veterinary Clinic was great! It was worth the thirty minute drive for us to receive their gracious caring, excellent skill, wonderful pricing, and lovely establishment for spaying our puppy. Highly recommended!

I have been using this Veterinary Clinic for about 20 years. Once upon a time their customer service was top notch. Their past performance is the reason they got 2 stars. Since they moved into their new location the customer service is garbage. It is a shame because a few years back two people ran a very nice small veterinary clinic. Now the two people that built a good name for themselves I never even see. I understand businesses grow but if you no longer take care of your customers they will leave.

Amazing vet, have had 2 cats neutered, they do such a good job. Very fair price. Superb customer service. Won’t ever go anywhere else now that I found them.

Great customer service, answers all our questions and I trust that my puppy is safe there.

The Dr are great with my dog

I would not recommend this clinic. My dog and I arrived before the check in time, I filled out the required paperwork giving the staff all of my contact information. Before the surgery the staff called to ask me if I would like to remove one of baby teeth for an extra $25. I told them that would be fine and they told me they would notify me once her operation was complete. 5 HOURS later, I had still not received a call to notify me my dogs status. I called because I was worried and asked for an update, I was told that they forgot to call me and that my dog had been ready for pick up hours ago. It was nearly an hour before closing and the day before Thanksgiving. I had not received so much as a text to update me of the status of my dog. They would have let her sit in their facility until after the holiday without notifying me. I asked to speak to the manager and she acted like it was no big deal and that I would need to pick up my dog before closing. By the time I arrived the manager had left and the staff acted as if it wasn't a big deal and still made me pay full price for their trash service. They told me any problem that I had could be taken up with their manager at a later time. After getting my dog home, I noticed that she gotten some kind of rash above her incision at this most likely unsanitary facility. It's been nearly a week and it still hasn't gone away. Picture shown below. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would! Enter at your own risk !!!!!!!

We had taken our little chihuahua regarding a health concern; they thoroughly checked him, and asked us multiple questions before giving us some medication to be taken as needed. It didn't take a lot of time. What impressed me the most though is that they called us today to check on him! They may be a bit pricier than other places, but it's extremely nice knowing they actually care!

This place is so wonderful and helpful place definitely recommend bringing your pet for any issues you might have.

I cant say enough good things about China Grove Vet Clinic. I searched and searched for a vet who would spay my two very large puppies for a reasonable price. Not only did i find a caring staff, responsive to all my excessive questions, but one of the most caring vets i have ever come across. I live in Canyon lake tx, an hour and a half away from China Grove. I was able to afford the spay , micro chip , exam and worming meds for an unbeatable price. Which only proves to me this is a Veterinarian that is in it cuz she truly cares for animals. I cant thank them enough. Altho, i live far from their clinic and yes i could go to someone closer, but because they were so good to me, i am now a loyal customer. Thank you to the Vet and to all the Staff at China Grove Vet Clinic!

I am beyond grateful for Dr. Bowman and Stephanie! Thank you both (as well as the front office staff) for being amazing people who love our babies as much as we do!!!!!! I wish I could give an infinite amount of stars!!

I've known vets who literally seemed like they hated people, I've had vets that charge you massive amounts and just wanted money, but there's no issues like that here! Here they're fast, friendly, and they don't charge you an arm and a leg, they even give your baby a free dose of heartworm prevention at each visit if they haven't had their monthly dose yet! And you can buy the medicine on their website for cheaper than on websites like Chewy. They don't make you fear going to the vet and they take care of and even remember your pet the next time you bring them in. They also have multiple vets working here, each one has been nice when we had them, so their availability is better than most vet clinics, and the techs and assistants have all been nice too. The facility is new and clean, I'm glad to finally have found a vet I like! It's worth the drive out to bring my pets here.

It was a quick visit, results come back fast as the lab is in the building and prices were comparable to other places.

I'm very impressed with the care my dog Buster received from Dr. Bowman, she is very compassionate and caring, Buster was in pain and she and the staff were quick to relieve the pain and anxiety. We were able to bring Buster home with meds and Dr. Bowman is continuing to make sure Buster is not in pain or distress. I'm so thankful to have China Grove Veterinary clinic down the street from me and know that my fur baby is in good hands ????.
