Lailia's Pet Bed and Breakfast Royse City, Texas

Lailia was so helpful and patient when making my reservation. Her customer service is beyond what I’ve experienced with any other kennel, and her prices are great!

The best recommendation is I trust leaving my dog in the care of Lailia's, Rick's and the other care providers. Have been kenneling my dogs at Lailia's since they were at their previous location. It speaks volumes that Lailia & Rick were planning to retire until so many of their customers told them they could not fathom using a different kennel. So, they built a new smaller kennel at their new location. What hasn't changed is the high standard of care and love they provide the dogs.

Our lab came back with kennel cough. The owners knew that they had had several case in the past few weeks, and never disclosed that to us. We would have never left our dog there if we had known.

I definitely recommend boarding here. They really care for my animals and it shows. I had some rather bad experiences with other boarding places and since coming to Laila's I sleep easier when I have to be away.

Love this family owned Christian business! We own a little dog apparel pet boutique and have been recommending our customers here for over 18 years. Everyone that we recommend loves it! We brought 3 of our Miniature French Bulldogs in for a week while went out of town and they loved the big roomy suite! Lailia and her husband are one of the friendliest pet business owners you will ever meet. Love the fact that they live right on the premises.

Laila's has kept our JackRussell mix pooch on several occasions. I can highly recommend the care and attention they have given at each stay.

Great rates and nice facility. While it is a bit out of the way from the city, they are much less expensive than places like PetSmart.

This is the third time we leave our dog in the care of Lailia's Pet BnB in the last year, and it been great every single time. I'm very glad we found a place where we can trust that our darling Flo is being cared for by a compassionate owner who gives her the attention that she needs. When we picked her up she was lively and excited and perfectly healthy looking, as opposed to other places where she's come back anxious and perhaps depressed or unhealthy. This is a perfect place for her because she tends to be a shy and anxious girl, but she gets all the love she needs here! A 5/5 experience from us consistently.

I just picked up my GSD from Laila's and he is freshly bathed, well hydrated and happy to see his family. We have used Laila's for at least 4 years at the recommendation of our neighbor who has used them for years. We have never had anything but great experiences with Laila's!

I've been boarding my dachshund here for years and she loves it. The atomistphere is very warm and homey. I just boarded my 10 month old lab Charlie for the first time. They took such great care of her and gave me updates. They played with her, loved her and made her feel like she was home. It's also a very clean and safe environment. They take care of their dogs. Love this place! I highly recommend it!! Lailia's love the animals as if it was their own.

My husband and I brought our 4 yr old Chocolate Lab, Yuna, to Lailia's while on vacation for almost 1 week. This is our first time boarding any animal that we've ever had. Very impressed, they even cleaned my dogs bedding I brought! Maintained constant contact while we were gone, and sent pictures periodically to put any worries to rest. I'll will be back for sure!

Whether we board our pets or hire Lailia's for house visits, I always have complete confidence in the professional loving care our pets will receive. This last week was no exception! Our dog, Maggie, stayed for 6 nights and couldn't have been better cared for. The atmosphere is so comfortable and Maggie feels so at home. It is such a blessing to have Lailia's Pet Bed & Breakfast to care for our pets!

I'm wondering if all these people giving low reviews have actually been affected in anyway or are they just taking one story their friends friend told them about and going nuts with it? We are actual customers and our dog Loves this place and has always been treated wonderfully. Please get the full story before you try to ruin people's businesses that they have worked hard for. Dropped our dog off this morning for our Christmas vacation and the owners have been recieving death threats?? They've been threatened to be burned in their building?? Really Please get the full story before you threaten to murder people.

My doggies absolutely LOVE Mrs. Lailia! We have been using Lailia's Pet Bed & Breakfast for several years. We travel quite a bit & our dogs always jump in the car when we say we're going to see Mrs. Lailia. I honestly believe they are treated as if they were her own dogs. Her staff is very professional and very loving towards animals. I always ask for a bath before I pick them up & they are clean & smell good! We're even leaving our new Lizard with her on our next trip! I would highly recommend Lailia's in Rockwall. It truly is like a home away from home for your pet!
