Never an issue here and friendly staff. Being able to watch my dogs is awesome as well. They always come home tired!

Very nice people, just not safe. My dog got kennel cough after being boarded there. Then he got a staph infection after being groomed on another visit.

I wanted to thank the staff at Camp Bow Wow in Stone Oak. We were unable to pick up our Yorkie due to an issue with our travel on Friday 07/02/21. Staff is genuine and truly love pets which can be felt each time you walk through the door.

I am super disappointed in Camp Bow Wow. My husband and I experienced some really bad customer service—after spending $400 for our two dogs to stay there over a weekend, we were met with having to take our dogs for another $400 vet bill after contracting kennel cough at Camp Bow Wow. After the hassle and extra cost incurred, with being loyal customers, and spending well over $2k this year alone for stays for our dogs, Camp Bow Wow basically told us “tough cookies” and did nothing to make the situation right. We are having to closely monitor our animals, giving 14 pills a day between both for the next 3 weeks. Camp Bow Wow has not wanted to make up for our inconvenience in any way. We have chosen to be loyal to Camp Bow Wow for the security of having it as a larger company with oversight and what we thought would have been great customer service in the event these types of things happen. We have been understanding of other oversights in the past, like forgetting to bathe our dogs and still charging us, because we have valued the experience and wanted to remain loyal. Beware consumers—Camp Bow Wow does not ask any pre check in questions for wellness of our fur babies, and when something happens, they do nothing to ensure that you are taken care of.

Close to where we live. Staff is always nice and helpful. Clean facilities. I wish the indoor play rooms were a bit bigger for the dogs to play in. Most of the time they are just walking around in circles.

My pups had a great time and i think it would greatly increase their happiness instead of being home while I'm at work. Unfortunately, the cameras were a little difficult to navigate online, especially with my phone. It's not user friendly. That's the only reason i knocked it down a star.

Love this place! Trustworthy, clean, easy to make appointments and friendly staff. I’ve been wanting my dog to have more dogs and friends to play with and I found all of that here. They even gave him his medication while I was gone for the weekend.highly recommend!

Best place for your loved pet!

My dog seems to enjoy his time whether staying for an afternoon to play or boarding. The place is clean and odor free and staff is friendly.

Pricey but worth it when you need care for your four legged family members. Being able to view them during play time from their web-based camera system really is comforting when traveling.
