The store was very well maintained. The team working was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about thier animals and products.

I ordered on my Petco app. It was so easy and when I got to the store. they brought my dog food out in less than two minutes. I love curbside pickup!

My order was processed and pulled very quickly. It was waiting for me when I got there and the associate helped load it into a shopping cart for me. Great, FAST service and good price. Thank you.

great staff -- esp Aneesa and Jennifer! They are always smiling and willing to help... however you did to train them ... duplicate that program! Or alternately, you can clone them for truly great customer service :)

Half of the time I just come here to see the cats, but this place has everything!! I always walk out with a bag full.

The George Bush Petco was clean, well organized and the employees were polite. The young lady that helped me was so good. She knew where everything was and helped find just the right items needed. Will definitely visit this location again. Very impressed with her knowledge. ????

My visit to Petco was made great by the helpful advice and knowledge of the employee with purchase of food for the new pet we had adopted. The employees at the check-out was also very helpful and courteous!

The 1st 3 times they did Good but this 4th time they literally left my Yorkie Bald and I told them please do not cut his whiskers and they cut his whiskers so Upsetting!!! I will not bring my Dog back anymore.

Product didnt work for my pet I got a anti-itch spray Tomlyn brand. I would have to make the effort to return and get my money back and thats a hassel for me. But otherwise the online purchase and pick up was excellent.

I took my 6mos pup here for grooming, she was at the vet 1 week later with a bad ear infection. She was in a lot of pain it made me cry. PETCO only offered a reimbursement on the grooming nothing on the 230 vet bill that had to be paid.

Always have what I need.

I asked an employee for a hamster and she looked me up and down asking how old I was I was with my older sister who was buying it for me and they said they would have someone over the girl came and mean mugged us and left so we just went to check out our stuff after waiting 15+ minutes for the hamster and at the register the employer was asking if we have ever owned any small pets before and if we owned guinea pigs, and they never let us buy the hamster, very judgmental and rude employers

Cashier was really nice and helpful.

After my horrible experience at the Mesquite location I went to this one. When I walked in the person at the register greeted me. The tank at this location were very clean too. The person who helped me with the fish was very knowledgeable and even made some suggestions. The thing I liked the most about the person who help me is, she kept referring the the tanks as her tanks. To me that means she really cares about the fish and their care. Will definitely visit this location again.
