First time I've been there so grateful they were able to squeeze my kitten Sonic in today really nice staff and vet.

Brought my crazy pup in for a suture removal after getting canceled by my primary vet. They worked me in same day and worked very well with her hyper-ness. We were one of the last apt of the day and we got to talk to most of the staff. Everyone is very kind and very attentive.

They care about pets over money. Free diagnosis, who does that? Thank you, I will bring all my fur babies to y'all.

Impossible to get ahold of

I am new to the area & came across this vet by chance, so far I love their service & the ladies that work there are very sweet, respectful & attentive to the needs of us paw parents ???????? It is a bit hard to get an appointment, but this vet doesn't charge nearly as much as other vets.

I wanted to love this place. Small local vet office should have been ideal for us. The doctor didn't speak to me at all. The tech would soak to him then to me. I had so many questions but didn't feel comfortable asking since he didn't acknowledge me He may be a great doc but not for us.

They’re always awesome even when you go just for paperwork and they took time to write it legible for the insurance. Visits are the cheapest in town and the doctor oops Veternian is great he’s patient and don’t push stuff on you like other Veternian Offices do. Staff is great as much as I go they’ve been patient and caring like other places and will ask before you sit there if the Veternian can’t do anything they’ll tell you ASAP

They are a very small practice and tend to be busy, but they do their best to be helpful. The doctor is reserved but knowledgeable. They are also reasonably priced. They're by appointments only right now.

Direct, to the point and quick.

This is one of the best vet offices I've been to in San Antonio. The doctor is very knowledgeable and I could tell that he really cares about animals and loves his job. He's very patient and kind. The vet technicians were very kind to my dog and super thorough about explaining everything step by step. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet as well and made checking in, out, and paying a very easy, hassle free process. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this office to my friends and family.

My dog's first visit. He was bloated and they referred me to a hospital. My Beni didn't make it to the next day. ????

This is the best vet clinic I’ve taken my fur babies to. The staff is awesome the prices on care and other services are great. They do not charge an arm and a leg for your fur babies visit and I love that the new patient appointments are free.

Update: yes, we have amazing vets here but no comparison to Dr. Lan. Update: move to Washington state we miss you! Took my dog here when he got sick on the weekend. It was semi urgent but not emergency vet level. He was one of the few places open on a Sunday. I called the second they opened and Dr. Lan answered the phone! He saw my dog that morning! They were all amazing with my dog who tends to be aggressive at vets and didn't run a boatload of useless tests. He did everything needed and nothing more. He made me comfortable with the while experience. Our dog is happy and healthy now. We will also be boarding him here this Christmas because they are the only ones I will trust with our baby.

Dr Lan is very quiet, but awesome . The staff is amazing as well. Prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend you take your pet there.

Such a wonderful staff and Doctor. I brought my 1st lab here 4 years ago and have always had a great experience. I recently brought my new puppy in and everything went as well as the 1st time. They took great care of her and did everything to make her 1st visit as comfortable as possible. The vet techs are easy to talk to, beyond sweet, and offer tips on how to care for your pup. Dr.Lan is quiet but that has never been an issue for me. He does his job well and always has an answer for my concerns. There is a good balance here. I never feel like I’m being sold things I don’t need. Ace Veterinary Clinic has always given my pups a great experience and I’ll continue bringing them here.

Vet refuses to approve of online prescriptions and does not pick up the phone. Voicemails always full and no one calls back. Aggravating customer service. Place not recommended, pleas look elsewhere if you love your pets!
