They got us in right away when they found out my cat dislocated his toe. All the vets near me told us we had to wait a week. Very friendly staff! They also offered to fit him in the next day for surgery.

Their receptionist Gabby was friendly and answered all my questions. They handled my dog with care and will be bring my Lily back here for care!

Love love this hospital. I would not trust my fur baby to anyone else. The entire staff are caring and trustworthy. They honestly love animals and treat my baby like family. The prices are reasonable compared to other places. I can't recommend enough!

Westover is a great hospital. They have a great staff whose knowledgeable and caring. I've been with them for many years. I wish they would start boarding again. Highly recommended????????????

Been going here for yrs. Dr. Sharp isn't alot of fluff... which I like.... I'm there for him to take care of my animals. No complaints and have been happy with the service. Staff are great!! Very personable.

I got a new puppy and wanted to get him checked out. Staff was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely my puppies vet for life. Thanks for being so caring

Something went terribly wrong with our son's dog. She never fully recovered we will be bringing her back in on this issue. Update: son's dog is doing good with new special dog food and Dr. Sharp and staff care.

Absolutely horrible customer service, a particularly rude staff member, and an entire lack of compassion. Seek a vet elsewhere. I parked my car at the vet 10 minutes late to an appointment for my dog who has special needs and suffers from severe anxiety. It was taking additional time to get her to exit my car, at which point a member of staff met me in the parking lot to tell me they were turning me away due to my tardiness and that anyone 10-15 minutes late would be turned away. Understandably upset by this statement, I explained that my dog (still in the car, shaking) had bad anxiety and it was taking her a while. Additionally, nowhere is this 'late policy' of turning away patients posted. (I have been to this vet for over a year with my other pets, been tardy at times, but was never threatened to be turned away.) The staff member didn't respond to my points made, but returned inside to see if they would still accept us. Upon returning, she informed me that we'd be seen today as an exception but would be charged a late fee if this ever happened in the future. Further upset by this cold response, I expressed that this "fee" isn't stated anywhere publicly, to which she responded with severe rudeness and attitude about how it doesn't need to be posted, we should just be on time, the vet has a tight schedule, and how I need to be considerate of the other appointments. With her snarky tone and uncaring attitude, I cancelled our appointment to say the least and further cancelled all future appointments I had with this vet (mind you, I entered an empty waiting room when walking inside to cancel). I'll be taking my 3 dogs elsewhere. I understand promptness, and a tight schedule, but stuff happens and people run late for one reason or another. Further, any type of fees or 'turning away' policy needs to be posted for the public to be aware of, otherwise who's to say the policy is even a written one or just something they decide to pull out of the air when they feel like it. As a loyal paying customer, I expected far better customer service than the rudeness and snarky attitude I was met with. The absolute lack of compassion or understanding to this situation that involved a dog with special needs was highly upsetting and disappointing.

We visited the hospital for the first time with our new puppy who got very sick and down with diarrhea. We even were scared and were wondering if we would loose him. We were not getting any appointment anywhere and this was our first time trying to raise a puppy.But when we called in here we got the appointment quickly for the next day. Even though we were terrified of going to any vetnerary doctor because of an awful experience we had with an emergency care, the moment we got in the hospital they helped us. They got us a room for checking, and all the staff there were helpful and very friendly. Ms. Bianca and Dr. Sharp helped us in understanding why our dog was sick and gave us the proper medication and instructions to follow. They were very patient to hear our worries, our doubts and they really calmed all our worries about our baby. We came out of the hospital with joyful tears of hope and was thanking God for blessing us with such an wonderful doctor and team.

I've been taking my dogs for about three years and experience every time is great from the doctor to the front staff to Lorenzo that takes some a shower they always treat my babies like family. Recently one of my dogs got hit by a car and they took such a good care of her even though she had a broken jaw and it was very painful to see her like that they made me feel more comfortable about her diagnosis and care for her like I would have treated her 100% recommend.

I really loved how friendly and helpful the staff and doctor were on our visit! They went above and beyond to make sure my 1st time momma (Daisy) was OK after her C-section, and Sara even gave me very helpful tips and advice for my Daisy and her puppies! This animal hospital gets a 5 star ???? rating from us!

Great staff who are very nice to our puppy and you could tell they really enjoyed what they were doing. This is not my regular vet but this will be my go-to if my regular vet is not available.

Don't let the good reviews fool you. On my first visit, as a new client I was denied that introduction to the vet. He did not come out even when the tech he sent out to explain the tumors on my dogs leg and in his mouth could not explain it or even find the one on his leg! I asked twice for an estimate for the procedures he recommended and never recievied. My second visit and the tech was rude, even disrespectfully throwing my paperwork back into my truck. When I asked for management, I was declined. I was there for vaccinations and a heartworm test, not to be spoken to rudely and insulted. I do not feel this is a safe, harmonious environment.

Dr. Sharp and his staff took care of our grandoggy for over 10 years. Jazzy loved everyone, from grooming to her dental care she received top notch care until she passed away Christmas Eve 2018. But even after that they helped us find internment for her and checked on us after. Thank you Dr. Sharp and Animal Hospital of Westover Hills. We recommend them to everyone ❤️❤️????

In these tough times we are facing, sending our sick pets in the clinic by themselves is hard enough. We trust that the people who come out to get them are kind and calm to make your pets feel comfortable. The worker who came to get my pet was rude (to me, not my pet) and very impatient. She turned my pet away because she felt I was being rude to her, if I was rude it was the way she was speaking to me. That aside, putting the sick pet as priority should have been the upmost importance but in this case they didn’t care about my pet at all and we were turned away. Unfortunate for my sick golden. As a nurse I understand how important being compassionate is when dealing with the sick. I hope that employee learns to communicate better for the sake of all future pets and the comfort of there owners

I’ve had both my girls spayed here and I love their quality of work and the customer service!!!! They even trimmed my new puppies nails (and didn’t even charge me!) when I brought her in for her spay and chip and vaccines, I am so grateful for the extra care they provided! Above and beyond! Thank you.
