Caring, professional staff. Dogs had a great time and were well cared for on a ten-day stay. Will definitely book again!

First time boarded our 11 months puppy here for a little less than 3 weeks. Our puppy had lot of fun here. Good communication with pictures and videos when we were away. Will definitely come back.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I don’t know who has been giving this pet ranch positive reviews, but you clearly don’t know what happens after you drop off your pet. Take it from those of us who live in the vicinity- your dog NEVER stops barking. Never. Dogs don’t bark for hours on end unless they are being neglected and ignored. The people who work at this ranch seem to have no concern for your pets, and they definitely have no consideration for those around them. They are completely unprofessional and unresponsive to the neighbor’s pleas to give the dogs some attention so they will stop barking.

They take such good care of my dog, she beats me to the door when I drop her off there.

These guys at Austin Pet Ranch, are The Best! They have repeatedly taken fantastic care of my fur baby. I am so grateful and appreciative for their incredible Awesomeness. Everyone is super cool & chill. Nicole, David & Chase and all the staff are so warm & welcoming. I have posted multiple great reviews for them online. It is the least I can do to show my gratitude for their kindness to us. ???????????? If, I have made any spelling errors, it is only since, I am a bit tired today.

Has been there in emergencies, new covid policies so make sure you call ahead for apointments.

Peace of mind..... I was so confident when I dropped my three dogs off and saw how they interacted with the staff, how comfortable they appeared to be, and I saw them running in the large fenced in play area as I was driving away. I highly recommend this boarding facility and I’m actually interested in pursuing doggy daycare. You won’t be disappointed if your babies mean as much to you as mine do me.

Our dogs have been staying with David's team at Pet Ranch for a decade and they LOVE it there. The entire Pet Ranch staff loves our two dogs and we know they take great care of them, from the moment we walk in the door it's all hugs and pets for Chip & Chester! We know the dogs love it because they hop out of the car, run inside and don't look back... and when they come home they're exhausted from all the play and stimulation. I recommend Pet Ranch to other pet lovers in the Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Circle C or other surrounding areas.

These are dog people! They love dogs and they understand them. They have a full outside area for the dogs to run around and have fun. Our pup immediately warmed up to them and he seemed happy and healthy when we picked him up. Beyond that they also have great service. They made the drop-off and pick-up process super easy and they do it all for the best price in town. Highly recommended!

We love Austin Pet Ranch, Chase and the rest of the team! We actually moved near Round Rock, but they're so great here, we make the hour commute to drop the dogs off at the ranch. They're just so good and have so much room. The pups love them! They're so happy to see the staff, how could we change that? Definitely recommend. 5 stars ????????????????????

Unfortunately this place has given my dear friend's and the most adorable pup in the world kennel cough twice now.. He's also been picked up covered in poop.. So much for this palce, I would never take my pup there...

Best boarding experience we and our dog have had in Austin. This is the only dog boarding place that we’ve used that our dog is excited to go to, they take such good care of the pups and ensure that they have a blast while here. Recommend it 100%!!!

We humans and our dogs love this place! Our dogs do the happy sway as soon as they get out of the car. We have been using APR for doggy day care and boarding for years. Caring, professional staff that genuinely loves dogs. You can rest easy if you take your dogs here. Highly recommended!

We have dropped of our Golden Retriever at this facility multiple times and service has always been good. However, our dog got kennel cough there a few months ago and then again this past week. He also passed it on to our cat now and the fact that this happened twice points to hygiene problems with this facility and over-crowdness potentially.

The young people that work here were good. The old guy, i believe the owner, is terrible. He would scream at our small dog who had cancer and couldn't move fast enough for his liking. Our dog was very afraid of the old man owner. We wouldn't use this place again because of this. If he's that nasty in public then who knows what's going on behind closed doors.

BEST place to board. I want to personally thank Tristan and Nicole. I had to board my puppy for the first time and was SO nervous bc he’s a small puggy and turns out, he had more fun there than he ever had at home! I was nicely welcomed when I brought him in, got to see where he would be and met his other pup friends he would room with and felt so comfortable. Not only that, the great team there posted and sent me videos and pictures daily! He returned home happy as all get out, healthy and sad to leave! Definitely bringing him back for play dates and any further boarding needs. HIGHLY recommend!!

We adore Austin Pet Ranch. They know our dog and love all his craziness and bad behaviors! They are also so welcoming and excited to see Scout. Highly recommend. I love when I pick him up at the end of the day and get a report on all the shenanigans he caused.

I was skeptical about sending my dog to a pet ranch due to a doubt everyone may have: Would they provide personable care to my furbaby? The answer: They absolutely do. I don’t know how the young staff there do it, but taking great care of dozens, sometimes over a hundred pets seems like nature to them. Our experience was seamless from the time we went to check out the place to when we picked up our dog. When we were waiting for our tour, two of their long-term customers told us they’ve been coming here for years with their dogs who have special needs. How often does that happen when not a customer but two recommend a business without being prompted? That definitely gave me confidence sending Burrito, my dog who has aggression and anxiety issue there. The price is very reasonable, and Burrito gets all the love and belly rubs he could ask for. The staff was loving, respectful, and responsive. Their website suggests there will be webcam in the future, and I’m excited about this feature, which will give a absolute peace of mind when I’m away from my baby. Thanks to Austin Pet Ranch and the people there, we can finally take a carefree vacation after so long. Take your pets there, and thank yourself later. I honestly have never seen my needy baby this happy when away from us!

Best place ever to take your dog!!! My lab and my dachshund love this place!! When they got home they sleep for about two days straight! I'm very happy with this place! I trust them 100%. No doubt about it! The office staff is very friendly! David the owner is amazing!
