Don't go here. The gave my cat fleas. Waste of money boarding and waste of money on flea medication. Go somewhere else.

We were so worried about leaving our dog for a week. Everybody at Cowboys was professional, patient, answered all of my questions and gave me a tour. We’ve been using them for several years now and so happy they took care of my dog so well. I left her with her favorite bed and blanket. We added a few days of walks and extra play time. They were really responsive, careful with her and we want to say thank you! She came home today, and was so excited in the morning, she wore herself out wagging her tail. My advice on looking for a kennel, visit the place, talk to people and if you get a good vibe, go with your gut. There were a few places we visited we were not comfortable with and Cowboys has always shined.

Did a good job. They have a web feed so you can see how bored your dog is, and regret ever boarding them in the first place.

We’ve been taking our two dogs (lab mix and doodle) here for years. Courteous, professional staff and excellent service . A few times our dogs might have needed medication or special instructions about their stay, and you could trust that it got done. Highly recommend!

Very friendly. Seemed to take good care of the animals. But since I couldn't see the back, have to give 4 stars

I love, love, love this place. The love clan (3 dogs and 2 cats) stay here every time I am out of town. It's difficult to find a place that boards both dogs and cats so that was a huge plus. In addition, I have a persnickety cat and they don't mind at all. Pam and all of her associates are great. Having Dr Kirlin just down the street to take care of anything is wonderful as well.

Incredible business, the place to go if you need boarding for your dogs or cats. They offer walking, feeding, bathing, medicating, grooming, etc. The owner, Pam, is incredible:)

So unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Your dog is not safe here.

We have been bringing our dog here for about 3 years, and she is always excited to go for day care and overnight lodging. Communication is always great, we can call at any point during our dogs visit and we will get an update. The staff has always gone above and beyond for us with any requests or accommodations we may have had, and we have no reservations about dropping our dog off before a long trip. Many thanks to Pam, Matt, and Daisy!

Drove a rideshare passenger to here to pick up his dog. Must be a good place to entrust his fur-baby to. I encourage you to check them out.

My dog was drenched in his own piss and they loaded him in my truck this way didn't even spray him down, this was after we paid 750 bucks for the service. Didn't give them one star only because my dogs were alive.... I spos I'll give them credit for this. Enjoy the gimmie star.

Dr. Kirlin has been there for my family and our pets for as long as I can remember. The new office is the most beautiful vet’s office I’ve ever seen.

Ive boarded my dog at this place 3 times.. the first 2 times were fine i was so glad i could finally find a place i can trust; but the third time it was over christmas break we boarded him for 5 days in the luxury kennel. When using the luxury kennel you get a bath at the end of the stay and you can see your dog through a camera. I've noticed he wasn't eating his food and when he did he never finished it with is so unusual for him. We went to pick him up and he didn't seem himself wouldn't greet us the same way he usually does; my husband notices that his chest area is wet and smells like poop! he tells the guy so he said well give him another bath. We went to pick him up for the second time and find the manager saying that they "just" discovered he has a hot spot on his neck/chest area with reeked of the smell of puss. Theres no way they didn't notice it the first time they bathed him and that means that no one was gonna mention it if my husband didn't notice it! she apologized and said we can go to our vet or theirs and they'll cover the bills all we need to do is to fax the bills. We went to the vet right away, we couldn't stand the smell in the car the puss smelled like ammonia, it hurts your eye!! after they shaved the whole area we found out that he had a HUGE hot spot covering his whole neck, put in mind that our dog is a 130lbs Rottweiler! We also discovered that he had 3 ulcers in his mouth that he didn't have previously. We tried to call the kennel so they can arrange the payment and of course no one answered; the vet faxed the bill and we paid. We had to go to the vet again after leaving by 2 hours because he omitted twice and didn't eat and he was panting like crazy and restless. They ran a blood work and found that he had sever dehydration and electrolyte loss due to diarrhea (which he had at the kennel because he went right outside the kennel when we picked him up) so he had to get 1.5 liters of electrolytes at the vet through IV. And once again we pay and send the bill to the kennel by fax. I call them the next day and the manager says she's not authorized to refund me my money which i demanded nor she can pay for the bills till the owner gets back from her break. A week later and i get nothing!!! We paid $1000 that we didn't prepare for and till then the owner didn't even reply to my email. After several calls, she gets back to me and basically saying its not their fault he got it and that they won't pay anything to cover this!!!! their vet calls us which is her husband, and says that the 2 vet visits are not really related, whaaaaattttt???? so my dog got dehydrated and lost a lot of electrolytes in 2 hours???????? thats just ridiculous.. he said from the report he got he doesn't see how the kennel is responsible for this the hot spot could appear in an hour!!!! I'm sorry but with that much puss and that size its IMPOSSIBLE. he didn't even speak with the vet that treated my dog. He basically diagnosed a case and gave his professional opinion as a professional veterinarian form a report!!!! he didn't even see the dog!!!!! All they did at the end is refunding $200 for the boarding..oh thanks a lot!! all i can say is that were glad our dog is doing fine and well, i just hope no one goes through what we went through!

The boarding area is nice and well kept. All the runs/kennels have air condition. There's an option to view your pet through a camera while you are away. And there's an option to age the staff walk your pet around olmos park.
