Karen and her daughter took care our Lola for many years. Lola was very feisty but they knew how to handle her and Lola always looked so beautiful when we picked her up. Lola passed a few years ago sadly but got great care there. Thanks Karen.

Took in a Pomeranian puppy that I had adopted the day before. Called and the owner and she stated she was booked for the day. I explained that the pup was extremely matted and the owner said she could fit him in thankfully! He looks AMAZING! Couldn’t have been happier with his haircut! He came home feeling amazing even his personality was different! Great job and great service with great prices!

Karen is fabulous...she loves the dogs and treats them with love and respect. I'm so happy i found her. The only bad thing is she is not open on Saturday or Sunday

Service was excellent! Got my fur baby back all cleaned and groomed smelling like a cupcake. Karen is so sweet.

She does great cuts, fast service too but the hours are unpredictable. Sometimes shes open Sometimes shes not. But my Schnauzer always comes back smelling good and looking fresh.

Great customer service. My pup loves going to Acut Above for a shampoo and haircut. The employees at Acut Above really care about your pets.

As a first time shepherd owner I had no idea what I was doing, Kayla was super friendly and took great care of my baby. She gets a little anxious but they showed her plenty of love and she did great! I look forward to going back and will definitely recommend. Thank you!????

Karen and Kayla were awesome. We were traveling from Kansas and wanted to get both of our dogs cleaned before we headed home. Gave them a call and they worked us in 20 mins later. Very professional and clean environment. Wish they were closer so we could use them more often!!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT leave your dog at this grooming salon!!! I was parked at Sazon Mexican Restaurant with my windows down waiting for my curbside order when suddenly I heard a person yell real loud and then a dog yelping in pain afterwards. Do know that the yelp I heard was not just a little yelp, it was a yelp of extreme pain and for a long time too. Not only did I hear this happen once but twice while I was parked outside. After the second time, my blood was boiling because it was very obvious what was happening inside this grooming salon. I walked in to find an older lady and some other weird looking guy grooming two small lap dogs. These dogs were panting in fear and shaking! I felt so bad because I couldn’t do anything but try and stop whatever was going on at the time. Of course when I walked inside, the weird guy was being so loving, petting and talking to the dog to cover up what had just happened and the older lady knew I suspected something so she was very short with me. After asking some random BS question I walked out and began to warn their neighboring businesses because that’s all I could do to help any other animals from getting tortured at this place. And that is why I’m leaving this review as well. Please be careful where you leave your pets because they can not speak for themselves. What I witnessed today was just heartbreaking!

I really needed grooming services for my dog and they were able to acomodate for same day service, and fast too. after I left my dog I was scared to read all the reviews about the place, but fortunately I was actually happy with the results, I paid a lot but because my dog hair was really knotted so they charged me more.

Did a great job with fitting my dog in last minute! Sometimes hard to reach by telephone. Very nice bath and haircut with reasonable price.

I love it here, I’ve always gone and service is spectacular! I definitely recommend, they’re so talented and they treat my dogs so well ????????????

Very unsatisfied my baby came out all skinned up and cut, the women even called another dog stupid while I was waiting for my baby. Cut her nails way to short and cut her nose. Cheap but do not recommend this place at all!! Spend the extra dollar

Staff is very friendly. Pricing is reasonable for services offered. They are always very good to my dog when she comes in for grooming.

Will not be back. My pups nail was cut too much and kept bleeding. Had to take to vet ????

This place really sucked for the price. I called a few days before and asked if they take card and the lady Stephanie said yes told me and came out to $70. We take him in at 11 and she said it's gonna take me 3 hours. She wasn't even busy with alot of dogs and her kids were running around the place very unprofessional. I get there at 2pm to pick up my dog and she's barely cutting his hair. She sprayed him down. Didn't even seem like he had a bath.. I would never choose this place again.

It was expensive in my opinion and they only take cash but the service I received from them was great!

I have a very large anxious pup and they were awesome with him! He smells so good and feels so soft. We will definitely be back! Thank you ladies!
