Fantastic experience for our dogs. We have been loyal customers for almost 10 years because of their high quality facilty, service, and staff. Camp, boarding, and grooming goes above and beyond advertising.

I have used them for a long time and always have the same results. Our baby returns happy. After a two night stay she came home so normal as if it was only an afternoon out.

I've just begun taking my 1 yr. old doxie/beagle mix and so far it's been great! Having gotten my pup from a shelter, I wasn't sure about his social skills but so far he's loving doggy day care. I work and hope to be able to take him twice a week so he can socialize. I don't do dog parks ( a previous dog of mine was attacked once) and many dogs in the complex I live in are very reactive. So, as long as he's happy & not stressed out I will definitely keep taking him to Camp Bow Wow. They give me reports on how he does; I can see him during group play and the front desk staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. So far we're very pleased and highly recommend!

I wish I could let my dog write the review because he absolutely LOVES going to Camp Bow Wow for daycare. He starts talking the second we make the turn and I can't get him out of the car and into building fast enough. The staff is always friendly and they treat my dog as if he were their own, he gets so excited to see them in the morning! I can't recommend them enough, great staff, great facilities, and I get a tired puppy at the end of the day from all the playing. It doesn't get much better than that.

Our pups are always so happy and contented when they come back from Camp Bow Wow. This has not always been true of other boarding situations. Thank you so much for being their home away from home and allowing us to have peace of mind when we are out of town.

We’ll never sacrifice our dog’s health/wellbeing by leaving her there ever again I take no pleasure in writing a less than stellar review of CAMP BOW WOW, Airport location, but I owe it to my ten year old dog that was injured by a dog bite that left her ear split. There is always the understanding that dogs can and will be unpredictable; but when it happens, there are basic expectations that the attending staff member should be truthful, comforting, sympathetic, and professional. On that day (8/21/2021) those expectations were severed, just like my dog’s ear. Naturally, as we tried to gain an understanding of the events that led up to the injury of our dog and which dog bit her, the staff member, with salt/pepper hair and who proudly announced that she has “been working for CAMP BOW WOW for four months”, repeatedly rebuffed our inquiries with this one response: “Ya know, dogs have teeth and claws.” At one point, she asked us, what did we want her to do? “But ya know, dogs have teeth and claws.” Our tolerance waned for the repeated responses of “Ya know, dogs have teeth and claws”, so I paid our bill at Camp Bow Wow, knowing we would never return, and left to seek emergency Veterinarian care.

Service is really good, all the people really love dogs and treat them like their dogs. My dog is really happy going to Camp Bow Wow, for sure will continue taking my dog to here.

this is our 2nd pet there and he is a puppy. they did so much to ensure his first stay there was pleasurable.

Our dog loves Camp Bow Wow and so do we. Staff is very friendly and will let you know how your dog did at pick up. Love the cameras to be able to check in throughout the day. Love how it is all day play and your dog doesn’t spend hours in a kennel. Reasonable prices as well when you buy the packages.

We have been pleased with them up to last week. They expelled our dog, granted he plays rough with his brother a golden doodle puppy but has never hurt him. Not happy with the employee who spoke to me, she told me he is no longer welcome and gave me their side of story. When asked why would he do that she just ignored me. Her demeanor and tone reminded of a bad doctors bedside manner.

We had a death in the family and we were looking for quick boarding for our two labs. Our usual boarding places were booked. I had seen someone recommend Camp BowWow on Nextdoor, so we gave them a call. They had us bring our pups in for an interview and we were able to board the next day. We loved watching our babies play on their webcam and knew they were in good hands. It was a huge relief to find safe, comfortable boarding in a pinch.

My dog forgets she has parents the moment she smells the entrance. Staff always very corteous and nice. 5/5

I really like Camp Bow Wow! They have day camp and grooming services that help with getting my dog clean as well as a opportunity to socialize.

For years Harley has attended Camp Bow Wow San Antonio Airport and their other locations throughout the area. The staff at every location have always been friendly, patient, kind, and caring not only to Harley, but with anyone else’s furbaby that I ever saw. We have tried other companies here and out of state, but none compare to the service, professionalism, and atmosphere that we have gotten over the years with the Camp Bow Wow family. We truly appreciate all that you have done and do and we can’t wait to come back! We are going to miss you all very much as we head back to #florida in the next couple weeks. He will be in a few more times before we go ???????? A camp bow wow in Melbourne, Fl would be awesome , just saying...wink wink!

I love the Camper Cams! I get great peace of mind knowing I can see my dogs anytime I want. It also shows me they aren’t afraid to let everyone see what goes on in the facility. The staff are very caring as well. My dogs had to stay longer than I’d planned because of the huge snow storm, but the folks at Camp Bow Wow made sure my pups got everything they needed. Also they’ve been good about watching for behavioral cues with my Boston/Rat Terrier mix and getting him to calm down when he gets too excited around other dogs. I appreciate their conscientiousness.

We love Camp Bow Wow and are constantly recommending you to everyone we know or meet with a dog. We meet new residents of our city on a regular basis at Phil Hardberger Dog Park and enjoy sharing insight on the best boarding place in town. I swear our dog loves CBW more than he does being with us! We like how flexible and accommodating CBW is. The staff is so polite and helpful and work incredibly hard (I hope they get bonuses!) We've only experienced a few minor disappointments with respect to nail trims but we suspect our dog might be hard to work with so it's not unusual for a long nail or two to be overlooked. All in all, I can't even tell you how much we appreciate CBW. We wouldn't be able to have our dog without CBW because they provide the extra support our dog and our lives need. Our thanks go out to the hard-working staff - they are amazing!

My Bullies always love staying at Camp. They even offer private ball time to run off some extra energy.

CBW SA is always amazing. They are patient and loving with my pups. This is the only place I trust to watch my guys when I go on vacation or to have them have a play day. I highly recommend CBW SA!

I honestly never thought I would use a doggie daycare but Camp Bow Wow completely changed that for me. I love everything about Camp Bow wow! Friendly staff, clean facility, affordable pricing, I could go on and on. And what matters most is how excited my puppy, Max, is everytime he realizes he gets to go to camp! We couldn't be happier!

Our dog, Noel, LOVES to go to Camp Bow Wow. As soon as I put her collar on at home she starts getting excited. Friendly, dog loving staff that makes me feel safe in leaving Noel there. Highly recommended as a place your dog will love to be when he/she has to be away from you for awhile.
