This office has provided care for Kit Kat for 13.5 years. Recently when she was diagnosed with cancer during a routine yearly physical I was so grateful for the way staff listened to my concerns and accepted and supported my wishes for her care. Two months later when I was so sad to have to take her out of her pain and inability to be herself any longer by having her put to sleep the staff treated both Kit Kat and me with such compassion, respect and care that far exceeded my expectations for end of life care. My thanks to the staff and especially to Drs. Lane and Forster; your compassion and caring will always be held in gratitude.

Dr Wingfield really knows his stuff especially about broken bones. Very pleasant, patient, & kind hearted, to both pet and you ????????????????❣️

I just had to put my baby boy of 17 years down last week and the amount of care and support I had from these people was incredible. They are so kind and gave me so much love during the worst time of my life. Bruiser was my everything and my soulmate in the shape of a dog. Departing from him was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do but they made it comforting. I’m forever indebted to you all at this vet hospital and I can’t thank this staff enough. Take your fur babies here, I promise you won’t regret it! Rest In Peace, Bruiser. Mommy loves and misses you forever! ???? ✨

Great customer service,the doctor gives you a call after examining your pet with plan of action. When picking up your pet, you are given instructions on medication for your pet. They also call later during the week to check and see how your pet is doing . Thanks to doctors and staff????????????

The doctors and staff here are great. I recently had to have my dog cared for by them and they went beyond what i expected. They allowed me to come by a visit with my dog everyday even on Thanksgiving day when they were closed. They are really dedicated to the care of your pet and to also keep you informed of your options. Very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend them for all pet care needs.

This Vet's office is always so caring. Once we found Babcock North we knew this was the place for our furry family.

I was referred by a friend patient here at babcock north vet. Our visit here at this office, Dr. Forster super nice and detailed on every question we had about our 2 dogs. Great place and super fast !

I took my puppy for a nail trim and even though they were busy it didn't take more than 5 minutes.

I can't say it enough. I love this place. I was in the market for a new vet and I tried them only because they're right down the street from my house, but they are excellent. Dr. Lane and staff were so patient and slow with my nervous senior dog. I think I found my new go-to vet for everything! Thank you for a great vet experience!

This is a long time coming for the reviews but we've been taking our 3 cats here since 2018 and I am sad to say I'll be leaving the city soon but trusting them with their recommendation for another vet clinic outside of San Antonio. The staff is very attentive and because everyone loves the clinic, they can get pretty busy, but they'll still make time for their patients and when my main kitty got Renal Failure, they worked to help give her a fighting chance. Special kudos to Dr. Connie Guerra for her dedication and being attentive to my concerns AND her patience when dealing with a helicopter parent like me. :p

I love love love working with Dr. Lane! Her assessment skills are amazing! And her communication skills are phenomenal! I never want to take my pets elsewhere!

Took my cat in as I knew something was wrong. People working there are very nice. Vet was ok. Went on and on about cat food.

Babcock north takes great care of my pets and I appreciated their effort to do in-office visits during the pandemic. They would come get the cats from the car, do a full checkup, and then call me with the info. The vet asked good questions about their diet and really seems to care. Would highly recommend.

Dr Leland and the staff were amazingly awesome as usual. Brought 2 of my cats for annual and vaccinations.

We have been going here for about 10 years. The staff is always friendly and the Veteranarians are very honest and plain. They will tell you how to care for your pet and how not to care for your pet. Great service.

Pleased with the service. Vets are very helpful and take their time talking with you and answering all questions considering you sit in your car and they come for your pet. The vet calls you once he has seen your pet. Im a new pregnant dog owner and they've been so helpful.

Dr. Guerra helped with my Sassy when she went to Rainbow Bridge. She made the saddest process comforting to both us and our little pet. I'm very grateful to Dr.Guerra and her staff for the consideration they had to let be there with Sassy as she left us. God bless you, guys.
