Since we moved to Texas back in 2016 we've used this kennel service. Our bulldogs are very well taking care of and are treated with great care. I'm glad we were recommended to bring our big babies here. I love the staff ( GINA) so awesome...... thank you guys for being awesome to our fur babies.

We love taking our dogs here. Great staff at great rates. Having them nice and bathed when we pick them up as always pleasant!

Best place for pet care

Very nice place and they groom pets too.

Have taken my dog there several times. No issues. They also groom and will call you beforehand if there are questions.

My first first initial impression was a good place to take my dogs to board,the day I dropped off I was apprehensive when one of their trainers was having a session and was yelling commands at the dogs big red flag I didn't have another place to leave my dogs otherwise I wouldn't have left them there, my dogs where there for 7 days,,, when I called to let them know I was on my way and may be a little late because of traffic I was not expecting to have to pay another full day of boarding. So $400 later we get our dogs in the truck and noticed one of my dogs breathing didn't sound good, next day he is having trouble breathing and has a nasty runny nose and very congested,so when I finally got my dogs to the vet both of them have a viral infection, he was sick before I picked him up and I wasn't told anything not only that when I called to tell them my dogs where sick the staff member made the comment it happens all the time at kennels... if this is true why would we board our dogs if we didn't think they were safe ??? I do not recommend this place and for those people that plan or continue to use them think twice, I paid $400 for boarding and now I have $300 in vet bills so far!!!

They are great with both my dogs. I use them for both boarding and doggy daycare. My German Shepherd especially loves doggy daycare!

Moved to Royse City from Dallas in May and couldn’t put off grooming appointment for my cocker spaniels (both seniors). Used my previous groomer for last 6 years or so. Trying a new place is always a gamble. Everyone I interacted with was a pleasure. The listened to exactly how I wanted them groomed and did it flawlessly! Very pleased with how my babies looked.

I take my dog there to take care of her when I go out of the center, they also bathe her and fix her nails, she leaves there happy and I am happy that they bring her well.

Warning!! This facility boards too many dogs to make sure you animal is cared for. This was our first time using this boarding facility and will not be back. Picked our dogs up after a 7 day stay and both dogs seemed to be overly heated, panting and the inside of their ears were flushed, one also had a huge sore on his nose while the other had lost atleast 2-3 pounds. We got them home and both ran for the water bowl and were so tired and slept the rest of the evening like they had ran a marathon, throughout the evening one had continuous reverse/forward sneezing and woke up the next day worse and was running a high fever and swollen in his neck, we took him to the vet and was found that he had an infection. We board our dogs to ensure they are cared for and it is disheartening to pick your animal up from a place and worry the type of treatment they endured while staying.

Great service, very well organized and my puppy had a blast.

Horrible....both times we have used them our dog came back sick and had to be taken to the Vet multiple times and put on medication. We will NOT be taking our fur baby back there!

The lady on the phone is VERY rude, she laughed in my face when I asked her a question about a service for my dog. She just kept saying I don’t know. if you don’t know anything, why are you working here?

Nice place. Nice people. Fair prices. My pets seem to do well and look good.

I take my cat to get his claws shortened. (It helps with our play time and saves my furniture) we are always in and out very quickly. They are very good with my Baby. Friendly staff, clean environment, quick service.

Highly recommend this place! Very friendly and professional! They did great grooming work on my long haired cat! Will definitely be going back in the future!

Really bad feeling about this place. As much foot traffic as they have and didn’t see that many employees. Was told they were boarding 80 something dogs and from the size of the facility I can only imagine the treatment. Definitely needs to be investigated. Will not put my dogs in this kennel again.

I recently took my golden doodle into the resort. I provided pictures of what I wanted him to look like and then end result was not the same. He came home looking like a poodle. I expected his tail to be trimmed as well as his beard, head, and ears to match the picture, for paying just shy of $100, I expected better from a business that has been in operation so long. I will not be a return customer.
