Professional staff and great pricing. The vet explained all of the details regarding my puppy’s spay procedure in the outdoor parking area during the Covid time period. She was so caring and detailed. She put me at ease and my puppy was taken very well care of. I highly recommend.

I understand they're a low cost all hands on deck small parking lot clinic. None of that takes away from the fact that at the very least they should change their outgoing message when you call as per the instructions on the sign that it'll be a while and that someone WILL in fact come to your vehicle to speak with you. Also, doesn't change the fact that staff should realize that not everyone that goes to that clinic is a "regular" and is unaware of how occupied they are in the morning. Maybe also don't be so dismissive when someone does approach a staff member when they have a genuine question or concern. Again all things considered changing just that outgoing message would probably help a lot

Just some friendly Information for the clients. COVID has changed the way EVERY clinic does things now. When you arrive to the clinic you can clearly see that it has a small parking lot. Regulars are aware of this as well as the employees. This is something the employees can not change. The parking spots do have signs that say to call to “check in”. This is primarily for wellness hours. Again regulars are aware that the morning hours are for surgery check ins and not wellness. The spots are numbered 1-5 and that is the order you will be seen. If you were before 1 and parked in 5 instead of 1 then you will be seen in the 1-5 order. There is a parking spot that has handicap on it and because this is still a CURBSIDE routine anyone can park there because employees will come out to the car for everyone. So please stay in your vehicles until an employee comes to help you. The drop off and pick up wait for surgery patients is going to be a wait. Please do not be surprised when you’ve been waiting 30-45 min. Use the restroom before going and take a snack. It’s pretty straight forward. Prices at this LOWCOST clinic are very reasonable. From surgery to vaccines and prevention. Compare before you arrive. Appointments are made online only. The website has further instructions. This is a wellness clinic. Spay and neuters for cats and dogs. Nail trims, microchips, Vaccines and prevention that’s it. If your pet is sick plz save time and look for a FULL SERVICE vet. Lastly, this is an all hands on deck clinic. Every employee is helping in the morning & afternoon for surgery patients. So the reason that the phones are probably not getting answered is because the entire staff is helping the entire staff while trying to provide service as fast & efficient as they are able to. PSA: being rude & ugly will not get you faster service. ANYWHERE ????‍♀️

The help there is great. The only problem I find out with this services is no one answers the phone when you need to talk to somebody. You have to wait seven working days to get someone back with you. I had a general question and I could not find any information in the website. So one day service would be great instead of 7 days. But I do love the other services you all provide the phone is the only issue I have. Thank you you all are great ????

Sign up front indicates to call a specific number to sign in & let the staff know you've arrived; however no one answers the phone, it goes to voice mail where it then explains that your call MAY be returned within 3-5 days, all while you're sitting in the parking lot for staff to acknowledge your arrival for any procedure or appointment. They may provide a necessary service; however trying to get scheduled or even to speak to a human is nigh on impossible. I stayed in my car for close to 30 minutes & attempted to call the phone number as indicated on all of the signs in that tiny parking lot and never once was I able to speak to an employee or allowed to enter the building to inquire on the services that I needed regarding my pet. I ended up having to go to another veterinarian that was willing to accept walk-ins & was able to assist me without having to spend hours in a hot parking lot.

The clinic is hard to find but once you find it the intake process is streamlined. Staff is very good with their patients and services are very affordable. It can be scary for your pet but staff treats each patient with TLC. Two thumbs way up!

The line was extremely long both in the morning and the evening, I sat and waited for a few hours. I also watched an employee very harshly yank on some dogs leashes directly after their surgery because they were sniffing and he was impatient. It was incredibly rough and I felt bad for the poor dogs.

They took really good care of my dog. I worked in both rescue and veterinary medicine for quite awhile and the cost of spays and neuters are just climbing at an unreasonable rate. I was quoted 450$ minimum for my dogs spay at her vet clinic, and at many others the prices were about the same. The team here did an extremely good job taking care of a 100lb mastiff puppy and honestly aside from her giant bald spot you couldn't even know she got spayed. Her suture sight is so well done that I doubt she'll have a scar. I'm very impressed with the team over at this spay/neuter clinic. Very affordable, and a quick and easy drop-off/pickup process. 4 days post op no complications nor complaints. Thank you for taking care of my dog. Definitely a recommendation to any new pet owner.
