They were great, understanding, caring and incredibly supportive during our time there. We left with one less member of our family by no fault of their own but many complications with our pet. They were sensitive to our situation and didn't make us feel like our decision was a bad one. This was a big deal for us. We felt valid and supported on a tough, heartbreaking decision.

Overall, I would not recommend this place. We have a canine, with epilepsy. Initially, when we established care, the veterinarian was very helpful and kind. However, there has been a steady decline in customer service. The problem comes from their staff and their Covid restrictions. The staff is not friendly or knowledgeable. We have difficulty getting prescriptions refilled. We have called to call to ask questions, no one knows the answer or they say they will call back; however you don't hear back. I spoke to the office manager, with the concerns we were having; she is patronizing and condescending. Their Covid restrictions have not changed. You are still required to stay in your car, then call upon arrival. You often wait for long periods of time. They take your pet, bring you back an estimate/bill, then you pay and leave. You do not have an opportunity to speak to the doctor about the visit or any questions/concerns you may have. We have spent about $500.00 in the past month for an ear infection. I feel their prices are inflated, especially when you are treated so poorly.

Took our two young, new-to-us Red Ear Sliders in for a wellness check, and the staff and doctor were helpful, patient, and informative. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience! Super friendly and extremely helpful staff!! The doctor was amazing. Answered all of my questions and put my fears at ease. My cat ended up with a double ear infection and had lost weight and was scratching all over leaving her with scabs everywhere. I felt like a horrible cat mom. Again, my fears were eased and reassured that she was overall very healthy. After a shot of antibiotics and an ear cleaning, she'll be good as new very soon. Also, the bill was extreamly affordable. Thank you!!

I come here to this wonderful pet hospital and I love it!! There so sweet and take such great care of my feather babies! Stormy my blue and gold macaw and Rocky my cockatoo! I have taken my 3 rabbits to see this vet for respitory infections and nothing has come of it. With Covid, w have to wait outside for our pets which I understand but wait times are super long. It's very hot outside so you have to keep car running with ac to be comfortable. Medication they are giving us helps solve it for a short amount of time and I went back to give them more of my money a 2nd time. Also the medications they give me are never properly measured out right because we kept running out before the amount of days I was told to give them. I call to let them know and leave a msg for them to get back to me and no one calls me back or I get attitude from lady answering the phone and get charged more money for listening to my rabbits lungs again. I emphasize I need to get to the root of the problem so this doesn't happen again but no one there is listening I will not be taking my rabbits there any longer. Time to research another exotic vet.

Took my beloved marmoset Floki in today because he just wasn’t feeling himself I was more than happy to make the 2 1/2 hour drive being there are no Vet clinics in City that would treat or have experience to treat my tiny primate friend , Dr Richardson was great the whole staff was amazing they were kind enough to squeeze us in even though their books were full, needless to say my fur baby just had a slight respiratory infection , a shot of antibiotics and a dose of benedryl and he’s already back to his spunky self …. Kudos tho the whole staff! Thank u kindly from the Rodriguez family! We will definitely be making this our exotic vet clinic !

I brought my gerbil Jake here because he has a tumor. Sadly, they weren’t able to remove it, but with their help I am able to let him live out the rest of his days pain free. They are very caring, reassuring, and are willing to help. I highly recommend this vet!!

Took my cat Nairobi because she caught a virus, she was well taken care of. They stayed in touch with me about her progress and took their time explaining. They are actually pretty adorable in comparison to other places.

Saved my birds life after being unexpectedly attacked. Our Cockatoo is like our child and would have been devastated to lose him. Thank you for making him well again.

By far the worst vet I've been to. They claim to be an exotic vet but don't seem very knowledgeable about reptiles at all. If you have anything other than a dog or cat please go somewhere else.

I just wanted to say the process that happened today was a sad moment. This place is Amazing. Great people and definitely has passion for what they do. They showed us today that they do care. And will definitely be back if we ever decide to get another fur baby.

Fantastic team! I found them during the epidemic, my vet wouldn’t answer phone call, email, or text during an emergency. I stumbled on Broadway Oaks, and I will never leave them. Very personable, will answer any questions, easy to get in, and I love their grooming. Did a great job on my elderly German Shepard. I have three dogs and they all see Dr. Richardson and we love it ❤️

I was recommended from the blue bonnet crematory. I went today because I had to put my 16 year old fur baby to rest. From the first phone call to when I arrived I was greeted with compassion and understanding!At the hardest time of my life I felt as if they were there for me. I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic. If I ever get another fur baby this will definitely be my place. Thank y’all so much for being there for me in this hard time. My emotions are everywhere and can’t explain how much I am thankful to have such sincere people.

When my little robo hamster got a tumor I was told by another vet it would cost $650 to treat him. Luckily I scheduled an appointment with Broadway oaks to get a second opinion. The staff was amazing from the start. So friendly and informative. They made the whole process as easy and stress free as possible and fit my little guy in despite being booked. Surgery ended up only being $170, and they did a great job! A few days later and little alexei is back to his happy normal self! Highly recommend this place
