Literally $200 only to tell me it would go away had to take him to another vet the next day where they put him on a iv and TREATED him

A+ staff and doctor. My baby didn't make it, but they made it as easy as possible.

I take all three of my dogs here and they treat them with such great care and love! They answer any and all concerns or questions. They are extremely thorough when explaining treatments, etc. The staff is always kind, attentive and helpful. I also love the paw points discounts you can earn on the app!

My puppies tummy was real bloated n they gave me a dewormer n it took a whole week n he is better. Thank u Southside ...yes it is very expensive but worth my puppy getting better.

Southside is very thorough and will do everything they can to treat your animals, however, the attitude varies. Many of the assistants and vets tend to come off as judgemental and rude, making some situations more stressful than they already are. My husband went there with our puppy who is only 4 months old. The workers there kept getting snappy with him because our puppy was excitable and was trying to jump up on the assistants and/or vets. Don't get me wrong, I understand this is annoying, but we work with him daily and he just gets excited around new people because, once again, he is four months old. This is not the only case of 'rudeness' we've dealt with, just the most recent. I appreciate the work you all do, but please work on the attitude. You can educate without being rude.

They were helpful and caring for our puppy when he had parvo. It's really nice having an emergency facility to take pets in on weekends or anytime

South Side animal hospital is hands down the best in town. They helped my sweet girl heal from parvo, and ran tests as soon as possible after being turned town by another vet in town. They saved her life! All staff members are the sweetest most caring animal lovers, and they keep you up to date with everything that’s going on with your pets!

Went earlier this week but there was no hostess. I approached 2 employees and was told no hostess on duty. This was after already waiting for 15 minutes. Will not give this business any opportunity for my business.

They are compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, always willing to help, and their bedside manner is awesome. When our fur baby passed they were so sweet and understanding, always referring to her as our baby and our little girl. The vet comforted all of us and he is so appreciated. Southside is wonderful and we'll continue using them until we move.

Our little baby was hit by a car at 1:30am and suffered from head trauma. Southside hospital helped her make it through and she is still with us today.

Open at 5 am when I needed them and got my Pomeranian fixed up. He did however spend an entire day there until 7 pm for a broken leg.

Did a walk in we waited almost 11/2 to be seen and our dog has social anxiety and cried the whole time locked in room. Needless to say we left and went to our Dr the following Monday. Staff was nice but the waiting and not making the dogs comfortable made my nerves bad
