I absolutely love this place because it isn't far from my home. The staff are caring and understanding. They listen to detail with how I like my dog to be groomed and care about the health of your pet. Winter, my great Pyrenees, goes there mostly to groom but she has been for doggy day care, too. It works out great to give my dog another option for playtime besides the dog park.

Had to leave my last groomer after two terrible visits, but Pappy’s was recommended as an alternative. Incredible staff, great cuts so far, nails are a bit sharp but will ask for filing next time.

Friendly staffs. My dog loves going here. It gets a little too crowded with too many dogs. Overall good services.

We LOVE this place! We 2 Great Pyrenees and they hate their paws being touched and their nails being done. One of our dogs has severe anxiety with getting his nails done and this is by far the best place we have found. They are very patient and make him feel comfortable when he’s there. If you have had trouble finding a good groomer please give this place a try! Prices are affordable and they just remodeled and it looks and smells great (thought this was worth noting due to previous reviews).

We had to board Eli for the weekend for the first time and I was a nervous WRECK. But the employees at Pappy's made me feel so reassured that he would be taken care of and answered my millions of questions. I probably called this place 4 times while we were away to make sure Eli was okay and they were always so so nice. I loved being able to watch him on the camera as well while he was playing! He came home a happy dog. We will definitely be back!

The front desk receptionist, Emily is literally the nicest person ever. We have only been here 4 times or so, but Emily has greeted my dog Chili by name every time she has come in after her first visit. Chili has done daycare and grooming here, and our other dog Koozie has had a haircut here before. They always come out looking cute! I love the fact you are able to watch your dogs in daycare via webcam. My whole office was laughing watching my little 5 pound poodle puppy play with the other dogs.

I brought in my six month old husky for the shedding treatment. I loved the results and cut! She looks adorable they even put on a cute purple ribbon, not to mention she’s in her and they took very good care of her :)

Grooming - 1 Star Customer Service - 2 Star Business rating - 3 star I’ve been to this location 3 times. Last visit ended our relationship. I asked for a style of haircut, the groomer went against what I asked for and used her 35 years of experience to make her own decision on what she thought would look best with no communication to me while my dog was there for 11 hours. When I picked him up I was quite surprised they did exactly what I told them not to. Guess they are too busy to call. Hannah issued a full refund with no further services.

We just got our dog Max this past weekend. We wanted to pamper him a bit and get him a bathed, along with a haircut. Pappy’s was able to get us in the same day I called and left our Max looking great!! His coat was noticeably softer and obviously cleaner, and the scruff from his face was gone so he’s able to see more clearly! The staff was so friendly and attentive as well. They offered curbside services, which was a bonus during this pandemic. They also notified me of some slight concern with his paws, which I absolutely appreciated since it would’ve probably taken us a while to notice. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

Normally we are very happy with the services provided here. They have done a great job in the past and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, our most recent visit has left us with a sour taste in our mouth. What was supposed to be a routine trim of our pup has turned into a drastic removal of fur. My wife and I thought everything was understood with the staff but what we received is very different than what we expected with no explication as to why they deterred from a trim to a full blown summer cut.

Don’t bring your dog here, especially for a groom. Took my golden doodle here and I got him back with the worst groom he’s ever gotten, his haircut is choppy and very ugly. This groom was very rushed and definitely not what I asked for. My dogs hair was long and they completely shaved him when I didn’t ask for that. Also cut his paw. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We bring our two big dogs(80lbs) here to get their nails did. We drive 25 minutes one way because we cannot find anyone else that does a better job than Pappys. They are SO friendly, patient, & professional. Cannot think of a bad thing to say about this place.

It was the first time I took my dog there for grooming and despite the fact that I was a little bit concerned about the quality of their work in the first place when I picked up my lovely dog in the afternoon I felt so good for trusting them. My dog looked so pretty and he was not scared at all. I changed 2 groomers before and I don't know what the hell was going on in their shops that whenever I would pick up my dog he was scared a lot and shaked and wouldn't eat for a week. But at this place I think they did a great job as my dog was happy and fine. The lady in the front is really nice and she took me to the back and showed me the whole place and made sure I am fine leaving my dog with them. I highly recommend this place to who ever love their dogs. Some may dispute that there is a strong smell of dogs urine in there. That's is true, but I think where ever we keep dogs in an indoor place for couple of hours, some younger puppies might not be able to hold themselves and how much the staff clean up, the smell won't go away easily. Especially in place with a lot of customers bringing in and taking out their dogs. I understand they might be able to work on this issue but the overall experience for me was satisfactory.

Great service but the smell of urine is so strong! I've never smelt anything like it. Animal shelters don't even come close to the stench of urine in this place. I hope the owner reads this so they can fix that problem. It is not good for any of the staff there were going to smell that all day nor the dogs. if it wasn't for the overwhelming smell this would easily be a five star review but something has got to be done about the smell.

LOVE! LovE! LOVE! This place and people!!! From dog sitting to grooming they make my life and the quality of my dogs life so much better. Staff is friendly and trust worthy!

Provided a wonderful service coming to our home and taking care of our cat. Daily updates and pictures. She was in good and caring hands.

I was pretty bummed with my dog's grooming. I was very nervous to leave my dog there because I couldn't tell what environment she was being placed in and I wouldn't have known if she was comfortable or at home. Definitely didn't sound like it based on what I was hearing from the front. On to the grooming, the cut seemed effortless or lazy. I have a small Pomeranian/chihuahua mix. She just needed her stray hairs trimmed around ears, elbows, stomach, paws, and backside. I also went ahead and asked for the spa bath. After, my pup felt very soft, her paws were trimmed and nails cut, but her hair around her ears were very bluntly chopped and uneven, and the stray hair on top of her ears weren't cut at all. Her backside was bluntly cut and not even much was cut off. Her legs and elbows were not trimmed at all. Honestly, I couldn't tell if anything else was done. She didn't looked professionally groomed, I could've done what they did. If I take my dog to get groomed, I expect the cut to be like an outgrown bush that is trimmed into a perfect structure, not like a piece of paper cut randomly and uneven! Very cute outside appearance and presentation and front desk was nice.

I don't have any dogs but I live near by and I witnessed a dog being dropped off and he was so excited to leave his owner to go here. And I also see how they treat the dogs so well when they are out walking them. Nice place.

Walked in to check it out and could hardly wait to get out. Awful strong smell. Attendant courteous and nice, but geez would not dare leave my fur baby at this place, even for just bath.

I love this place! I use this Pappy's often for pet sitting when I travel. They go to my apartment to check on my cat as often as I need when I am out and always take such good care of her. Most often it is Hannah that comes out to check on her but I've had others that were just as amazing. And Hannah is amazing! She always texts me updates and pictures, and even noticed my cat had a red eye and checked on her the next day at no cost to me to make sure she was okay. You can tell they really care about the pets they deal with and I trust them with my pet any day!

Called to be a new client and bring my dog in for a grooming. Their own website says $45 however the woman who answered told me it was $55 and not once offered to honor what their website says that has incorrect information.....horrible service will definitely take my dog somewhere else.

My dogs love it here! We get walks from their dog walkers and it is a huge help, and the boys love it. The groomers are professional and do a great job as well! I couldn't find a better place.
